Logan was looking at the files as Liam spoke, his attention only deviating to the man when he said that he had been involved in this since he was young. Honestly it was a bit shocking to hear that Liam was caught up in crime circles at a young age. Not because he didn't think the man could handle it, it was just a bit sad to hear that kids were dragged into this life early. How old had Allison been when she got brought into all this? He tried to imagine a younger Allison, dealing with crime lords overseas as some sort of scary badass. Instead he only got an image of her curled up on the couch beside him in her lazy sunday clothes, her long blonde hair pulled away from her face in a messy bun that revealed some of the scars that littered her neck. He never had asked about them, mostly because when they did get on to the topic of her past she shut down and retreated. He never saw pictures of her when she was younger, never met her parents, and only heard a story of her childhood once in a blue moon and usually it was when she was hammered. She told him that her past was complicated, that abuse was involved and she didn't like to think about that part of her life, that it wasn't who she was now...It was hard to even gauge now just who she was now or just how complicated her past was compared to her present state....He snapped out of his thoughts when Liam offered something surprising and Logan gave him a bit of a look when he mentioned working with a cop. It was odd honestly for him to know that this guy was probably responsible for quite a bit of underhanded and nefarious crap and that he was working with him. But it was as Liam said, he trusted it because of Laurel. She was a demon, yes, but she had made no move to do anything wrong by him and he wanted to do the same by her. He had already fucked up once and he didn't intend to do it again. "Desperate isn't the word I'd use. Not yet anyways. I just don't like that there are no leads to go by besides a dead guy, a crazy glass demon and someone running around pretending to be you...If you feel it would point us in the right direction, then yes, going undercover may be the best thing. I'm differing to your judgement on this honestly because I have no idea to where to go with all this at this point. I don't know what I was expecting coming here...maybe something not this tangled..." He said being honest with Liam since the man deserved that. It wasn't easy for Logan to say he needed help, let alone ask for someone's advice on anything. But he knew that Liam was the expert here, the one with the connections and the one that had got him this far through Laurel. He wouldn't have even known if Allison was alive, had Liam not said anything. ~~~ Allison listened to Elescher's snippy response and stalked over to her computer. She was done talking to him if he was going to be annoying. Besides, there was little she could say to affect a demon and that was not something she cared to do since her life was valued at the moment. She sat down indian style on the hard floor, clicking through files and different things till finally she found the internet connection. She took out a thumb drive she had and plugged it in, typing in a few loose codes into a program that popped up. The program turned her screen blue a moment before it cleared, showing her desktop again. She got onto the local police's website, scrolling through a few things before finding the data access network used for the employees. She let the program works its magic, only to be stopped by an error message telling her that the evidence she was looking for was only accessible through the main office. She growled to herself before slamming her computer shut and getting to her feet. She dressed well, especially since she did always like to look her best when she was heading into places were she could get information. She was petty in the sense that she liked to be admired, but what girl didn't like to be told they were pretty? She settled for a black skirt, sharp looking heels and a red blouse and a shorter blazer that made her look more official. She was going to be playing the government official today and needed to look the part. She dug into her backpack and removed her false documentation, finding a badge and a set of credentials that looked authentic enough to pass close inspection and scanning. It was a perk that she had people in high places frightened enough of her to give her what she needed...She threw them in her purse with her gun, just in case an opportunity presented itself to need it. Denelli's friends would be coming for her soon over his death, though she assumed Jorgan wouldn't even bat an eye. That twit was only a diversion to find her....now Jorgan was either running scared or plotting something big to get rid of her. Either way...she would have him soon enough. She was just getting oh so impatient.

