Nodding he took care of the rest- It wasn't hard but she came out with more stuff-" Did you find anything interesting?" He wondered since he went by you keep what you kill philosophy she figured everything here was him and hers now. Unless it had a name on it he figured why not take it. He looked to Neve who went for the horses with their saddle bags," Hey, Neve- Good work. You really did a number on that big one." he said as a compliment to her on beheading the leader bandit- he personalty couldn't have done it.

Neve went through the tower collecting interesting things that weren't damaged by fire'. She found a weird scroll or two here and there, even a good amount of gold. She even snatched up a steel dagger that she found lodged into a map on the third floor'. When she went back to Atrious, saddle pack over one shoulder with her loot, she observed he his handy work with the remaining bandits. It was impressive what this elf could do. She hadn't seen magic that powerful before and it made her think twice about leaving him. At his comment about her skill she gave a light prideful smile before placing the saddle bag down and without thinking took the dagger into her left hand to hand it to him bit it ached in protest. "yeah well did a number on me too. My wrist feels off." she told him,now noticing it was slightly purple. She looked it over before looking to Atrious again. "You aren't hurt right?" She asked to be sure. Besides the cut on her neck, a bruise on her knee, and her wrist She was doing alright.

Frowning he extended his hand out to look at her wrist. "May I?" He asked as he wondered if she had either jammed it or broke it... He could fix a jab but he wasn't sure about a break- that wasn't his specialty- quite the opposite really. He saw she had a bit more stuff then they originally had and he smiled, she had looted just like he would have.

Neve glanced at her wrist then at him. Carefuly she extended her arm and let him take it. Her hand being able to flex and move showed that the bone wasn't broken however she had popped it out of place and that she had bruised some of the muscle there. "I don't think its broken..." She said holding her breath when he touched it. It hurt to touch and strain but she was trying to be level headed.

He frowned that meant that he was going to have to be a bit hard on her for a moment. " Well I can reset it... You have to promise not to punch me... If you like I can paralyze you or can we just agree that you won't hurt me? OH what was that?!" He said pointing into the wooded area by the horses- she looked and he took a deep breath and reset her wrist and ducked, knowing she was going to swing. It was only natural. It didn't look as funky shaped now but it was still swollen and discolored.

Neve's eyes went wide when he said he was going to have to reset it. She hadn't broken or dislocated anything before so she had no idea what to expect. His bit about paralyzing her so she wouldn't hurt him made her frown, a bit in apprehension and curiousity. Did it really hurt that much? He suddenly called something to attention and her head whipped in that direction, seeing as she was trained to. The moment the pop was in her ears she let out a pained hiss in response. She did swing with her good hand, with enough force to know the ever living out of him, but she missed when he ducked and ended up stumbling into him. "That was low--Not cool!" She growled before giving his hair a rough ruffle and sauntered over to her horse, nursing the sore but relieved of pressure wrist. She moved herself onto the horse and got it into a trott that would take them back to Dragon Bridge. Now that work was over she could sleep.

He smirked at her as she called it low, then he smiled softly at the ruffle of his hair- he liked that. " Your welcome." He called as he followed her to the horses as they headed back. As they walked in the bar area had emptied out a bit, however that lady who was dumb in his opinion- was still there. he was tired now- he just wanted to get some shut eye from not being able to sleep very well at that ungodly place...That prison was horrible- gave him bad vibes.

