Her leg was being held which was an odd sensation to her, so she pulled it away glancing down at her little hand imprinted armor as the little things hands were glowing making her smile. "They want more power- is that it?" She asked more to herself as she looked at Twila's glowing hands- she knew what this angel was capable of- however that couldn't kill her. Her power to regenerate was much higher- making her a scary angel to face. "I am only as violent as my mother had made me. You know nothing of war and battle. My brothers and I have fought on this earth more times then the number of angels that serve. This is how I had become- one can not fault me for my creation- unless they fault themselves for their own." She replied back to Twila hoping she could understand that. She had come to terms with it many many years ago. She was as she was and no one could change that. Rushing forward she took up the challenge and grabbed her hands- grappling almost with the smaller angel- the fires on her hands not touching her own as her power was deflecting it well- if anything the marks would get their fill and stop hurting the child. Kamael planted her feet firmly and stared her down," You will survive this Twila but you will not enjoy it." She stated before she sent a rather large pulse of static threw the girls body- knowing the marks would absorb them. She had done with with Sariel a few times- knowing he could survive and the marks would have their fill eventually. ------------------ Standing up he looked around, finding the other angel had left, leaving him be. he crouched again and tucked in his wings and watched things, waiting for the right moment. He knew his part in this and it was not to be killed by some peons he didn't even like- there for if they stepped up- he would kill them.

Twila felt Kameal's words much more than she heard them. The marks wanted power to be able to complete the task given to them by the goddess. Twila was only their host. Her survival was only reliant on her ability to feed the marks. But Kamael was not an easy victim, to the mark's displeasure and Twila's relief. She wished no harm to the ancient angel, because she had looked after her and was a Trusted sibling to Sariel. But the marks would not allow her sympathy, not till they were full and content. As she spoke, Twila's eyes widened mostly because the information was rather sad to hear. It seemed angels had been caught in conflict before probably even more violent than it was now. Kamael was just a product of that violence. So what would become of Twila when all this is finished? The question stuck with Twila, distracting her momentarily till Kamael came forward and seized her hands. Twyla felt her energy struggling against Kamael's, getting little leeway in besting the massive angel. Instead she gave her warning before sending a volley of bolts through her being. Twyla let out a small shout at the pain but it was cut short by the marks reacting. They consumed the energy greedily till something inside Twila flipped. Something serene came over her, the feeling of warmth like standing next to a Campfire. Her arms went Slack, but her eyes stayed locked on Kamael. "I feel different." She said though there was hostility in her stance. She didn't look a hundred percent but she didn't look as crazed as before. ~~~ The goddess felt a rush go through her. Her attention went from her fighting children to the city and chaos. She sensed Twyla had enough Energy now to complete her task. The goddess was pleased but her senses showed her that someone was interfering. And that's someone happen to be one of her children. Her eyes narrowed and her expression was briefly furious. How could Kamael stand in her way? Wouldn't she be pleased for chance to remake the world? Her power extended beyond the circle briefly, latching on to the mind that she controlled. She felt Twila's mind receive her, enough so that she would pass her message. Twila's eyes briefly dulled and there was a moments pause before she started speaking. "the goddess wishes to know why you are here Kamael?" Twyla stated, her voice sounding monotone and far away.

After a few static attacks, it seemed she satisfied the markings however she noticed the childs' look was different, even asking why she was there- from the Goddess. She looked at the child and let go of her, standing tall as she waited to answer. The child still looked aggressive however she didn't move to attack. "I am here for Sariel Mother. He wished to not let these marks destroy the next vessel- be it her or Michael. I have done so-Giving them the power needed, now please spare the Child." She said in a more somber tone, wanting the goddess to understand that she wasn't fighting against her- but helping her achieve things faster by trying to help the child. --------------------- The child situated, Jack in her place- she went surface side, knowing it was time...Things were about to get started and the child was looking forward to this....Arriving on the surface she was in the mass of demons and was looking for some one she knew- finding Bly who was near by- he directed her to Prudence who was expecting her. Prudence bowed to her before explaining where people were and where her target was...