Elescher watched her get dressed into something more professional looking and frowned at her. "And where are you going my dear?" he asked her in a tone that suggested she was going to be leaving him behind. he didn't like to be left out of the loop or left at home, that left little opportunity to kill things and that was a very sad thought to him. --------------- Liam looked at Logan when he went on about changing his words but he knew that man was desperate. At his comment about having been at a dead end made him shake his head. "Knowing what Demon we are up against is actually a plus in the situation. That makes it easier for Laurel to move about and avoid them if need be. The Dead guy is important, his friends are however. If I can figure out who was pretending to be me- we can get in and get close if needed." He said letting Logan know that it was possible with the information they yet had. ---------------- Sitting there she felt her butt was going numb, making her frown before sending a thought to Logan. 'Are we almost done? These guy's are giving me a head ache talking about sports and one guys' cologne is making me feel sick...' She thought to Logan- letting him know she was more then willing to leave- with or without them.

Allison looked up from her things and gave Elescher a rather flippant look. "I am going to the main precinct to look over their files to get a look at who I can use to get to Jorgan. Don't give me that tone. You are going with me. I need some assurance you will take care of them so I am not troubled...Besides I know you hate being left out." She said though her attention stayed on her phone. She called a cab a block over, knowing that at this point she would have to move very carefully. She was now in Jorgan's radar and he knew she was coming for him. That would mean soon he would be sending someone her way to deal with her. She walked out of her room, shoving her laptop under the mattress though she knew it was hardly the safest place. She didn't have anything on there that was incriminating or accessible without her codes. She just hated losing things she needed. ~~~ Logan nodded to Liam's talk, glad to hear they at least had something. He needed at least something to tell him that Ally was alright...Laurel in his head distracted him from the darker place his mind wanted to crawl into, the bit about the cologne and the men bothering her making him smirk. 'Alright we got what we needed. Thanks for putting up with it this long.' He said before looking up at Lian and giving his head a jerk towards the door to say that they needed to go. "Laurel is done and I don't want to stay here too long when there is more to do." He said to keep Lian in on what was going on. He walked out of the room, giving the woman at the desk a smile but she quickly looked away. Something told him that they didn't like them being there, looking into things like mob bosses and weapons dealers. "Ready Laurel? I'm starved. We should go try and find a place for a breather and drink." He said, knowing that demons ate quite a bit from just watching her. That and he really could use a drink after this load of information was unloaded on him.

A smile slithered onto his lips as she spoke saying hew as coming along, making him move to the door- opening the door for her, his hand making scratching noises on the metal. Following the cab was going to be his own little exercise for the day since he didn't feel like sitting in a stuffy cab that smelled of Indian food and body oder. He would definitely pass on that human transport and wanted some air, hoping to kill at least one thing perhaps, maybe if he behaved she might let him on the way home. ----------------------- As soon as Logan came out of the room Laurel game the officer leaning over the desk to talk to her in a flirty manner, a soft smile excusing herself. Liam however made his way over to her and gave her a soft smile and a kiss on the temple, giving the officer a glare. It was more then obvious he was stuck on this demon, and she didn't mind in the slightest. They headed out and back into the car, though Laurel was looking like she was bored. "So what did we find out? Lets not all talk at once and leave the demon out of this..." She commented to the car since it was quiet a few moments, getting on her nerves.