((Oh good luck sleeping well lol)) Neve shot him a look that was half annoyed, though her frown was soft and so were her brows. It wasn't a thank you but it was obvious she did like having her wrist feeling better again. When at the inn, they passed the horses over to the stable hand and took their valuables into the inn, Neve kept a healthy distance from Atrious, mostly because there wasn't anyone to impress an image upon immediately. She did however fold her hands behind her back to hid the discolored wrist. The woman who owned the place saw the two had returned and gave them a bright smile. "I do hope you enjoyed your walk, but now I have a bit of subtle news for you. It seems a gentlemen came in and asked for one of my available rooms. He even offered a large sum of money for one and well--times in skyrim are hard. So I figured since you two are already engaged, why not allow you a night together. It's the last room I have after all..." She tossed Atrious the key and motioned above her. "Left hall off the stairs, third room down. Enjoy your stay." She yawned and all but walked off leaving a stunned Neve standing next to Atrious. "She didn't..." Neve snatched the key from Atrious and darted up the stairs, going to the room mentioned and opened the door. A groan escaped her lips as she saw the double bed. "She did..." She huffed, tossing her things to the side but went over to the bed and sank onto it anyways. It was comfy and instantly her eyes went half mast just picturing sleep. "Screw it. I'm tired. I'm sleeping." She grumbled and plopped back on one of the pillows, unable to muster the strength to want to fiddle with getting her armor off.

Atrious frowned when he heard this- and his frown carried with him as he looked at Neve just laying down in bed- not caring what went down. He sighed, taking off his vials- and setting down his bad, turning he locked the door behind him- setting a small charm on the door to alert him when it was opened with out his approval, aka picked. Sighing he resigned himself to leaning his back against the wall by the door- taking the other pillow and sitting on it- he didn't want his ass getting floor sore. He figured she would rather have the bed- since she was the lady after all plus he wanted to wake up with his nuts to still be attached in the morning. He got comfortable his hands a across his chest in a comfortable position as he relaxed. Taking a deep breath he was out like a light- he was tired and needed some sleep at least- or hew as going to be sleeping on his horse tomorrow.

Neve had passed out, sleeping like.a rock. However at around the starting of dawn, she had a nightmare that woke her in a state of panic. she had been trapped in a dark space, stuck and unable to move in the small space. She tried to call out but her voice was caught in her throat. She heard noises all around her, muffled shouts and screams. the screams were in fear and panic but in all the darkness she felt far away. suddenly a hand came to her wrist and a face came into view, a beautiful man with pale skin like her own and silvery grey eyes. "Velossfaeniel, I will protect you." He told her right before colours and pain exploded into her vision, swallowing her into a terrifying array of chaos. She clutched her chest shaking hard as the dream floated into her conscious mind. She was terrified of dark small spaces and this dream made her feel suddenly constricted in this room. She looked and saw Atrious asleep by the door and She gave a light frown. so at least he was a gentleman. She slipped off the bed placing a blanket on him before taking the key from him. She grabbed her bow and a few arrows, wanting to practice in the mornin while there was still time and to get out of this constricting room... when she unlocked the door, she felt a frigid air go over her, like something was catching her presence. however she ignored it tossing the key in his lap and walked out to the small military outpost where they had sparring areas set up.

Atrious felt rather comfortable however when he woke up he noticed the key ans't in his hand any more but in his lap on top of the blanket Neve had been sleeping under- and she wasn't there. Shirking she shook his head- getting up and stretching. He went out into the lobbyish area with a smirk at the woman who was smiling at him pleasantly, asking him how his night went. "It was nice- do you perhaps know if she went on her morning walk?" The woman nodded telling him she had indeed went out back, he nodded knowing she wouldn't leave then her went and gathered his apothecary bag and asked to borrow their table they had for public use. She nodded and told him to have at it. After Twisting quite a few potions he stretched his back- then finished up the last one- hearing the door behind him open- some cold air flooding into the room.

