'What are you' Seriously was he about to question what she was doing. Fixing him an impatient look she felt like stamping her feet. He didn't understand and she was nearly at her wits end and there was no way she was revealing her secret to him. If he didn't get it this time she'd let him walk away injured.
Then he caught on as she healed the bruise. Finally. With a nod she smiled up at him. Finally he understood she was a healer. Okay they'd gotten that part down pact now she had to help him. As he reached for his cloak she gave an encouraging nod. Yes finally he understood her. That was exactly what she'd wanted him to do all those minutes ago that she'd danced around trying to find new ideas for him to understand her.
Looking up at him she then turned her gaze onto his wound then bit her lip thoughtful for a second. His wound it wasn't like she hadn't dealt with worse before but considering how tired she was and the fact she'd not healed someone for some time she new the toll on her would be severe. Nothing a good sleep couldn't fix if only she had the chance. Placing her hand over his wound she watched as the wound stitched itself together as she completely fixed it. There down but already a wave of exhaustion hit her. Instantaneously she reached out holding onto his arm for support before giving a soundless yawn.

This was going to be something interesting and as he watched her as much as he could, Jezic felt his wound closing almost like a surgeon was stitching him up. That was a weird feeling and wasn't sure if he preferred this or an actual stitch up. But he was glad that it was all taken care of instead of him walking with a blood trail behind him. He about turned so that he could thank her but then felt her grab his arm. Jezic cocked his head to the side looking at her through the corner of his eye and then saw her yawn.
Jezic gave her a small smile and then placed his cloak back in place with one hand. "You are completely exhausted aren't you" he sort of asked her and then decided why not. He carefully moved to her side so he wouldn't scare her again and then scooped her up into his arms. "Rest. I'll find you a place that you can feel at ease and the people won't try to kill you" he told her and then turned heading south. "Thank you for healing me" He told her softly and then turned his eyes to his path.

Ayeisha was impressed with her work though even if it had left her tired. She was improving with her healing if she did it regularly, if she had the chance to do it often then surely it wouldn't take away so much of her energy. Practice made perfect that much was obvious but she never did openly display what she could do.
Sleepily she lifted her head to look up at him then managed a small nod of her head. Yes she was though completely exhausted didn't quite comprehend how sleep deprived she felt. As he moved towards she watched him shyly some what suprised when he picked her up. A place where the people wouldn't kill her well who was she to argue with that. Nodding her head sleeping she didn't bother to fight sleep as her eye lids grew heavy. All she offered him was a small smile as he thanked her for healing him then she was fast asleep.

Well at least she didn't protest him carrying her but then again she could have been that tired that she didn't care. While walking he would look down at her every so often wondering what her story was and why she was wandering around by herself. Clearly she couldn't take care of herself alone so she must have been separated from someone. Jezic yawns slightly but he was used to not sleeping for several days at a time.
Another problem there was going to be was the fact that he couldn't go up into the air to get the lay out of the land. Jezic closed his eyes for a second to get a feel for the surroundings and felt that he was going in the right direction. The last town that he had visited was demon friendly and he figured that would be a good place for her unless that last town sent someone in the morning to warn the town about a demon killing. But he shrugged it off and continued walking.

She was hopeless without her mother wasnt she. How long could she keep this up for? That town had reacted so fast to her simply because of her eyes. What would they have done if they'd been aware of her healing powers. Oh how badly she needed her mothers guidance more so now. What had happened in the town had terrified her quite so and now what would happen to her?
In her sleeping state Ayeisha snuggled closer to Jaric seeking out the warmth from his body as she peacefully slept on. So how long had she been asleep for? Blinking her eyes she stirred in his arms peeked up at him before growing rigid at the town came into sight. He was bringing her into a town again. Terrified she stared up at him.

