They both knew the line was long so the club would be very busy tonight but there were still humans' who dared come out and play, so Erebus wasn't worried about going home empty handed. However Memnon's eyes were instantly on a vampire who walked in, With a big shot warlock and producer. She didn't look like the company he usual held but she was pretty, he liked her eyes...Ones eyes were a window into their shoes, pretty eyes means pretty soul. He wanted to talk to her but decided he would get to it later, since the club was still filling up. Erebus watched his friend's eyes on the vampire and snickered," I would avoid that one, she is a mean little thing not to mention she was kicked out of her coven." Memnon looked at him," Like we didn't kill our own family? You make it seem like we have done nothing wrong..." Erebus nodded, "Indeed however at least our family didn't hate us for it...Hers hates her, she would have better off killing them." Getting up Memnon got a snide look on his face," Well then I'll go talk to her then to see if she needs help killing them..." Most of it was sarcasm but he thought ti would be a fun topic. He loved challenges because he didn't care what anyone said about his actions, he would out live them anyhow.
Heading down stairs threw a mass of people, the club having filled up fast, he made his way to the bar. Seeing an open spot next to her he took it and ordered another drink, a VS. Vibrant Soul drink, half vodka, half liquid soul essence, his favorite. Looking at her he smiled,"Can I get you another drink?" He said seeing hers was about half gone. Erebus was grinning as he friend had been successfully been egged on to do some thing stupid, as he always had been. "So easy to egg you on my friend." He continued to watch people but he had his eye on the girl at the bar next tot eh vampire, she seemed a little out of place there and he couldn't exactly get a feel of what she was from there.

"Well well, seems someone's interested." Aisling said when Memmnon approached, her body tensing slightly as she looked him over. He didn't look like a lycan, hunter, or like anything looking to hurt Viviana, so she let him get closer. Viviana glanced over at the man that had actually approached her, her eyes assessing him completely with what just looked like a breif glance. He wasn't human, that she knew that instantly. But what he was exactly she couldn't quite tell. He didn't look like some rich executive, producer, or even a model, which by some means made her almost decide to ignore him... But he had a nice face though and his eyes, well, they were something that peeked her interest. Maybe he would provide her with distraction she needed to get her mind off todays league of gathering disapointments... After her minor character check she sat up a bit, a smile playing at the corners of her lips. She sipped away the last of her Lime Martini laced with blood. It wasn't real blood of course, the fake pill stuff that was originally on the market for the vegan vampires that pitched a fit at the mal treatment of the human's bars used to stock up on blood. Damn radicals had to ruin everything for others. Her nose crinkled a bit at chemically taste of the blood, the lime flavored alchohol at least dulling its real bite. She looked over at him and his drink. "If you would be so kind...Though I see you prefer something much stronger than what I'm used to." ~~~~ "Well well well isn't this a prety little sight?" Robert laughed, as he noticed Ravyn walking through the club. He was drunk by now, Aisling could smell the tonic mixed with sprite powder on his breath. Her eyes went to the girl and she raised a brow at her. Something about the air around that girl seemed...different. Before she could get ahold of his arm he was already off to talk to her, making Aisling puff out an annoyed breath. "So, here by yourself gorgeous?" Robert said as he slid infront of Ravyn, his arm resting on one of the lit banisters beside her so that he blocked her original path. "Hm I would say some pick up line, but I don't think that would do you any justice...what do you say to letting me buy you a drink?" He said with the look of a player obvious on his face. "I don't think that will be necessary Rob." Aisling said, appearing nect to him with a bit of an annoyance in her features. He looked to her, about to tell her to buzz off till suddenly he froze. Aisling's was humming lightly to herself, her eyes drawing him in. "Could you go talk to those guys over there for me...It would be good for Viviana to get a good deal for her next shoot..." She said giving him a small wink as he walked away, seemingly in a trance. She looked back to the girl, a smirk on her face. "Sorry, his stupidity is the only thing dangerous about him, I promise." Aisling said, giving her a small smile. "I'll make sure he doesn't ruin your night again."

