Atrious smiled," He is a good elf- he owed my father a favor in keeping me alive and teaching me so he and I see eye to eye on most things. He can be trusted." He said as he fell silent in the mention of his father not really wanting to have brought him up but yeah he needed to talk to the Arch mage about the Thalmor's involvements and such.

Neve nodded, glad to finally find someone trust worthy. "Alright but just know Im brutally honest...I assume your going to tell him why we're here right?" she wsa only guessing but she assumed he wanted to discuss the Thalmor issue with this man, since his school had been marked.

" Yes and no.... He only needs to know certain things. Don't want to worry him too much." he said before he heard steps coming up the staircase towards them before the door opened ans in came the older Elf. He smiled at Atrious then turned his smile to Neve,"Greeting young one- Are you a friend of Young Atrious here?" Atrious smiled lightly," I needed to talk to you about somethings- we don't exactly have time for all these pleasantries... The Thalmor are still recruiting for the little missions that kept getting our students killed a while back." The elf ignored Atrious and looked to Neve wanting to be polite, asking her if she wanted some thing to eat or drink while they talked. Atrious rolled his eyes," I'm serious. I was recruited- if I said no then I was going to be a prisoner..." Te elf still ignored him- treating him like an ill tempered child, Atrious was getting angry but eventually just stopped talking and went to have a seat. Giving a huff- 'he didn't want to listen then fine- he wasn't going to learn about the college being on the map- screw him.' he thought to himself. He crossed his arms looking annoyed- when the older elf finally looked at him and frowned," Your still too up tight- your father was more layed back then you...Take a break- you have been a while- relax- take a breath." Atrious turned his glare from the floor to him," A breath? You still lecture me... I'm no longer a child.I'm a master in my art and won't be told what to do any longer. Since you find it hard to listen to me she will explain things- I have some business to attend to." he snapped, standing up and leaving the room. He was tired of being used around like a child with the Arch Mage- he forgot how annoying it was when he did that especially in front of Neve.
The Arch Mage sighed as Atrious stormed out then turned to Neve," My apologies- thought if you came with him I'm sure you are used to his emotional out bursts occasionally... I am the Arch Mage here at the Winter hold College. Greeting to you young student." He introduced himself to her, offereing his hand out to her.

After Atrious was blatantly ignored, Neve felt a sliver of worry seep into her when he stormed out.She looked back to the Arch Mage, her mind trying to wrap around exactly what to do and say to him.
She took the offered hand and gave a half smile. "Greetings to you as well sir. And yes, Atrious can be emotional at times, but I really think its because he cares a lot." She said releasing his hand and looking down at her robes. "I'm not going to lie to you and say that I know anything about this college, but I know this place means alot to him...hence why he was so wrapped up in talk of the Thalmor and their stranger plotting." She bit her lip, hoping she was saying the right things here. She wasnt much of a negotiator or speaker, at least not like an imperial or a guy raised in normal society. Khajiit were alwaays cryptic with others but brutally honest with one another. It was hard for her to learn speaking decorum...
"I would like to talk about it with you, since it has something to do with your college sir..."

He looked at her then sighed," Very well. I have listened to the Thalmor before- they are big dreamers. I don't want to deal with them. What are they trying to do and what does it ahve to do with my college? Atrious seems to think that because he is some one special that he needs to help fix things because they aren't in their natural order- he hates the Thalmor- they pushed him as a child and he hates them for it. He doesn't like commands, thought he does when respect is owed- poor thing has had a long hard life. Some times I think it might be better to send him to face his father again." The man said his face solom however it made sense- Atrious was getting too old to be pushed around however he needed to get over his childish grudges and face the facts. He couldn't fix everything- it wasn't his job nor his mess to clean up.

Neve listened to the arch mage talk about Atrious and the situation. She was surprised too hear about Atrious being all concerned about the happenings and wanting to fix them all but she also remembered the vigour in which he helped the village in Morthal.
But she didn't expect him to have a connection to the Thalmor. She'd have to ask him about it later....
When he was done, she as poke up, letting out a sigh first. "Well, he is definitely a little rough sir...I worry about him." She said folding her arms. "But the fact of the matter is he is right. we were taken into the Thalmor embassy and cornered into helping them. I don't currently have the map on me but this college was marked as a place for some energy they were looking for.....Atrious has a right to worry about this....as should you in a sense...." She said before looking down. "As for his father well....that's a tricky business.."