Allison walked along in a proud gait, her skirt wishing with her hips as she strut along the sidewalk outside the office. Cops gave her once overs and she heard a petty criminal give her a whistle. She ignored the pass and instead went up to the desk with a very proud look. She was there to do business not trifle with idiots, so hopefully her time wouldn't be wasted long. "I want to see your evidence room." She said point blank and the woman behind the desk looked at her with a raise of her brow. "Another one? Lord the office is getting busier these days..." Allison's eyes narrowed, not liking the idea that someone else was here. She kept her thoughts from her face though meanwhile she sent a small thought to Elescher. 'I want to know if you get any sense that I am being targeted I have a feeling whoever was here before me was looking into things they shouldn't have.' She sent to him before leaning in, allowing a curious look to grace her features. "And just who was this ma'am?" She asked sweetly and the woman gave her a catty look. "You know I can't tell you that. Now hand over your badge and the order form. I can't let you sign in until you do." Allison's anger peeked at the simple woman, wanting to bash her cash into the desk but knew that wouldn't be helpful to her case. She didn't take being denied things well...she handed over her false documentation and the woman quickly checked it over before huffing and motioning to the door. Allison trotted off, ignoring the officers that watched her ass as she walked inside. She gave a disgruntled grumble as she flipped through sign in sheet, just choosing an alias out of her arsenal to use. She paused however, gripping the clipboard tightly when she saw Logan's name on the list. He had come there with...She felt a livid spark go through her when she saw a name she knew all to well. "Liam that fucking snake..." She hissed under her breath, dropping the board in favor of the files that were on the cart that evidence officers had yet to put up. No surprise, they were the ones she was looking for. She tossed one open, studying it for a moment before turning to another. She found one that was on her, though it was under an alias for a Helena Izirdakoft. That was when she worked for Jorgan as his personal escort...his damn pet...She dropped the file in favor of an evidence bag that she tossed in Elescher's direction. "There is a knife in there I used to stab Jorgan's brother before he tried to kill me. It's not fresh but maybe that's something..." She said before grabbing Lian's file. She flipped through it, her eyes widening when she saw it was active. Active...and he was running around with Logan...? Why? She swallowed hard, her mind trying to pick up the pieces that were left behind. If Lian was still working for Jorgan...then maybe she could use him.... ~~~ Logan sat back in the seat, giving Laurel's snippy remark a small smirk. "Alright a quick recap is that Dinelli is dead but his friends aren't, at least the ones that matter aren't. If anything these are the guys that have something to do with why she is gone....and the reason it says Lian is still running around as his alias." He said, deciding to let Lian fill in the rest because from all of that that was all he could gather. Obrakov was dead and now Dinelli. And someone was using Lian to get close to them. Who it was he was unsure but he was completely annoyed that he didn't have even an inkling of where Allison was at the moment.

Elescher was patient as they walked through he was careful not to touch anything since he could make quite a mess. When she tossed him a bag with a knife in it he frowned. running a finger over the plastic is easily cut and he pulled the knife out and licked the blade pausing a moment. He closed his eyes and a shiver went threw him, sounding like a breeze threw a chandelier, with a ting noises it made quietly. " This blade has tasted some pretty pain. I like this taste." He said as his eyes opened, glowing a little as he straightened a bit, before putting it on the table and smiling at Allison. "However there isn't enough to go on here. We might have to follow that snakes' tail to find the head." He said sounding like ti could be fun, actual excitement coiling in his gut, he knew Allison could feel it but he was wondering her thoughts. ------------------- laurel rose a brow at Liam as Logan spoke on his alias. She knew the used to work as a spy but she thought she had warned him off that mess. Yes she liked a dangerous man however- that was only gong to get him killed. Lian looked back at Laurel and saw her slightly unhappy look. "It wasn't me, don't go giving me that look. I've done as you asked and stayed clear a while now." Liam stated clearly to her making her frown lessen but not her brow to smooth. "I will however be breaking that promise to help you out. So if you get mad take it out on this guy right here." He said pointing at Logan with a smirk since he figured he was going to have to come out of cover to help them. Laurel however frowned again, giving him a hard look. "And you want to go out of your way to break a promise you made to me?" She stated more then asking it as a question. With out missing a beat Liam responded, surprising Laurel. "If it helps keep you from being in danger and helps then yes." It was easy and self explanatory however Laurel couldn't help the soft feeling she got, hoping it didn't bother Logan on her feelings for this odd little man in the car with them. She didn't speak on that next after a few minutes of silence, leaving her words for Logan through a thought. " Logan, are you alright with working with Liam? While he is undercover things can get dangerous fast. I'm not sure you want that kind of mess." She asked him wondering his thought on it. --------------------------- She sat there in a pretty manner, waiting as she was supposed to. She has been told many times before how to act like a lady in front of guests but then there