As always the night was going to be easy for Elric, he still couldn't figure out why the manager was always on his case about being late. The club always opened on time and the people would have a good time. No glitches on his watch...well besides the normal ones that dealt with the customers. Not his problem. He scanned the dance floor once again and noticed an old friend walk in. "Hey keep an eye on my equipment. Anything goes wrong and it will be your head" he told his assistant and then started down the stairs to go meet up with her.
The dance flow was pretty crowded when you were actually at their level, from his perch up above it didn't seem that bad but now that he was trying to walk through it changed his mind. But Elric was keeping his cool so he wouldn't kill anyone though the consequences were high for him he was figure that this one time would be ok. Then an evil like smirk formed on his face without him realizing and some dancers started to back away from him. 'Hm that was convenient' he thought to himself.
~~~
Ravyn was almost to the bar and was thankful that the others had left her alone, she just wanted to get her drink and find a nice dark corner to sit in while she watched everyone. But her wish was not granted when someone blocked her path, her eyes narrowed and she was about to swipe at the man.
She stood there and stared at the man hoping that with her silence that he would just walk away. Though much to her surprise a women walked up and made him go away but being the way she was Ravyn would not thank the women. She did nod to the girl and gave a smirk "As with most men" she said and then walked away from the girl to the bar ordering herself a stiff drink.
"Its not as harsh as you think, its rather sweet, What will you be having?" He smiled knowing he had good looks but had odd eyes, not a particularly attractive body but it was okay. He didn't mind others judging him, he would out live them anyhow. "So, I'm assuming your a Vampire...The blood pill and all..." He said more in general but it was still a point of starting a conversation with her. Memnon looked over her shoulder and saw the other girl he looked at her a bit his eyes zooming in on the race qualities of her, identifying her then disregarding her. Looking back at her he smiled again,"I'm Memnon. and you are?"
----- Erebus smiled as he watched his old friend, but his attention was taken away when the DJ left his post, he loved watching random events, they kept his mind occupied. Watching his move to the floor level he shirked back a bit, a smile on his face, but the Dj's face changed to a nasty smile, making others move. 'Nice idea. And he has one hell of a face...' A waiter brought another drink around for him, he tipped her and sent her off. He didn't really care about drinking that much he was just here for the fun and for the fight when the sun came up.
"Viviana, Vivi for short." Viviana said, unable to help her smile at the comment about her race, especially by what she drank. "And yes, I am a Vampire, from the northern sect..." She left off the coven name, unusual for most Vampire's because of how proud they were of their heritage and social circles. You couldn't just go throwing the name around, especially if you were banished. "I didn't know it was so easy to tell." She joked in a half laugh, knowing her fangs showed just a bit. "Anyways...hmmm," when the bartender walked by she flagged him, "Another martini this time without the blood please." She asked politely, before looking to Memnon as she'd come to learn his name was. Such a unique name for someone, then again she'd heard alot of unusual names in the last 360 years of life. "So what about you, what species would you be? hm, let's see...perhaps elf but the drink says something different...something more Faie like. Am I close?" She asked, finding it a little fun to guess since he wasn't as obvious as the others to tell by his scent or looks. That and she was glad he at least tried to start some form of conversation.
Some where in the distance a very loud and distinct alarm sound. In the middle of the street kneels a little boy, he's frightened, alone and holding a woman's remains. All around him are the bloodied and decaying bodies of his friends and family. Slowly, tears still streaming down his cheeks, he sits up letting go of the woman's body that he spent that last few days crying over. He looks around for the source of the sound but finds nothing. As he stands he grimaces due to being stiff. He continues to cry as he searches for the reason for the alarm. Suddenly there is a strong and loud pounding on Jacks door. "Turn that damned thing of! I'm tired of listening to it every flipping day!" His neighbor yells fiercely at him. Jack reaches an arm out groggily and hits the snooze button on his alarm. "Yeah, yeah. Go to hell." Sighing he sits up, finally realizing that he is drenched in his own sweat. Shaking his head he slowly gets up and makes his way into the bathroom for a shower. It was getting late, and he promised someone that he would get out more. So he had decided to go to some local club he had heard about. After his shower he ate something light, just 3 or 4 half cooked steaks. Thanks to his 'job' he almost always ate pretty well for someone living in a rundown apartment complex. Quickly cleaning up after himself, he heads towards the door and leaves. Taking his time, Jack makes his way over to the club relatively easy. As expected there was a decently long line to get in. He moves up to the front with more than a few glares. When the bouncer holds up his hands to stop him, Jack simple smiles and, pulling on hand out of his pocket, grabs the bouncers hand in an awkward handshake. Surprised, then man immediately tries to take his hand back, but he stops when he realizes that there is something in his hand. Jack takes his hand back. "He man how yea going? Long time no see." Looking into his hand the bouncer sees a fifty sitting there. He laughs and replies. Nothing man go on in. Have fun, we'll catch up later. Jack slips past him, chuckling and enters the club. Once inside he looks around and almost immediately leaves. More than half of the patrons were not human, that was apparent by how pungent the smell was. Instead he heads towards the nearest bar stool.