Twila's wings raised in an aggressive stance, her attention locked on Kamael but not seeing her. She was only barely there in person and her mind was occupied at the moment, but she could sense what Kamael was saying. She was helping the goddess? But yet she stopped her from destroying the city? She felt the goddess's mind holding her's firmly. She was pausing, as if listening to Kamael's explanation. She breathed in, the pausing ceasing with a narrow of Twila's eyes. Sariel fueled Kamael's actions it seemed. She knew her children were close but she didn't want Kamael following any orders except her own. But Sariel was once a good child that cared for other living things. She regretted his lost in a way, though that was mostly because she cared for her original children the most. He wanted Kamael to protect the vessel of these marks. Kamael must have understood they were a traitor..."She says...If you wish to preserve her then take her to the center of the city so that she may finish her task and leave Kamael. This world will end and she doesn't wish to see you fall with it. You have been a loyal child." She said as the goddess gave the warning to her to speak through her lips.

Kamael looked over Twila and frowned, wanting to leave her be, not knowing if the next step of the plan had begun until she suddenly glanced up and saw Lian- fly by over head quickly towards the place that had been specified- meaning it was indeed time. "Very well. I will obey." She said as she took a step forward and took Twila by the arm, not to roughly as she light flashed them to the location-only to find Lian there next to a rather familiar demon, making Kamael smile. Letting her hold on Twila go she went forward and touched Lian's face kindly in a light touch making him smile at her like she were the very sun. Her eyes went to the demon and smirked, before reaching out a hand to touch the sword in the demons hand- smiling at the small initial connection as she felt Ays's mind sync into her own. "Do your parts my little ones- My part is now finished. remember- don't kill her if possible." She stated more to the demon sword before she let her hands drop and she left. A light flash in a second and she was gone- the static in the air was gone as well, making Lian sad but knew he had things to do. He glanced over at the demon there, noticing she had pretty purple eyes- odd in a way since her facial features were new to him. He knew this was once Ays's body but it was just odd to him to have a face with a name. The husk however gave him a smirk and moved forward- sword in hand. "Child. I am here on behalf of the deal your little lover made. You are a danger to yourself as you can see as clear as any. know now if you kill me- Jack will forever be in hell with the un-father, if I kill you- well that is that isn't it." She said however her tone was warm almost masculine in a way. Her eyes wide as she looked at the girl and a smile present. This was exciting- and she was more then happy to help out with violence- the Un-father's blood urging her to make this angel be in pain- though not to kill- Jack didn't make a deal to kill the thing. ------------ Jack was a bit awkward for a few moments when the un-father looked him over when he was quiet. "I'm bored." He said blatantly like any child would have, Jack however shrugged his shoulders. "Then what would you like to do?" He asked him wondering if he was going to have to kill random things to please his father. "Play a game?" He asked with a bright smile on his lips like he heard he was going to the zoo. Jack smiled in return which only made the child's face morph into something dark and it was instant- Jack knew in that fraction of a second he had slipped up...he had been warned not to smile. "You find this fun?!" He screamed at Jack shoving him back hard to the floor and closing his fist tightly making pain course through his body, letting out a scream with how intense it was. After a few moments he stopped, letting Jack lay on the floor panting trying to recover. "This is hell, not some summer camp for mortals. I think I should re educate you on how Hell should work- since it is my favorite game after all." He said as he smiled at Jack, making him shake in fear there on the floor. No one ever thought that a child would be terrifying until it was Satan himself and he was in the mood to pick on you.
-------------------- Prudence watched as she had directed the faceless woman to a clearing- soon to find Jack's feathered lover and a few other winged things waiting meaning this was going to be a fun fight- however her attention got distracted in taking on an angel's unit that had tried to take advantage of her not paying attention and tried to move forward threw some lesser demons- only to hit a wall of Pride demons.