were none she had to behave as told. This was the most grueling arrangement she had ever been through however it was going to be well worth it in the end. She was going to collect the soul of the bastard who helped start the war that killed her own loved ones. She had to kill her own husband- watched the life slip from his eyes as the many souls he had collected seeped out and left him a hollow shell. It brought back a spike of pain in her middle, drawing a tear to slip from her eye onto her face silently as she sat motionless. She looked dolled up for this man, though make up could only hide so many bruises, her current shiner on her left eye obvious proof of this man's hobbies. She had only gotten him to use a command prompt twice so she was almost forcing him to use it again lately but he was craftier then she expected, unfortunately. Her pretty red dress sat smoothly about her on the white chair she was seated in, her posture straight as she was a lady in most ways, demon in the other. Jorgen was the man she was contracted to however, she knew well and good that she hated the man. The man commanded her present when he ate, slept or did anything else- like she were a willing girl however she was far from it. Having to sleep next to the man, she never slept, having to watch things since he was a paranoid man, it was annoying and it made her sick to even be in the same room, much less have the man touch her. “Bianca, Don't you look absolutely lovely tonight.” He said in a purr as he came into the room, out of his office to look at her, a finger gliding up her arm in an attempt to make her smile however her lips ere drawn in tight and she didn't even look up. After a second she took a breath then looked up, a smile on her lips, it was soft almost coy as she greeted him smoothly, though in her mind she was imagining killing him slowly. “ Hello Jorgen. Its a pleasure seeing you.” She said though her words were oddly empty of much emotion. He grinned at her feeling her heated thoughts and smirked. “Not yet my pretty little pet. Not quite yet. Come now, lets head over to have some dinner. I'm sure your hungry after the last few days...” He said with a twisted smile knowing he had locked her into a room and had been starving her, as punishment but she was endured worse already in her life- at this point this was just foreplay- bad foreplay.

Allison looked away from the files, her blue eyes taking in the blade as she felt the pleasure and excitement rush through her from his emotions...This creature was sick, but that was what she needed. Besides, she felt a similar joy seeing her knife again. She had used it to interrogate, to frighten and kill quite a few people. She lost it the night Jorgan turned on her, using his slime ball brother to plan a hit on her..She had thought she was meeting Jorgan for a trade off deal, instead she was cornered into a factory and knocked unconscious by chloroform. They kidnapped her, beat her, raped her, nearly killed her and the only thing she got out of it was seeing that bastard bleeding out on the floor...and Elescher of course. That was when she had to leave, to find Jorgan and kill the bastard. She made her disappearance look perfect for the police, not even a hair out of place...She did that for Logan, so Jorgan would never trace her back to him. She wouldn't have someone exploit him as her weakness. She gave him a raise of her brow and tossed Lian's file back in the box. "I know where to start then..." She said with a smile before she walked out of the room, looking as prideful as ever. On the street she brought her phone to her ear, readying herself to call a cab. Suddenly something cold and metallic was pressed into her back and she felt someone get very close to her. "Drop the phone and come with me." The male voice said and Allison smirked, dropping her phone and walking pleasantly to the alleyway that the man lead her to. He knocked her purse away from her when they were out of sight and shoved her forward into the alley wall. "Nothing personal. Jorgan wanted this to be quick." Allison turned and got a look at the man, her brow quirking at the fact Jorgan only sent a low level hitman after her. It was obviously an insult. "Mm, I love it when he sends me gifts." She said, feeling the spike of her rage getting the better of her. She wanted to see this man suffer and she was very done dealing with him. Suddenly two men came out of side doors on either side of her, holding heavier gun power in her direction and making the cock sure hitman smile at her. "It's over Helena." She gave him a smirk and looked just over his shoulder where she knew Elescher was. "Take the gun hand from him-- and deal with these idiots. I want this little man to myself." She said to the demon, knowing that he was in the mood to kill something just as much as she was. ~~~ Logan stayed out of the couples fight, since he knew from experience with fights with Allison that it was always better to stay out of it. He found it a little funny how well the two worked, even if Laurel's kind didn't really think of relationships the same or so she had told him. It was good to see that she had someone to care about her like that though. For a demon, Laurel was a good friend to him. Had been since the beginning, even past her killing spree...He liked her and was actually glad for their contract. The soft, fluffy feeling in his middle reminded him that they could share feelings and he glanced back at her with a 'really?' look that showed some humor. 'Yeah, I'm fine with it...you know I can't let this chance to find her slip away Laurel...I'm sorry it's at the expense of his promise to you. If things get too serious pull him out of this.' He sent to her as he turned back around in his seat, offering her the shared sentiment about it. "So are any of your contacts even still in this area? They've got to spooked after Dinelli was murdered." He asked, more to change the subject from the lover's quarrel.