After stifling another yawn Jezic looked down at the girl in his arms, she was kind of cute when she was sleeping and then it hit him. He hadn't even known her name or anything about her. But he shrugged it off and was about to look ahead of him again but saw her eyes open. "Well hello" he said softly and then look up "We are almost there" he told her and slowed his pace a little bit.
The town started to stir and some people were coming out of their houses to start their day. He emerged from the forests edge making a couple of people stop in their tracks and he lifted his head a little more "Hello Jezic. Didn't expect you back so soon" a women called to him and he nodded his head towards her then she moved on. A guy came walking up to them and strode next to him "So what brings you back so soon?" "I found this girl not too long ago and she's tired. She's like myself but she's a healer and from what I gather she doesn't talk" he explained to the gentleman and he nodded in response "Well take her to the inn and we'll give her a room. No charge" Jezic was told and then the guy turned to go some where "Thank you" Jezic called to him and he got a wave in response.
Jezic looked down at the girl again after taking a turn himself "This town is really nice to our kind, so you should be ok here" he told her and then walked up to a decently size building. With his luck someone was walking out while he walked up and they held the door for him "Thank you" he commented softly and walked inside. "Mark said I could have a room for this young lady" Jezic told the girl at the front and she started to go through paperwork then handed him a key. He thanked her and moved onto the room. At the door to the room he set the girl down and handed her the key "you should be able to get some rest here"

A wave of fear passed through her as he walked into the town. If he was here though that meant the town accepted them didn't it? As he addressed her she looked up at him shyly then gave a nod of her head in answer. Okay then the town had to be okay. Then there were people and loud noises everywhere. As someone approached them she warrily looked at the women before looking back at the man. So his name was Jaric was it?
Then someone else had approached them it seemed he was known here so surely it was okay. Nibbling her bottom lip she wasn't impressed with him when he shared her gift. It wasn't his secret to tell. WHY had he done that. Unable to share her thought she simply frowned at him. That worried her that they were aware of what she could do.
Then they were in an inn and he was placing her on the ground. Rubbing her eyes tiredly she looked up at him shyly. So was that it now? She couldn't really thank him with words so she delivered him a soft smile then suddenly she recalled how she could share her name. Tugging at her necklace she took it off then held it up to his gaze. The lockette had her name Ayeisha engraved on it hopefully he picked up on the hint that it was her name.

Jezic stood there trying not to stare at her but he wasn't sure how say goodbye to her since she didn't talk. But maybe they would still see each other, he should spend a few nights in this town to resupply and rest. He also reminded himself that he would have to get a message out to his companions that he would be showing up pretty late but was sure that it wouldn't be to bad. Jezic was about to turn and leave after seeing her smile but noticed her messing with something.
His eyes landed on a locket and read a name off of it, after reading it he nodded his head and smiled "It was a pleasure to meet you Ayeisha" he said bowing his head to her "I'm sure we will meet again" and with that he turned to leave the inn.

Holding the locket in her hand Ayeisha then retracted it fumbling for a moment as she tied it back around her neck. As he bowed her eyes lit up a smile on her lip as she gave a soundless laugh. Watching him turn to leave she then turned herself key clutched tightly in her hand as she gazed at the door quietly. Really she couldn't thank him enough for what he'd done to help her but she hoped healing him would amount for something.
Placing the key into the lock she slowly turned it then opened the door peeking around curiously. Studying the room quietly for a moment she took one last glance back at Jaric before slipping into the room closing the door behind her. Right now she wanted to sleep and that was her top priority. Not even bothering to remove her shoes she half collapsed and fell on top of the bed got comfortable then closed her eyes.

Stepping out into the fresh morning air Jezic took a deep breath in to steady himself and try to wake up a little bit. In this town he felt safe enough to remove his hood and so he did before headed towards the mail carrier building. "Jezic! Jezic!" He heard someone call out to him stopping him in his tracks. Jezic looked around himself but couldn't really see anyone that might have called his name. The confused lasted a few more seconds till he felt someone tug on his cloak, that's when his eyes drifted downwards seeing a little boy staring up at him. "Well hello again. How are you doing?" "I thought you weren't coming back for awhile. It's only been a day" the little bit asked him and he bent downwards picking him up. "Well I couldn't wait to see your smiling face again" Jezic told him and then the boy smiled for him "Are you behaving for your mother?" Jezic asked and the little boy nodded his head "Jordan?" Someone called out pretty loudly and Jezic looked at the boy in his arms and gave him a look and he buried his face into Jezic's chest. "Mary, he's right here" Jezic called walking over to he woman who looked frantic "Oh thank you" she called out relieved and walked up to Jezic. "I guess he just wanted to come say hi" Jezic explained and bounced the little boy up and down "I'm sure he didn't mean to worry you" "You gave me a heart attack" Mary scolded him and Jezic handed him over to her "Thank you Jezic. I don't know what any of us would do. Are you staying in town again?" "Yes for a few days" "Well come say bye when you decided to leave again" "Will do Mary. You two have a good day"
With that all sorted out he continued on his way down the street to send off his message and the he figured it sounded good to go get some breakfast.

