Rosalind frowned some at him mentioning the place was evil. Great...more evil places for them to visit. But with Antony there it couldn't be all that bad, right? They faced down beasts before and they could best this castle and all its monsters. She was lost in thought till he spoke again, making her look up at him. A smile was on his lips, one that reminded her of how handsome his features were...Speaking of which, did he have color in his cheeks when he said he would protect her? How her heart fluttered at the sentiment, although she did allow a coy smile to slip her composure. Surely he was only embarrassed because it sounded cheesy and chivalrous. There was no way he actually cared at all what she thought. "Why thank you, I feel safer already, Good Hunter." She teased with a smile as she went willingly with him. They made their way to the cathedral, the place where they fought his mother, only to find a trail of dead monsters and the door to the cathedral partially open with blood on its door. Rosalind looked unsure, until she heard someone shout in pain from the inside. She knew better than to let it stand and hurried inside to see what was going on. A strangely armored male stood at the top of the staircase. His clothes were tattered in places but most of it was covered in blood and a a feathered mantel that looked as black as crow feathers. His silver helmet didn't appear to allow him a vantage point, however the man tore into what appeared to be another hunter with his large katana. It was a terrifying display, if Rosalind wasn't already drawing her weapon and preparing to fight this thing. At the click of her spear gun, the armored male looked over, blood shaking from his long white hair that escaped the helmet some. He let out what sounded like a deep chuckle as he came down the stairs towards the pair. "You must be the guests of Queen Annalise. You hunters sure like to take your time." He said as he twisted something from the still barely breathing hunter before ripping out what appeared to be some sort of large clot of blood. He placed it gingerly in a bag before dropping the hunter and looking--well or so Rosalind assumed--at the pair. "Now don't look so tense, loves. I'm of no threat to you as long as you come willingly. I was afraid I would I have to hunt you down if you didn't respond sooner or later. The Queen hates waiting." He said, his voice impatient as he looked at the man that appeared to be protective of the female. "There won't be any trouble friends...right?" He said, his voice edged with a tone that warned fighting would be unwise. Rosalind looked unsure. This was their first time encountering a beast that talked, let alone one that looked so...human. Rosalind didn't lower her spear but instead kept an eye on the man as she moved closer to Antony. The man paused before giving a sigh. "Fine, I suppose introductions should be in order, Rosalind. You have your mother's lack of tact that's for sure. Good, I like fiery women reather than soft and fragile dolls. Their more fun. As for you Antony, well you look and behave so much like your father it's nauseating. But I'm sure the Queen will forgive you for that for keeping her bloodline alive. I suppose that makes you part of the bloody family." He snickered, obvious that he didn't like Antony much because of his father, but the lack of hostility in his posture showed he wouldn't do anything about it. He bowed a bit, the flourish of his mantel making it look like he had wings that fluttered behind him. "I am Esmond Vileblood. Related in service only, Rosalind." He said, the last bit holding a flirtatious hint that would have creeped Rosalind out if she wasn't so wrapped up in his words. He just said he knew her mother, that she had a bloodline and a...no, this had to be a mistake. She had never been to yharnam and how could she be a part of family here when she never set foot in this place before now. Something didn't add up.

Antony felt a bit uncomfortable having killed his mother in the building but knew he needed to man up, his mother wasn't there anymore, she had become a monster so he was trying to over come the adversion. The trail of dead monsters made his brow raise in question, but Rose rushing forward with her weapon drew him to follow, hand on his blade though it wasn't drawn yet. As they came in the man in strange armor made him frown, not caring that he killed the other hunter- that was their own choice to engage this man in armor not his. "You must be the guests of Queen Annalise. You hunters sure like to take your time." The man stated as he finished off the unde rbefore taking something from them. At the comment about being hunted down made Antony frown but didn't take his hand off his weapon, even when told not to be tense. He took a step closer to arose not liking the mans tone- or nick name he called her. At the question of trouble there was some silence a few moments as they simply looked at one another but Antony took his hand from his blade and watched him closely. "No, as long as things stay civil." He said about the trouble comment since he wasn't fond of the hunter but he wasn't out to kill needlessly either. Rose didn't lower her weapon but he didn't mind that it seemed, he did like how she moved closer. Enabling him to get her out of the way if needed. As the man spoke again he looked confused like Rose did since he only knew about his family being stuck here, not hers as well... wasn't she an orphan? He thought to himself but let it pass as the man said his name, obvious having known his father as well. When some dislike was shown to him- more through his father he purses his lips. He himself didn't like his fathers actions and was still cleaning up his messes it seemed. When he started flirting with Rose however he frowned deeply. " I am Antony though I am a little at a loss as to why this Queen would want to see us, besides getting rid of the wet nurse, and that weird cage headed idiot." He stated not caring for tact much since he was kinda peeved over This Esmond flirting with Rose.