Elric had finally made it on the other side of the club and off the dance floor, he was glad for that cause he wasn't sure how much longer he was going to be able to stop himself from killing someone. He took a deep breath wondering if she was even going to talk to him, it had been several years since they talked and the last time they were even face to face it didn't go well. "Enjoying the club?" He said walking up to her but not touching her. He hoped that his words would be enough to get his attention.
She had finally gotten her drink and the place didn't seem to bad after having a drink. Though she still wasn't sure how long she was going to stay, there were a lot of other creatures here and even some brave humans who apparently were crafty enough to get in this place. "It would be a better place if guys would stop hitting on me" she growled out turning around to the guy hitting on her now and then she froze. There was no way that he was in this town of all place. She hadn't seen him since the hunts and even then it wasn't the best of memories. "So you here for pain or pleasure Elric?" she said in a simple monotone.
He cringed a little bit at her comment but was glad when she turned around to him and didn't immediatly start beating the crap out of him. "Pain actually. I work here, I'm the dj...um..." he looked back at his booth and figured that he should go back soon before something bad happened. "Would you like to come up at see?" He said offering up and watched her expression change from no interest into somewhat of interest. "Sure" she said shrugging her shoulders and then got up from her seat. Elric smiled a little and then waved her to follow him.
"Very pretty name, I am a Day spirit, or Morning star. Faie- unlikely, I'm not sparkly enough. Memnon said in a smooth voice then taking a sip of his drink, also putting cash down for her drink. He didn't care what any one thought about him, but he did noticed her was looking at him a bit strange. "However I do think you might enjoy the taste of my drink, its nice and clean tasting...I can't do Gin, too dry for my pallet." He smiled at her, his teeth a little more pointy then hers since she only had two pointy ones he had a mouthful of shark teeth. ((correct me if I am wrong however.))
Erebus was watching as he sipped his blue glowing drink enjoying the sweet taste of the poor sap's soul. It was very lively- so then man who delivered them much have had a scrapper. Smiling he looked over the balcony seeing the DJ talking to a woman who didn't look completely thrilled to see him, also a nervous or rather out of place looking man walk in. He was enjoying watching things get interesting. He was looking for a human that wasn't dirty, so he had in individually look at how they were to tell, that was time consuming. He looked on the balcony with him and found two human girls, in skanky shirt chilling in the back, sitting rather provocatively, but they were dirty, he didn't give then a second look, turning his attention instead to the server there. She was better looking and better dressed. "Excuse me miss, but do you think I could get another drink?" He asked as he swirled his drink that was almost gone around in the glass. She smile at him and nodded 'yes', walking off to get it rung up.