Twila's mind was vacated the moment Kamael grabbed her, leaving her dazed and confused as they light warped out of there. Her eyes snapped open moments later to see the center of the burning city and wrecked city, her confusion fueling a moment of horror at the scene. This was all wrong...but what could she do to stop it? She tensed when Kamael suddenly started speaking to someone, her eyes flicking to Lian and the creepy thing he stood next to. She gave a smile at the sight of Lian though it faded when she realized that this pale demon was familiar. It was he faceless woman, the one Jack spoke to for her protection. To see the thing with eyes now was a shocking sight, especially because her eyes were purple and she hadn't yet seen her eyes. They were not as light as Twila's were but a lovely color none the less. However she had no time for sentiments on appearance, especially since the being approached her with a sword and an aura reeking of tainted blood and danger. It made her feathers stand on end and her skin crawl. This being was very much a force of darkness to be reckoned with and having it approach her with obvious intent to harm made her want to never be around it again. Her marks seemed to sense her danger and they glowed brightly, starting a blaze in her palm without her even having to focus on it. The marks would protect their vessel till the being was dying. That meant they would at least try to keep Twila alive in this fight with a demon that scared Twila. She spoke, her voice sounding odd to Twila as it talked of the consequences of this fight. She tensed, her eyes widening when Jack was brought into this. "No.." She said, the word slipping from her lips at the idea that Jack would be trapped in hell with the manifestation of evil. He didn't deserve that, not for her actions. Voluntary or not. The comment however about her own death, lit a fire in Twila. She narrowed her eyes, her stance becoming offensive and ready for a fight. "I won't let you kill me. As for Jack...I don't want to see him punished." She said, being honest to a fault. Even in the face of a fight she knew she wasn't going to have an easy time winning.

Her eyes went to the marking and the woman smiled wide, holes where the stitches used to be. "Oh, you want to fight- well let me oblige child. I'm sure Jack won't mind if I just spill a little blood- Angel can live with out a bit right?" She asked a bit more of a layered voice present before her attack began. It was smooth and flawless as she drove the blade at her middle however it seemed the little angel had soem training as she moved just enough out of the way to avoid injury, making her scowl. "Come now, bleed!" She screeched at her as she missed a few times frustrating her only making her scowl at the sword. "your doing this on purpose aren't you." the husk said to Ays, who was indeed missing on purpose. "Indeed." She commented back before throwing the sword to the side, Lian going to retrieve it before glancing to Twila wondering if she was honestly thinking she could win now that Ays was out of the way- hopefully the faceless husk would take it back later.

Twila tensed when the being asked her if she wanted to fight, her expression showing more confidence than she felt. Did she want to fight this being? No, not really. She would rather leave this place and be back home safe with Jack. But that would keep her alive here and that she was game for...She could take a few hits if it spared her death and Jack being harmed. Soon she could find an escape route out of there anyways before things got serious. She reacted last second when the faceless woman lashed out at her with the sword, her body twisted in a way that the sword merely grazed her shirt. She held her breath however since the attacks were not over. Instead the being got angry and lashed out with strikes that each one missed. Twila knew this couldn't be dumb luck and she was answered in her assumption by the faceless woman talking to the sword....was the sword alive? She watched her toss the sword aside and Twila had a sense that her protection was gone in a way. In a split decision she volleyed a fire attack at the demoness, the flames firing off in fiery spheres. It was mostly a scare tactic, something to get the demon back and away from her. She even felt a small panic in the back of her mind, one that was furious. Did the goddess realize this demon was here?

The fire didn't make her flinch the the slightest, instead it brought her attention back to Twila, giving her a smile. "Interesting but pathetic. I give my own children more harsh punishments when they are good." She stated to Twila in a more two toned voice again- not simply the husk but it was a loop hole the un father took to explore the human's surface world- threw Ays' body. She had left him long ago and wanted to keep part of her with him so- he kept her body he found uselessly on the surface infusing it with his own blood and power- well a fraction of it- to keep the peace while he was sleeping usually. He loved the woman, had asked her to stay close to him always and she wouldn't need to ask for power- however she disappeared one day, making him a little bitter. He channeled that anger towards both Vamperious and Ays- pushing the husk to lash out at this angel- she didn't need to be happy to be breathing- Jack only said alive- there for he would have some fun with the Goddess's toy while he was at it. The Husk Attacked out of no where, lashing out with clawed hands, straightened out to be as good as blades, much more accurate now that the blade wasn't missing on purpose.