Neve entered the inn with a grin plastered on her face. She spotted Atrious and went over to him with a sway in her step. She sat on the table next to his work. "Atrious I've got good news." She said with a prideful smile on her face. She looked up when the door to the inn opened. Her smile changed to an almost flirtatious one, though her fingers drummed on the table showing she was plotting. "Atrious, this Captian Markus, General Tulius's nephew of the Imperials..." She said mentioning the name of the highest ranking officer in the Imperial legion. The man that walked in had dark hair and blue eyes, his expression confident and quite cocky. He was attractive, even with his scars, and he was very fit. She had to admit it was tempting but she wasn't in the mood to toy with a Nord. She actually wanted to do something useful at the moment. Markus seemed to be looking at Neve but then when he got close enough his attention shifted to Atrious. "Ah so this is the one you spoke of Neve.." He said, voice deep and rugged as he noticed Atrious. He raised a brow at him, not saying anything but his look was giving away that he was looking him over to assess his power. Neve put a stop to it when she gave a clearing of her throat. "Yes. He's a friend and a trusted mage. Now, Atrious, Markus here has offered to let us travel with his regiment to their camp in the Pale..." Markus nodded and gave a rather prideful smile. "The path you are headed is very dangerous, Neve here told me how you two handled those bandits. But there are more where that came from and much more dangerous monsters. Not a safe enviroment for young lady." Neve scoffed, "Please, I out shot you this morning ten fold. That's the only reason I won this offer. We just need safe passage through those mountain passes." She looked to Atrious again, eyebrows raising. "So what do you think Atrious?...passage and then we part ways. Easy deal right?" She was unsure what he would think since he was awfully wary of who he trusted really.

He continued so make his potions- he listened feeling that he was getting looked over he ignored it. However when Neve discussed leaving. Did she mean leave him or the group- or both. He had a look of slight confusion on his face a small frown on his lips. " Define leave? and you mean Laintar Dale?" He asked quietly more for her ears instead of this Captain- he didn't are for him- hew as suspicious and he didn't have a doubt in his mind if he used magic he would be resented. He looked like a nord for all he knew- unless Neve told him- he was as goo d as a magic using nord- either way it was shunned. "I'm almost done here- excuse my rudeness- This is a time sensitive potions I am creating..." He said as he scrapped the scales off of a small blue and red fish then added them to a purple liquid- making it turn a misty green color- then he mixed in some void salt he had gotten a while back- that made it turn a bright translucent yellow. Making him smile. Putting it away properly with a cord in his belt line in its individual space he turned took look at the nord, his eyes skeptical. "Greetings...and what exactly has she said about me...I'm curious to know." He said his tone rather flat not like the charming young elf Neve had seen up till now. He hated dealing with people who used force to get their way- he had heard many rumors about this man and none of them good-.

Neve was rather surprised by his frigid behavior but Markus didn't seem to notice. She watched him work and gave him an odd look at his question about leaving. What did he mean? Did he think she was leaving him? She looked then to Markus who spoke to her with playful banter about their shooting challenge. When Atrious finished and asked the other odd question. Markus gave him a shrug. "Just that you were a mage of excellent skill. Why? Got something to hide?" He chuckled, sounding like a joke though it seemed to not be. Neve didn't like the direction this conversation had taken. "Atrious can I speak with you privately a moment...?" She didn't give him the option really. She grabbed his hand and pulled him into one of the back store areas there while Markus spoke with the inn keeper. "Okay, listen. I know it's not the greatest of plans and its a bit hasty but its the only thing I could think of to at least get up as far as Dawnstar safely. I didn't tell him where we were headed or anything about either of us really, he just offered when I owned up to being one of the people that got rid of those bandits.." She said giving a half frown. "And about leaving? You don't honestly think I would ditch you? Atrious...you are my friend right?" She asked perfectly serious to him. She knew she had screwed up the moment she saw his reaction, now it was time for damage control.

Being drug off he frowned,"I think so. You seem to be distant with me however. However brings General Tuliu's cousin into out affairs is almost out of the question. About leaving- I don't know. You didn't seem to have a problem leaving this morning." His voice was harsh at first then it got soft and very unsure like his expression- he fiddled with some vials straightening them to perfection. " I don't know that man- why did you tell him I was a mage- he will assume I am completely affiliated with the college and are no good but magic using scum as all Nords see us any how. They don't trust magic." He said his voice still quiet however it wasn't as threatening as he was hoping it would have come out as. He couldn't find it in him at the moment to yell at her about this stupid decision. " I'll pack my things then we can be on our way..." He eventually muttered as he stepped around her back into the main room, grabbing his saddle bag ans left over ingredients, putting them back into his bag then heading back to the room. He didn't know why but he had a bad feeling about this.