Esmond's helmeted head shifted to look at Antony and Rose could hear the hint of a smile in his voice. His tone was all too cheerful to be a strange man in deathers and blood. "Vilebloods are decedents of Pthumerians and Queen Yharnam. The ones before us that ruled this plain of existence before your father and his church found the beast blood. By helping Mergo, you helped the Vileblood line move forward. For that service, there is a certain level of gratitude." He said before gesturing to Rosalind. "You know. It's awfully hard to carry on a conversation with a spear pointed at my head, darling. I am not a threat to you or anyone from your family...You're all too pretty and rare to harm." He said which made Rosalind lower her spear but still she looked unsure as he went toward the doors before looking back at the pair. "Well, don't just stand there wasting more time. Come along. The carriage awaits and I will not make my lady wait any longer." Rosalind gave him a funny look. "You keep calling these people my family. I have no idea who this queen is and I don't know you. And you expect me to get in a carriage with you?" Esmond gave a chirp of laughter that was actually quite melodic before he answered her doubt. "The only way to get your answers is to follow. If you don't believe me then the queen could clarify...She has a better way with words than I..." He exited and expected them to follow. But before they could, she touched Antony's hand to hold him back so she could speak with him. "He's shifty. If anything goes wrong, even for a second, we are killing this crazy person. With me?" She said, before walking along behind him. She was shocked to find a gnarly looking carriage there with undead horses at its helm. She stared with some shock at the beasts till she heard Esmond open the door. He bowed offering her a hand up. She took the offered hand but stayed seated beside Antony. When they were all in and the carriage came to life, it jolted her some such that she had to lean on Antony briefly to keep from ending up in the floor. She gave him a sheepish sort of look before her attention flitted to Esmond. "Now about the Pale blood cure you mentioned in the note--" "Ah ah ah, all will be answered when we arrive. Besides, don't you hunters love a little thrill in mystery in secrets? Your church sure has plenty of them." He said with a smirk. It didn't feel like long before things suddenlly felt cold, like alarmingly frigid. Rosalind felt a shiver roll up her spine as she wrapped her arms closer to herself. However, Esmond didn't seem fazed, but instead hummed with excitement. "Oh yes...it is quite cold hunters. But there are plenty of beasts loitering around to get the blood pumping. So do be cautious, they all bite." The carriage came to a halt and he was the first out, walking along the snow covered path to the beautiful, but hauntingly empty looking castle. Outside Roslaind saw these massive hunched creatures with bloodsacks on them waddling about, feasting on dead beasts and what appeared to be the corpses of hunters... "Well damn, I though I dealt with our vermin issue earlier. Seems the buggers are resilient. Well there is no time like the present for a little extermination." Rosalind went for her spear bit he raised his hand and gave a shake of his head. "No no, Rose. Let the men take care of this. It would look poorly to the Queen if you were harmed." He said, which made Rosalind's eyes glint in annoyance before she drew her spear anyways and took a shot at the beast that hadn't yet taken knowledge of them. The creature whirled, its proboscus mouth of sharp teeth letting out this screech that sounded like a mixture of female rage and terror. She took another shot at it, before Esmond gave a huff and launched into an attack. There were four of the large beasts, which moved rahter slow but had an amazing range with their tongues and long limbs.

He followed along into the carriage after giving her a curt nod to her statement on killing the new crazy. They had enough of that already. The carriage seemed to fit the area nicely however as they started moving he grabbed Rose's arm as she was about flung to the floor by a jolt. She gave him a sheepish grin but moved away a fraction. He did well to hide his mild blush as it suddenly got colder. He frowned, his brow furrowing, changing zones it was tonight. He unclipped his cape like jacket and put about her shoulders before swinging Ludwig's Blade off his back in the larger second form and changed from the spot to attack a creature. New to him but he did well to finish it off quickly and move onto the next one. Both men having killed two, panting a bit but they were dead. He flicked the blood from his blade and frowned at the man. " great more dead things...stupid hunters..." he muttered under his breath and he passed a half chewed one. He didn't care for them, every hunter was a selfish person deep down, even him- he wanted closure, even knowing he wouldn't ever get it.

