"Yes." He smiled at her response. "I wouldn't lie to you about something like that." He added, with a squeeze to her shoulder. He nodded his head though as she said that she would leave if anything were to happen. "That sounds like a good idea then." He told her with glance as they approached his father.
His father stopped mid sentence as he saw his son approaching. A slight smirk adorned his lips as he saw Destirel with a pretty young woman. Clapping his son on the shoulder, he excused himself from his conversation. "Destirel, it is good to see you this night. And who might this lovely lady be?" He questioned, not knowing exactly who she could be. "This is Alysia. She was very generous in excepting my invitation. Alysia, this is my father, Hades." He introduced the two. Hades just smiled and took her hand, kissing it. "It is good to meet you. I am glad to see my son with such a beautiful woman." He complemented, obviously he was in a good mood to be so kind to one he had just met.

Shyly Alysia nodded her head it was evident to her that Destirel would not lie about such matters but still she was so painfully shy and self conscious. " I know." She replied confidently. With his approval of her plan to ditch and run should things get uncomfortable she relaxed slightly. " Well hopefully it wont come to that."
Falling silent she watched the interaction between Destirel and Hades with a curious expression. Biting down on her lip lightly she bit back a shy comment and did her best not to blush. " Thankyou." She answered Hades.

"You are very welcome." Hades responded with a smile and then turned towards his son. "Now, what brings you here. I know that you would rather be mingling with others than myself." He went straight to the point. He knew his son well enough to know when he was looking for information. "Well, I was wondering when the food was going to be served, along with if you knew where Zeus and Hera are? I would like to avoid them tonight." Destirel questioned, Hades' eyes looking curious at the second question but not really bothering to ask why. "The food will be served in about an hour. Three bells will ring throuhgout the ball room. As for Zeus and Hera, they will be staying mostly towards the far let of the room. That wife of his thought that bringing his throne and servants would be more suiting." Hades seemed to find the gesture rude, but said no more and bade them a farewell. Turning towards Alysia, Destirel smiled, "Anything you want to do?" He questioned, and then addedm "Or anyone you would like to meet?" He really was hoping to give her a good time and that meant talking to people right? Or maybe a trip to the chocolate fountain or the drinks that only the gods knew how to make. Everything was better when you knew the secrets of how to make most things. After all, most had lived for such a long time, they had no other choice to become masters at a particular thing.

Alysia silently watched the exchange between Hades and Destirel taking note that dinner would be served in an hour and where Hera was. Easy all she had to do was keep away from them.
" A throne, really?" She whispered to Destirel as soon as Hades had departed. Hera was a silly woman indeed. Unsure she looked at Destirel. " I don't know...who should I meet?" She asked curiously.

Her eyes watched the exchange between Destirel and Hades her lips twisted into a curious smile. Okay, she thought taking note of when Dinner would be served and where Hera and Zeus would be. " A throne?" She spoke in disbelief as soon as Hades had departed. " Seriously?" Hera was so silly it was rather amusing.
With a shake of her head she stared around the room quietly. " I don't know..who should I meet..I did want to talk to Artemis...I'm scared she knows who I am though."

"It is for the attention, I am sure." Destirel explained with a laugh in his throat. Humming in his throat, he listened to what Alysia wanted to do, it seemed she really wanted to meet her aunt but was nervous. Smiling softly, he got behind her and pusher her gently by the shoulders. "Artemis, shouldn't be able to tell and if she knows, I am sure she is a rather nice and understanding person, so I have heard at least." He explained and steered her towards the Goddess of the hunt.
She might be nervous but she needed to get over her fear. Even if Artemis did recognizer her which, Destirel wasn't really sure she would, he doubted she would go rat to Hera. If anything, she would be happy to meet her niece. There was a reason Apollo didn't let Hera kill his daughter and he doubted the huntress would go against something her twin brother had done.

Alysia giggled softly in agreement. " I don't doubt that for a second." She agreed. As he pushed her towards Artemis she sighed giving in. " Okay, okay. Let's go meet her then." She said Now she was completely nervous as she walked towards Artemis. What if her aunt did know who she was?

Stepping back some, he watched as Alysia approached her aunt. He didn't want to interfere, but he would if something went wrong. He was close enough to here, but not close enough to be in the conversation. Smiling slightly, he hoped that everything went alright this evening. He wanted to have Alysia have a good time, especially since it seemed she hadn't been allowed to do much of anything in her short lifetime so far.
Standing relaxed, he watched to make sure Hera or anyone detestful wasn't going to show up while Alysia was part of her god side for the first time. He figured that this would be a big step in her life and he hoped that she would be okay and that it would work out. All they needed now was something bad to happen, especially if anything reminded her of her visions...