Viviana couldn't help her curiousity at his race. A day sprite? She'd heard about those from Aislin once, that there were two one Night and a Day. Almost kind of like a little yin and yang balance. She gave a shrug when he spoke about the drinks. "I see. Well I guess its an acquired taste." She was talking about the soul essesnce since her kind didn't actually tap into the life force directly for sustanance, just what powered it. "As far as gin and flavored liqour goes, I just like the bite to it." She giggled a little at the reference, "That and it takes the edge off of whatever suplement they put in it." Almost as if a chill hit the air, a shiver went up her spine, very noticeable with her. She could sense it, one of those evil dogs somewhere. It was in the club, wether or not it meant harm she couldn't tell but it still scared the hell out of her. She was sure there had to be a wolf or two in here somewhere, but most were mutts or not so strong. This one had lived a while. She let out a small breath and looked to the counter. After a count of three, she looked back up, her cheerful self again. "Sorry, suddenly got colder." She said, brushing her hair over her shoulder. Just wanting to find a subject change before he could ask, she decided to point out the obvious. "So that tattoo. Is it some kind of symbol or something?" She asked, secretly wonddering where Aislin was.
Aislin was perched in Robert's lap, carefully keeping an eye on Viviana as she also spoke with the men Robert had met with. They were large investors in the arts, usually paying big for women to model clothing for their charity events. What foreign dignitaries and already high rolling men didn't pay to watch women prance around in scanty dresses and Victorias Secret, that and it was something to keep their wives busy while they talked real busness. Women weren't suposed to be apart of that world, so Aislin didn't say much however, she did use her charm to weesle her way into the conversation. Pretending to be blissfully unaware yet minipulative at the same time worked like a charm, landing Viviana a possible show next week at one of the pent house events. Hopefully this one wasn't going to be somehow associated with that clan of her's. One more, "sorry but we've founf someone more qualified" and heads were going to role.
After nearly being run over several times, Jack finally makes it to his destination. A lonely bar stool at the end of the bar near a corner. He sighs as he waits for the bartender to look over as he waves a twenty dollar bill. "Just a whisky and coke, please. The biggest glass ya got." He sniffs quickly before making his next comment making sure there weren't any non-humans to close. " Make it strong enough to burn my nose just by the smell of it. It stinks in here." Once the bartender handed him his drink, Jack sniffs and coughs slightly. He then hands him two twenty's. "Keep'em comin that strong. That's how I like them to be." As he gently sips his drink untill he can get used to it some, he looks around for a bit. Mainly there are just some lowly blood-suckers and a few pups. He quickly spots a few beings that hes unfamiliar with and becomes quite interested suddenly. Talking as if to himself, he tests to see how keen their hearing is. "Haven't smelled one that dark in a long time. I wonder.... He moves his attention else where while he waits, continuing to scan the crowded club. Something in the back of his head starts to scream at him and he immediately starts to look for the reason. He finds the source almost immediately. "Ugh, now I know what stinks, fucking blood-suckers." He mutters under his breath, for a moment he considers leaving. After thinking about it he decides against it and shrugs it off, but still keeps his eye on her slightly.
Ravyn picked up her drink as Elric started walking back to his station and followed behind him. She was wondering if this was a good idea or if she should have just given him the cold shoulder. But there really was no turning back now so she just followed him around the crowded dance floor and then to a set of stairs. She looked at them and thought one wrong step she could go tumbling back down them. She shrugged her shoulders and followed after him anyways.
Elric looked over his shoulder to see if she was following him and was happy to see her behind him. He climbed the stairs to the top and was thankful to see that none of his equipment had been destroyed. He got back just in time to get the next playlist started. "Alright you can scram now" he told the young kid who then took his leave quickly. "So this is it, the center of entertainment for the crowd down there" he said nodding his head toward all the people. Ravyn looked around and had to admit that it wasn't that bad. She walked over to the balcony and sipped at her drink listening for the new song that he was going to put on. She was trying to think of what she was actually going say to him or hell, what he was going to say to her.
His eyes watching as the girl ascended the stairs after the man with a smile, he smiled at them both as the lowly orderly who had been watching the booth scrammed. She was gazing over the balcony had he raised his drink in salute to her. He didn't know if she had seen but he didn't care- at least she was pretty. The waitress had just given him another one and he was eager to finish it so that he cold taste her a little later, he was rather good a picking up humans' that way. He got out his phone however when it started to buzz, looking down it was a text message from Memnon, It said,' Dog is grumbling in the corner.' He tilted his head as he thought about it for a second then looked over the dance floor to the bar to see what he was talking about. Indeed at the end of the bar he could see the 'Dog' Memnon had spoke of at the bar, watching every one at the club, looking over every one.