Twila stared with some frustration at the being simply brushing off her attack and using it as a taunt. Twila's teeth gritted when she called her pathetic, not a word she was used to, let alone one that her pride appreciated. She didn't like this creepy being and wanted to silence it...but at the price of Jack being trapped. What was she to do then? Simply fight this thing till she dropped? No, there had to be some sort of way to get out of there. She saw the husk come at her, her eyes widening and her focus sharpening enough to dodge a few of the attacks. One claw caught her shoulder, drawing a hiss from Twila at just how razor sharp she was. She swatted one of the hands away from a strike, bending a little to avoid the other coming at her. "Lian why are you--standing there? Go get Michael or--Why would Kamael--?" She couldn't really get anything out from the flurry of attacks, but she was so confused why Lian was just standing there and why Kamael left her with this thing. She was distracted briefly, catching a hit to her side and then another to her arm. Her wings flared out, kicking enough of an under draft to make her rise a little above the creature and throw a kick at her face. She wasn't sure if it would land with how fast this creature was but she wasn't here to play around. She needed to incapacitate this thing or something...

Lian watched what was going on very closely, ignoring Twila's words finding them useless honestly. She needed to focus on living long enough to let his plan work- one that was a little last minute but Ays knew it would work-and he trusted that. He simply had to wait for the right moment was all. The husk felt the kick to the face but she didn't move, she wouldn't allow it to move her so she simply stayed- the blood feeling like the girl kicked a brick wall- one that wound't give way to her. Her purple eyes going to the darker ones she snatched the leg from her in the air before she really had a second to even drop it and threw her into a building- having some of it cave in about her from the force of launching the angel. Lian took that moment to move around the husk and into the building- grabbing Twila by the middle and hoisting her up- not too sure if she was alright but the marks were bright and ready to cause her some pain- it seemed- the pain was taking same energy it seemed- they were moving a little- which gave him the creeps honestly. "Don't take this at face value Arch Angel Twila. I am only doing as my lady Kamael bid of me." He said before pushing her back out into the clearing with the husk- simply standing there- still like she had froze but she was waiting- taking in the fear and blood in the air. Lian had shoved the sword into her hands and would let Ays explain things- hopefully the girl would understand a bit. Ays felt herself being drawn to the power of the markings but she pushed it away and went to the mind of the vessel it was possessing at the moment- finding Twila's mind with some effort. "There is a lot of fuss to keep you breathing so please don't spoil all our hard work. I am Ays- that husk you see if my old discarded body- I want it back- you are going to help me achieve this." She stated clearly to the angel knowing her name had been said and mentioned in front of her before so she was known- hopefully.

Twila winced when her kick just felt like hitting something immobile, not even hurting the husk at all. Instead the shock of the kick rattled Twila, making her wings flail to get her away to nurse her aching leg. Instead the husk had other plans. It grabbed her and tossed her like a doll into a nearby building. Thankfully Twila's wings wrapped around her, protecting her body from some of the impact. But the shock to one of them sent a searing pain through her that drew a shout from her. Her right wing dropped some and trembled in pain, letting her know that she had injured it somehow that didn't feel easily fixed to get her flying far again from natural energy. The marks felt her pain and reacted in a flurry of energy that made Twila groan as the glowing marks seemed to writhe up her arms to the source of injury. She could feel some sort of regeneration taking place on her wing and injuries, but the whole ordeal felt draining from how much energy she was burning. She could already feel the ache setting in in her middle, telling her that the marks were aware of her predicament and exerting quite a bit of force to enhance her to protect the vessel. It was the fail safe in their design. The hunger of the marks made her mind do a small little switch and briefly Twila's eyes locked on this demon. She felt like tearing it to pieces and ending this right now, even if that meant on tasting a darker energy in the process. Her mind was pulled from that dangerously reckless state when Lian touched her, bringing her to her feet. She blinked at his words, her expression showing she was confused as to why Kamael would order him to lt a demon attack her. She stumbled when he shoved her back towards the demon, even handing her the sword. Twila was happy for a weapon, but that relief faded when the weapon spoke to her. She looked down at it when it spoke rather matter of faculty to her. "You're Ays?" She asked before looking up and stared at her body. She knew there was a soul in this sword, but not that it could speak or even have conscious thoughts....She stared at the being and frowned, not sure just what she had to do to help Ays get her body back. "That's not exactly easy when that this is full of black blood and under some influence. That aura is thicker than night." She said to the sword, her eyes trying to look for a weakness, anything she could exploit on this terrifying being.