Her words were simple as they left however outside he was in for a treat. It made him excited, he did however know Allison felt his excitement as men approached her in a threatening way. At her command he gave her a smile before simply clamping a hand down on the gun man's hand. It sliced as easy as a hit knife threw butter before he turned and whirled at the other two- the would literally be diced when he was done.... there was blood every where and it was strangely poling by the still breathing man's feet- which made the demon smile. He gave her a smile as she looked over at Allison, wondering if he could have fun with the man... -------------------------------- Liam rose a brow at the look Logan gave Laurel in the mirror. What were they talking about? What was going on that he was being left out of? When Logan spoke about his contacts in the area he nodded. "They might be a little rattled but a phone call can change that. I still have my burner phone back in my older things." He said as he directed Logan to head out to the hotel, but he was going to be going to his safe house- the old one he wasn't too sure was still there. He was sure Laurel knew where he was talking about since they have been there a time or two, alone often enough but he wasn't sure Logan would want to go. She glanced over at Liam and felt a small desire to go back to when things were simple but did her best to shield Logan from some of her memories that flashed in her head. She bit her lips a bit teasingly before looking back out the window. 'Alright Logan, we can start this of and figure out who is impersonating him.' She thought to him so he could perhaps be distracted.

Allison watched the hand get removed and watched the man's face morph as the reality sunk in. He began screaming, but Allison used the momentum of the moment to kick him in the gut. He coughed out a sobbed breath of pain as she walked over to where he lay on his back. She leaned in, ignoring the blood that got onto her as she lifted him by the collar of his shirt. "Jorgan sent you here to die. You know that right?" She purred in his terrified face, her eyes bright and her expression showing that she was enjoying this. The man gave her a shaky look, her arms vibrating from his trembling from pain and blood loss. She tisked at his weakness, her lips down turning in a frown. "Must have sent you as an insult...that bastard. I'll have to return you to him in ribbons..." She sneered as she began to motion to Elescher to just deal with him. She saw something come over his face and it made her eyes narrow to slits. No, she wanted to kill this idiot herself. She dropped him and went for her purse where her gun was. She grabbed it and headed back to the man, planting her heel on his chest, her gun pointed at his face. The man suddenly began chuckling, though Allison chalked that up to hysteria. Rather quickly he sobered when he began coughing up blood from where her heel had punctured his abdomen. He gave a wheezing breath before he actually began speaking, his voice clear as he reiterated something that confused Allison at first. "Blonde hair, blue eyes, bigger build, cop of the main office, we have his badge number while he has your ring on his finger, the one you bought on the salary Jorgan paid you, I believe he's staying nearby--" Allison's eyes widened as he began rattling off information that at first but the last comment made her body grow rigid. Was he talking about---? The man snickered, his eyes narrowing in humor at Allison's expense. "Stupid bitch. Do you really think we wouldn't get information on you and anyone you've been in contact with? So kill me...we have enough dirt to do a number on you eventually..." Allison watched him for a long moment, her rage building to the point she only saw red. The next thing she knew, she tossed flipped the gun in her hand, refusing to end this quickly. She wanted him to suffer.... By the