Artemis looked simply stunning and it was rather intimidating to walk near the woman. As another goddess stepped forward talking with her aunt she stopped midstep about to walk away. Only she doubted Destirel would allow her to do such a thing. Frowning she looked at Destirel beforw taking a deep breathe and walking over to Artemis.
What she didn't expect was her aunt and the other goddess to stare at her in mold shock. " Most interesting. " Artemis said. " Mother?" So the other goddess with Artemis was her cousin? Feeling uncomfortable she looked over to Destirel. She'd been right she had seen Artemis before. " You've been in my visions." Well she may as well get straight to the point her aunt and cousin very well knew who she was.
As Artemis touched her arm she tensed hearing her cousins voice in her head. " Don't do that. I don't like it." She spoke some what rudely. " You should listen to what I have to tell you, cousin." The girl whispered to her softly. " You have friends here Alysia, but every where people are watching. Don't for a moment let your guard down." Giving her a hard look she then looked at Destirel. " So the son of Hades has brought you here. Look at that mother."

So she was recognized and so was he apparently, though he didn't remember ever meeting either of them. Eyebrows raised some, he stood where he was for now, more tense in case he needed to come to Alysia's aid. Glancing over towards her, he smiled in a bit of a reassuring way, trying to tell her it was alright. It didn't seem as though they were threatening to tell Hera or anything, so that was alright. He just hoped it stayed that way.
It was interesting, he wasn't quite sure what was going on, it was as though he was missing part of the conversation, but he couldn't quite grasp it. Shaking his head mentally, he now kept an eye on the three female, hoping Alysia would take it alright. ((short sorry, wana get to fun part hehe))

She didn't like how the girl was able to talk to her through her mind. That unsettled her and made her freak out some. It was creepy and she was beginning to hate it. As Destirel smiled at her she willed herself to relax. " I have friends here?" She asked. Artemis nodded her head. " Many child." She spoke softly to Alysia. " Though there are a great deal who would also hand you over to Hera." Releasing Alysia's hand she stepped away not wanting to draw more attention to them then needed. Already she had conversed with the child for to long. " It must be dinner time soon. I was nice to meet you, have a good night."
With that she was gone though not before her cousin could tell her something once more in private. Frowning she looked at Destirel. " She said I should avoid my brothers tonight?" She whispered to him then looked at him with raised eyebrows. Well...like she would know who her brothers were. " Know any of my siblings?" She wish she could even pick up on a similar aura to hers but was finding it difficult. If Appollo wasn't here, then perhaps her brothers had still not arrived.
With a shake of her head she leant slightly against Destirel. " So many secrets but for what?" Really it was doing her head in. With the feeling of being watched again returning she looked around slowly. " I might go see Ignis in a few minutes." She explained. It wasn't the gods that were affecting her power it was her own emotions now.

"That is the way of everything. I don't understand it either." Destirel responded, allowing her to lean against him and actually quite enjoying it. He wasn't going to ask about it, not yet at least but maybe she would talk more with Ignis, if she went to go see him like she had said she might.
Glancing down at Alysia, he smiled softly. "See her whenever you want, she will know if you leave. You can go to my room or the library, she will most likely meet you in the hallway outside of this room." He explained and then took her hand in his own, to begin to lead her towards some of the drinks. It might do good to calm her down a bit, whether it was her own emotions or the overwhelming amount of gods and goddesses in the single room, however large it was.

Alysia sighed softly. " It's not fair though is it." As he relaxed allowing her to lean against him she smiled. " Okay." Taking note of where she should meet Ignis she nodded. " I'm trying my best to keep control of my emotions. Their auras aren't even bothering me, it's my own emotions that's making my head spin. " She whispered quietly to Destirel. As he lead her towards the drinks she tried to use that as a good distraction.

It wasn't fair, but there wasn't much that either of them could do about it as of now. They could try and make it better for the future generations. As they made it to the drinks, a fire nymph poured them both a red liquid that looked like fruit punch. It wasn't alcoholic, the nymph knew his father didn't want him drinking anything tonight and Destirel wasn't one for wine as of now. Taking both of the glasses, he thanked the nymph and handed Alysia one. "You do what you need to." He told her with a smile. ((sorry for the short post, have a headache and we can fast forward to the dinner, unless you want something to happen before it or during maybe =o))

Alysia accepted the drink Destirel had to offer then thanked the nymph with a smile. Really she tried her best but as the gods and goddess moved to seat for dinner she shook her head. " I can't..." Really she'd been putting it off few a good half an hour. Maybe all she needed to go was sit outside in the hallway for a few minutes and calm down.
With an apologetic expression she took a step away. " I'll go find Ignis." Moving away from him she headed to the doors of the hall just as someone walked into her. " Sorry." Looking up to tell the male god it was fine her eyes grew wide. Or maybe it wasn't fine.. Mask or not she could instantly tell that this was the boy from her visions. In her shock she failed to realie her glamour disapearing as her golden eyes stared up at him.
Instantly he grabbed her by the elbow giving her arm a good hard wrench as he dragged her out of the hall. " Glamour is an ugly thing wouldn't you agree." Pulling her arm free she looked around quickly. " What not going to thank me for just saving you little girl?" His words weren't kind at all and his aura was to dark for her liking.