"Indeed, I guess it can be called that."He smiled but stifled a laugh when she made a 'bite' pun with her sentence. Most vampires he knew were practically humor less, being so old. Watching as she sudden;y shivered, he looked her over and how she collected her self then looked back up, he could smell him already but he didn't make a comment. Watching him wave a twenty he smiled looking back at her,"Vivi- are you alright? Its still hot in here, perhaps you have had a bit to drink?" She apparently didn't wanna talk about it but he let it slide. "This Tattoo is an earned ranking in the spirit world, my good friend Erebus," He pointed tot he balcony where Erebus waved lightly at them with a smile,"He is a Night spirit, also a ranked spirit.He looked over Vivianna's shoulder and looked at the man when he commented on her being a 'blood-sucker'. He didn't like people who openly judged like the human's had, never taking personality into account.
Viviana listened to Memnon, even giving his friend Erebus a small wave when he was introduced. Tall and dark compared to Memnons lighter appearance. She was almost about to laugh at the fact Aislin had actually gotten some sort of species role and description right, after all for the first week she thought Viviana couldn't go out in the day time, even made her almost sleep in a coffin with dirt in it from a northern cemetery. Most people still kept those prejudices against one another...especially name calling that often transpired between any kind of wolf and vampire. Like the one not too far down from her at the bar...Call it her 'bat senses' but she heard him perfectly well and instantly frowned, her teeth gritting. She didn't like the term blood sucker at all, infact she prefered demon, harpy, and satan's mistress more. Though she was terrified to look at him, sensing he noticed her, she looked over her shoulder at him. She didn't hide her distaste from the dog, gave him a rather venemous glare before saying, "Filthy mongrel," in a similar low tone, knowing he could hear her perfectly fine. Rather cattily, she turned her attention back to Memnon as if dismissing the man. "Sorry...where was I? Ah yes, well that's interesting. I love hearing about different customs. So fascinating." She was more or else trying to draw attention back to her, only wanting to handle things herself or let Aislin take care of it. "And remember vampires can't get drunk too easily off just straight alcohol. Only fresh alcohol content in the blood they drink can really make anyone tipsy." She laughed, wanting to at least share that tid bit of info so he would be aware at no part of the evening, even if she chugged everything the bar had to offer, she would be set. Besides, she decided she enjoyed his presence, that he was at least an okay person to keep around her at least while Aislin was off making buisness deals with everyone she could.
Continuing to watch those he made comments about he chuckles slightly to himself as they all make remarks back in kind. He frowns abit at the "filthy mongrel" dig but over looks it since he did start the name calling."Well I guess I did deserve that." He laughs again to himself. He sighs to himself and stands slowly knowing he was being watched. He turns his attention to the dark being and slowly makes his way over. When he reaches the table with what appears to be a mere man until one looked him in the eyes, he speaks softly but with purpose behind his words. "Forgive me for being so bold but may I? I am intrigued by the fact I cannot recall the last time I encountered one such as yourself. He glances back to what smelled like this man's complete opposite. "If you would allow me I would like to understand as to why you are the only one I have encountered that smells as dark as you."
Ravyn wasn't ready to deal with Elric just yet and she figured that he had a job to do. Since he knew that she was here he could talk to her when he wasn't working. She was about to turn and tell him that she would meet him later but stopped when she saw someone raise their drink to her and that put a smile on her usually glum face but it soon dropped and she took a sip of her drink thinking.
Elric watched Ravyn out of the corner of his eye as he worked the stereos and tune of the music. He was still trying to get up the courage to say something to her, anything would do at the moment and he knew that he couldn't hold her attention for long. It was just how her specie was but none the less he continued to watch her in thought.
She decided that she wanted some entertainment at the moment and walked over to the man that raised his glass. She slowly walked up to him and scanned him with her eyes slowly judging him. Not really to be mean she was just curious as to what he was and why he was so alone with such looks as his. Without asking him she sat next to him but kept her eyes on the dance floor...well as much of it that she could see. "you've an interesting aura" she said to him wondering if he would even respond.