time she was finished she was covered in blood and looked a bit deranged and high strung. She sank to the ground next to the unrecognizable corpse, breaths heaving from her chest after she had expended most of her energy on making the cheap hitman pan for upsetting her. She couldn't go out in public like this, she knew that, but she couldn't make herself move. All of that work to keep him out of this and she had been foolish--That ring. They marked Logan from the ring. She knew Jorgan wouldn't use that card. It wasn't personal enough and they didn't know exactly what she felt for Logan. They thought him an ally no doubt...He couldn't know more than that...She swallowed hard before getting to her feet shakily, her eyes going to Elescher. "We need to find their car. I can't call a cab like this and I think he broke my phone...I need to handle something later. You will not be coming along. I need you instead to track down the strain that sent these weak little ants to approach me and deal with them. Jorgan needs to know I mean business..." She said, just rattling off her thoughts since she wasn't in her right mind at the moment but coming down off her high. ~~~ Logan looked to Liam and gave a nod when the man admitted that he was going to some place old to get his things. Logan understood that and hardly wanted to be involved in that process. He would much rather let Liam do his thing wherever he needed to and stay out of that. He was a cop after all at heart and he didn't feel right participating in more illegal activity. "Alright. Get what you have to. I might take a step back and look a few old things over from what I got from Laurel's brother. I might have missed something about these men in his old notes since I didn't really know who they were at the time." He said since he had old documents from Ian on his computer that he could look over. Besides, he needed a drink after today and needed one bad. He was going through the motions of normalcy, hoping something finally relieved the stress he was under. But they had find very little on Allison, just more mystery and theory of where she could be. He wasn't sure why there just was no solid trace...or why he was feeling like he wouldn't know what to do if they even found her...He didn't even know her. For all he knew, his Allison could have just been another alias, a well placed lie to use him to whatever gain she had...That was why he needed a drink, to quiet those thoughts that only did more damage than good at this point.

Elesher was having fun actually getting to poke at not one but two bodies- pieces of flesh sliding off at his touch- he was more then sure they were an actual pile of pieces and puddles- that pleased him. He glanced up when she motioned for him but stopped- seemingly wanting to deal with him herself. Elesher felt her irritation and was that panic? No- he was misjudging that feeling, it was irritation and perhaps anger? He watched as Allison dealt with the man and had to smile at her blood lust, it was a beautiful thing- this also reminded him why he had chose her- she was fearless and was ruthless and her mind felt wonderfully saturated in blood. At her orders he nodded however at the mention of a car he pointed to the curb where a sedan with four door and blacked out windows saw. It was obviously theirs since it was suspicious, to him at least- since it was the only new car since they went in. "As for the orders, when would you like me to head out?" He said since hew as curious if she even wanted him to help her with her personal issue since she was up in arms about it. --------------------------- Laurel felt the slight feelings from Logan's mind and frowned. "If you want I can hang out with you Logan? I'm sure Liam would be faster if he went alone." She commented more to prove she wasn't totally pleased with Liam. He glanced at her in the mirror on the visor and nodded knowing how she felt on that topic.