At the comment that the aura was dark and she had doubts she felt a small feeling of embarrassment almost- if it were possible to share. "I am Ays, and that's my aura- the Black blood is simply a way to control the vessel." She explained wanting her to know that she was very old and very powerful- well once was in her original body but that was going to change here soon. "You need to lunge me at her as many times as possible- keep her distracted- Lian will assist when possible. I will ensure it hits- we need to bleed it- the less blood the less control- but don't let the blood touch you- Its toxic and can melt flesh on angels at least." She explained to the girl wondering exactly if she could do it. "You are able right? Or should Lian and I do this alone?" She asked more as a challenge to make her more willing be it a part of her pride that she could feel welling in her.

Twila llooked to the sword when she admitted that black blood was running through that body, leaving it under the control of the child no doubt. She shivered at the very idea of being near the original evil. This was the next best thing to him…She listened to what Ays wanted her to do and she had to admit it was a terrifying thought to take her on. However, what other options did she have here? She either fought here or failed. She didn’t want to complete this for the goddess. She didn’t want to fight and die. She didn’t want to damn Jack to a life of servitude. She needed to find the way to get away from this unscathed, protected, safe. If that meant following the swords orders then she would do that. “I’ll do it. but I need to know why?” She whispered since she wanted to be sure this Ays could be trusted. She was being honest, saying to avoid the blood as she tried to bleed this monster. She took Ays in a firm grip, her eyes locked on the husk as she got ready to attack.

Ays heard her question but took a moment to answer her. " If you wnat to keep breathing you should do this. I am the only thing that is going to be keeping you alive here in this small instance. Lian can't help you if you don't put your all into this. I might even dye getting my body back- so- there is more at risk then just your pretty skin scarring." She stated bluntly letting her know what her soul could be lost in this- but Twila would be fine- it was a gamble she was taking- having left Lian out of that else he wouldn't have let her. --------------------------------- ((remember Twila isn't getting off the hook- she is getting the hell beat outta her )) The Husk as patient it seemed, however as soon as Twila made a stance she began attacking however it seemed- the sword was out for her. She didn't feel pain, letting the blade stab her when it did knowing it wasn't a block able thing. Bleeding a bit she didn't seem hindered in the slightest as she attacked and Twila drew away- then her attacking and the husk moving back. Her hits were strong and were wearing twila down, which made her happy that sword was beginning to annoy her. This pattern went on a short bit until Ays asked to be thrown to Lian- and quickly, as the Huck was making her move to step back again. When thrown, Lian jumped out into the fight to catch her and then around the Huck in a move that was almost too fast to catch. He was putting all his soul energy into these two moves here- so if he missed- they failed... The blade went threw the skin like butter- the blade feeling hot- searing hot making Lian let it go and moving back more of a lazy movement since he was drained. He stumbled a bit getting out of the way but hew as fine, she part was done now it was all on Ays and Twila. Though Twila looked like hell and back- he knew Ays was getting the worse of this, he knew this since he had gotten blood on his hands and it was painful as he scrapped it off on the ground and in a puddle of what might have been water- if it got this blood off he didn't care what it was.