"So that snake let some thing slip- should have figured- His father might be easier to deal with then the whole Thalmor embassy they are dangerous to be enemies with." He said taking a seat in a chair by the door as he sighed looking deep in thought," Has he spoken to you about some of his past? He is very secretive." He asked not looking at the girl.

"Snake sir?" She asked after his outburst then nodded lightly when he asked if she knew much about Atrious's past. "He told me some...about his lineage at least and that he was raised here." She was honest with that however she had questions of her own as welll. "Is there anything else I really need to know though..."

" I'm guessign you know his mother is from a different plain- its forbidden really- an Atronach-he has a guardian with him- so don't put him in a fearful place Or you might fear for your life. It doesn't care who you are to him...If you re the cause you will be attacked. His father is a Dragon Priest..."revenge' as it is pronounce din our tongue- I'm sure he told you the other name- he is very vengeful like his father- so don't cross him. He is a very dangerous hot headed breed- Don't mistake him for something---else... and the snake is the thalmor rat taking my students on a wild goose chase...only ending in their lives." The elf was looking at her seriously like warning her away form him- not wanting her to go after him- he was dangerous however he was still mentally a hurt child- in his opinion.

Neve listened politely to the man speak. She didn't want to burn this bridge of information and power over arguing with him over Atrious. She had seen him m in that volatile state before, but never had it been directed at her. He had always treated her with respect and kindness. how could she turn from him now?
"Sir, with all due respect, I am positive I can n take care of myself quite well. As far as Atrious....he May be dangerous, but he it's still a person, someone who has treated me respectfully as I do for him. Now that isn't to say my intentions in staying with him are all pure. But I feel as allys we balance one another out." She said before standing a bit straighter, a half frown on her lips. "Now, we aren't her to discuss choices in friends are we Sir? I'd much rather tell you that I intend to find what it is the Thalmor are seeking and remove it from their grasp entirely." She gave a small raise of her brow. "I'd much rather get your opinion on that."

The elf's' eyes narrowed a bit as he looked her over seeing she was a bit more head strong. "If you assume that you are allies or friends- that can lead to your demise by the hands of others who fear- he is how he is today because he he had an ally as a child only to watch them die- he tends to drive people off since then! What the Thalmor want is nothing to me- I'm sure Atrious will get it and be gone. He is good like that- good at not wanting to burden others- Here- take these to him when you go look for him- he will need them." He said his voice sounding slightly angry but had a soft side to it at the end since he wasn't sure what Neve was going to do but he wanted time to himself hew as exhausted form his trip.

Atrious was down below at the Atronach forge throwing things across the room- breaking decaying skulls left about and screaming obstinate in any and all languages he knew.When he took a seat finally he sighed, he knew where the object of power was- he followed into the cave before seeing everything-the orb- he knew it was dangerous- they needed the Arch mage to move it- however he was on a trip since then- he knew where it was and how dangerous it is. He stood up- taking a soul gem some one had left tucking it in a pocket- he went back up to his room and sat on his bed- happy he didn't destroy his neat book stacks. In a second thought he dug in a cuboid to get out the glass arrows that he had promised to Neve. He polished some dust off them- so they shined well.

Neve was stubborn but not stupid.She listened to what he had to say about it and did feel unease but she made that promise not to leave and.....She didn't want to make him be alone again....was it so wrong of her to worry about him?
She took what the mage offerred her for him and went to the door. "Thank you sir. have a nice rest."
She walked down the halls looking around her with a bit of confusion. She didn't remember where she was or which way to go exactly.
"Ummm Atrious??" She said before walking around to try and find the right way back. She ended up in the main hall again left list after her wandering. however a tiny trap door did catch her attention.

He remembered that Neve didn't exactly know her way around so he put the arrows down, and went to find her. He went into the hall of inductions to find her by a trap door leading to the forge- not a good thing. " Neve! Good I found you- come along." He prayed to the 9 deities that she didn't ask about it- she looked curious. "I found those arrows for you." Hoping to redirect the conversation she she would forget about the hatch.

Neve looked surprised to find Atrious there but she did smile at him when she turned to him. "Ahh right the arrows." She said with an excited look. She pushed the arch mage warning to the back of her mind as she walked with him, the hatch there with it. "oh the arch mage gave me these for you.wasn't sure exactly what these are." She said as she handed him what she had been given for him.

Atrious looked at the small bag- inside was a necklace that enhanced magic- its had an enchantment that the had asked for a long time ago- the Arch mage had gotten it finally. He took it and put it over his shoulder as he lead her off back into the dorms to get the arrows for her- he was curious to see what she had to say about them .Once in the room he handed her a polished one- hoping she liked them.