Allison wiped the blood from her cheek, since she was going to be visible for a second. She ignored his question, going to the car and knew he would follow. "Soon. I need a shower and to go shopping. You will not be involved in my personal business. We will both be furthering our cause tonight." She said, not looking at Elescher. She was busy calculating everything that had to be done before things escalated. First they needed to be sure that this little hive that these hitmen were contracted from were dealt with. She wanted them good and scared of her to be sure they didn't approach her again. That was Elescher's job. Her's was to find Logan and look into exactly what he was up to. How could he be lurking around this place with Liam of all people...What was he after looking into their old contacts? She got into the car, using it as the opportunity to pull off her blood soaked jacket. She took them back to the warehouse and instantly went to the old staff shower that still worked quite well. It was a cold shower, but that was what she wanted. She needed to be on her A game and ready to be her usual brutal self. She couldn't let Logan get in her way...She couldn't let him be a weakness. If need be she would get rid of the distraction herself...She tensed at the thought, her stomach churning in an odd way that it hadn't ever before...she had never felt anything about taking out someone that bothered her. She was raised that way, to be a brutal killer with no remorse... Why now did it actually hurt to think of losing him? She shoved the thought away and got out of the shower. After throwing on civilian wear she went back to where Elescher was. "I need a new outfit. I need to handle my prior attachment from an alias I was holding in the Chicago area. Its getting in the way...And I want to know what his partner is up to. He may have a tie to Jorgan." She said, filling the demon in since she knew he could sense she was acting odd and she would rather not piss it off more. ~~~ Logan looked to Laurel from the mirror and sensed the dig in her words. Women were always so damn passive aggressive. Not that he ever really understood it, but Allison would get in her moods and use it often like a weapon. He sensed that this would fix itself with time, so he kept his comments to himself. "You're welcome to. I'm mostly going to be reading the novel your brother left for us to dig through and getting a drink later." He said, offering her the option of being his company since he didn't mind having her there. She was a good insight and she was safe for him to talk to. He figured he didn't need to be alone at this point any ways...The quiet gave him too much room to think. "Besides, I figure it would give us some time to think things over while Liam gets in contact with people again. I don't exactly want to sit idle..." He said since he never handled waiting well.

At her harsher words he nodded understanding clearly she would take care of her won issues it seemed. Sitting in the back seat to avoid getting her cut by being too near her he listened to her thoughts as they passed his own mind hearing little bits however let her before the trips duration. After a bit after they arrived he felt an uncomfortable feeling in his gut and he knew it was from Allison- he never had such problems before over killing some one- only her human side did it seemed. He gave her a frown when she did emerge from the shower. He didn't speak but she got the general idea. At her words he nodded though it was more in then obvious he wasn't impressed by far by her thoughts. -------------------------- "I'm used to being company, besides you can read and drink. I'm sure things will be fine Logan." She said before ignoring Liam at this point making it obvious to him that she was unhappy, thought she had to give him credit he did tell her up front. Liam gave a sigh as he already assumed Laurel was mad at him but it was something he ahd to do to help her. He was committed to helping her even with his life so he was going to jump threw as many hoops as he needed to for her.

((Allison is being Allison doing Allison things in Allison places with Allison attitudes. Poor Elescher...Never thought I'd say that but dude is dealing with hella PMS at the moment)) ~~~ Logan knew Laurel was using him as an escape from dealing with Liam. He wouldn't mind being her company either. Besides, Liam couldn't be gone too long and he had a feeling that the two would talk on things later when he wasn't around. When they finally reached the hotel, Logan climbed out and figured it was better to get to work rather than slack off. Work sort of involved actually grabbing something for lunch and changing into something more simple that wasn't as dressed up from the visit to the police station. As he munched on a bit of sandwich, he waited for his computer to boot up, sparing Laurel a glance since she seemed to be busy with her own things. "Thanks Laurel. You've helped me out alot. I wouldn't even be here if you hadn't spoken to Liam." He said, giving her a half smile. "But if you not comfortable with Liam being involved in all this, I can't ask more of you. You seemed genuinely angry with him..." He said since he knew she had feelings for Liam, regardless of what exactly those feelings were. He didn't want to see her hurt by all this, not when it could have been avoided had they been more careful. He didn't know the depth of this whole operation or exactly who these men were. Only that they were nasty enough to need trained killers and that they even had the police force uneasy in America as well as internationally.