She'd been prone to nightmares but that was the icing on the cake. With a startled expression she sat up her heart racing like it or not she still could not stop thinking about what had happened in the previous town. The way they'd reacted to her was so alarming not to mention what could have happened had he not been there to help her. Scrunching her nose up ignoring the wave of neausea that passed through her body she ignored that thought.
So jow long had she been asleep for? Rolling onto her stomach she propped herself up on her elbows looking around the pitch dark room quietly. What was the time even? She felt better that was for sure but now she was ever so hungry. lowly she sat bacl bbing the sleep from her eyes feeling much better and refreshed. What was on her agenda? Sorting out food then she was definitely having that hot bath she'd so desperatly wanted yesterday.
Standing up she looked around for the room to the key deciding it was best she didn't lose it. Tucking it into the pocket of her dress she moved to the door then opened it. So what did she do now? Did she hang around here or go walk around the town and check it out. Nibbling on her lip she hesitated in the door way unsure.

He was glad when there wasn't a long line at the mail carrier and after he had done that Jezic walked through the town. He had made such a good impression on this town that almost everyone would stop and talk to him. That made it really hard for him to do what he needed to do in the town not to mention get something to eat. He had to tell so many people that he would talk to them later just so he could get a bite to eat.
It wasn't long before he found his favorite cafe in the town and got himself a table outside since it was a good day out. Not even bother with the menu Jezic told the waiter to have the cook surprise him with something and that he would just have a glass of water to drink.

Ayeisha finally settled with leaving the inn she knew she wanted food so she'd find it one way or another. Slowly she walked down the stairs finding no one there she continued onto the entrance. Still no one curious for a moment but some what glad she wouldn't have the people who owned the inn trying to engage in a conversation with her she stepped onto the street.
Now where to go? It couldn't hurt to take a look around the town first and find somewhere she could eat. Standing still feeling definitely out of place she looked around quietly before taking a few steps what a lost puppy she must look as she quietly walked around the town. She'd never felt so awkward before as someone stopped and looked at her she ducked her head. " You have very pretty eyes." Shyly she peeked up at the boy then shook her head in response. No her eyes were definitely not pretty they were freaky.

No matter what he did Jezic couldn't get his mind off that girl. She intrigued him so much and it had been almost a century since someone had peaked his interest. He nibbled at his food wondering what she was doing at the moment and if she was fairing alright. This wasn't too large of a town so he hoped she wasn't freaking out too much.
As the day wore on more people bustled on the sidewalks from store to store. He started to people watch as he walked down the street and only stopped as he entered a few stores. This time he would actually get a pack of some sort to store things in. After his encounter with the last town he figured it would be a good idea, that way if it happened again he could just camp out in the woods instead of having to find another town that was hospitable to his kind.

She was so timid and unsure around all these people how friedly they were with her was startling. Soon she found herself dragged around the town by the small boy an one of his friends. At least they weren't as intimidating as the adults were. Sure they'd been nice enough to her quite pleasant, in fact the woman had even refused to let her pay for her meal, but still she was frightened of them
With her head tilted some what she watched as they played then they approached her again. " Catch." The boy said then tossed her an apple. Giving her a shy smile she sat down next to them then they were up again moving. Not giving her a choice in the matter the small boy grabbed her hand pulling at her till she stood up. With his persistance she had no choice but to follow. " Your different to Jaric." One of them said. " And quiter." He said to her. Giving him a shy smile she then got dragged into a shop beside them. " Your awfully pretty as well." Now she stared at them bashfully but they didn't seem to want to let up. " You can't talk can you."
And just like that she was bombarded with questions she couldn't answer. " She can't talk though." They finally remembered. Shaking her head she then felt them tug on her hands. " Jaric will know wouldn't he?" Confused she felt them drag her somewhere else. " He's in that shop there." One spoke loudly. Not even giving her an option the boys walked in to the shop while she hung back shyly. Instantly he was also hit with their hundred questions. " Jaric what's her name?" One began. " She doesn't talk much does she." The other interuprted. " Ssh I told you she can't talk." The other hissed at him. " What why not?" His friend asked. " I don't know." Then they turned to Jaric expectantly wanting answers from him.