Laurel was in the back room changing but she heard Logan. She slipped her shirt over her head, and sighed. She had on a pair of shorts and a baggy shirt, her long hair down and in a slightly curly mess. His thanks was a little different making her raise a brow at him. "I'm helping you because of our deal Logan. Don't think too much into that, Your also my friend so I'm using my personal resources here. Liam is a resource and a liability so he will be used as I see fit." She said to him however at the end she had a sharp pain in her chest. She knew that was a lie but it was what she should have said as a proper contractor. She was sure Logan could feel the unhappy pressure there in her chest, knew it was hers and not his own from her pained expression, she half turned to hide from him. She really did like Liam, however it couldn't ever be- Demons' couldn't breed with humans(as far as they all knew), they couldn't live in their realm and it was hard for Demon's to live on this plane as well- there were things to observe; special rules. Wrapping her arms about her middle she moved across the room and opened the mini fridge there, pulled an entire shelf's worth out and taking it with her to her seat on the bed and began opening the little bottles and downing them. She glanced over at Logan a glare on her pretty face however it softened a moment as she tossed him one, knowing he would drink it. She often drank to really figure out her feelings on things since being a demon made things a little harder to think about with the two sidedness of things. ------------------------------ Bianca sat there as he ate, she however took a bite every so often, not feeling hungry while looking at the man she hated. She felt that she was close to getting her wish here- his soul. The four of them left that was, had made deals to get every last one and then focus on rebuilding- not that they honestly wanted to with what was allowed. Two boys and two girls- it just so happened two were siblings and the other male was absolutely deplorable. She had gotten one already- killed in in the cab of his car, and left a message to any other demon who looked into it honestly, not that she thought they wouldn't since they were once involved. "Are you not hungry? I'm sure you would have been after a few days my dear." Jorgen commented on her small bites. His eyes were on her wondering what her thoughts were though he couldn't really get a read on them. A lightly pressed smile on her lips, she shook her head lightly, putting her fork down. "No, my stomach is sensitive today it seems." Her words were careful and soft to not let anything in to her tone. He gave her a smirk as he was sure she didn't want to eat because he was there, not putting poison past him- not that he blamed her. A man entered the room and handed a letter to Jorgen, it was the daily events he missed it seemed and there was a death toll it seemed, however it seemed it was his 'friend' and his hit men- not the woman they were after. That put a frown on his face as he took a drink of his wine. "Shame, she liked to fight like that. Maybe I could convince her back into my bed- since you don't seem too cuddly- she at least played a little, you just lay there." He commented making it seem like she actually tried to make this man happy. His words were wanting a reaction form the demon there though she didn't move, didn't speak- she didn't care. He gave a 'hmpf' noise as he stood and put the letter down in her plate of food- meaning he was done letter her eat. He leaned in over her, his arms on either side of her speaking into her ear. "My point. Now go earn your keep- I want you to find out who killed them. I know that bitch isn't capable of that- she had some one with her- must have. Find out whom." He stated to her putting her to work since he ahd a flight tonight to catch. She stood up and began to walk out however stopped when Jorgen spoke again. "And I expect you back with results- or I'll take it out on you in bed- I'm sure you would love that." He threatened her again, he knew it was a revolting idea to her since he did it as punishment to her. Simply touching her sometimes was enough but in the bedroom- well needless to say afterwards she was very cooperative to avoid it- though he quite enjoyed himself.

Logan had a feeling that response was coming from her since Laurel was often the tough type. Her bit about Liam however made Logan look up from his computer, especially since he felt that familiar tightness there in his chest that he had grown very used to. He had that feeling often when trying to figure out his feelings for Allison at the moment. It was hard, knowing situations and things that could potentially ruin something--someone you wanted. He knew better than to compare himself to a demon, in fact one dealing with the extinction of her family and another demon she was terrified of, but he could relate on at least one aspect of all this. And that was the complicated relationships issue. "Right...Well not trying to tell you how to run things." He accepted the bottle she tossed him and he gave her a small nod of thanks. He opened it and downed it, chasing it with the water he was working on since he knew better than to let himself get hammered this early. He still wanted to be able to walk down to the lobby's bar enough to get the better stuff later. "But I do know that a liability adds up to more than you expect in the end...They still damn near kill you when something happens to them." He said before looking to the window where it was starting to get later into the afternoon, the sky turning a darker blue. "Damn, to think I used to be a pretty cheerful friction person. Now I get what Maggie means by morbid." He chuckled before turning his attention back to the documents to see if he could pick out anything related to these people Allison and Liam were involved with.