As they tore through beasts left and right Rosalind noticed things that were off about this place. While the dead and diseased ran amuck, the castle itself was so eerily quiet. No life breathed into these halls or courtyards. Even the gravestones looked old and decrepit. How could a Queen live there...how could she be from there when it looked abandoned for centuries? THis man had to be lying then...she didn't have a family and this cure he promised. He was a liar. She paused when Antony spoke, heading over to the men with Antony's cape clutched close. How he wasn't freezing was beyond her, but she wouldn't argue. She just couldn't get warm here..."Poor people..." She said, wondering why so many seemed to die before even getting in the castle... Esmond saw the way Rosalind kept eyeing Antony and the sight made him tick away a mental note. Oh how his Queen would not be pleased...He however chose to ignore it for the greater good of getting the pair there. That was his task and he would not be disobedient. Not if he wanted the power these tasks afforded him. At Antony's comment about the corpses, Esmond gave a small tisk that resonated in his helmet. "Poor pilgrims. Many come to seek the blessings of the Queen's blood for a taste of true power. Oh, how it made your Church fly into a fit of rage to think his beast blood could be rivaled! They termed her blood Vile...A badge of sacrilege we bear with honor." He said, filling in what perhaps the boy and Rosalind didn't know. "Or they are here to kill her. Your church did love sending those petty cone heads after her..." He grumbled more to himself before giving a shrug and looking to Rosalind. She walked up to them, avoiding the fallen beasts with some disgust for their grizzly forms. If she only knew how the beasts came to be...Well that wasn't his place to tell. "This way. Hopefully the beasts of the castle have gone to sleep. They rest in the day I'm afraid and get very testy at night..." He said as he opened the doors to the castle. When it opened, Rosalind's suspicions were confirmed. The castle was empty, save a few creatures that scuttled about. However, these hooded creatures did not attack, but appeared to be cleaning... "Don't mind the vermin. They are here for the upkeep. Now, to bring the two of you to the Queen. Keep your hands off the antiques and if anything moves kill it." He said with a rather authoritative tone. Rosalind looked shocked by the order, but nodded. She instead took up stride beside Antony as he was the only one she trusted. "You're going to freeze. I'm fine." She said as she offered him his jacket back. However her attention was caught by the portraits on the wall, all of men and women in fine regalia and beautiful jewels. There were quite a few of different portraits of people all looking so different except for the startling pale eyes and ashen white hair. Further proof she didn't belong there with her bright blue eyes and red hair. "You've never been here before?" She asked Antony, since Esmond seemed to be ignoring them or choosing not to comment as they walked.

When Esmond went on about 'his' church he frowned a bit. "I don't support the church, they were a bunch of raving lunatics."he stated simply, even if his father founded it, it was his honest opinion. When Rose moved closer he did his best to keep in pace with her. At the offer of the jacket back he shook his head. "No keep it, you aren't fighting as much, plus it's chilly but I've been in colder for longer with much less." He commented but he was looking around at the things in the castle. He was thinking about this place and shook his head to her later question. "No, I have not, but so far. Y how out guide is acting I soundly have been welcome before either. " he stated since it was obvious they associated him with the church with out even asking him his opinion of it. Not that they cared here it seemed. He followed along his eyes roving the walls and floor, enters ways and the lie getting an d feel from the castle but also just admiring how pretty in an old way it was. He liked old places like this but he had a feeling he wasn't safe here...

Esmond looked back at Antony, his head tilting some. "Oh so the sins of the father are beneath the son." Rose tensed at his comment and gave him a very deathly serious look. She didn't like the passive agressive hostility toward Antony when he had done nothing wrong. He was nothing but supportive and kind to her. He protected her, so she would protect him. "Antony isn't his father. Do not compare him when you know nothing about him." She snapped, making Esmond bow his head to her almost instantly. "I apologize, Rosalind." WHen he turned and kept walking up the winding stair case across a large dining room space, she instead turned her attention back to Antony. She saw what he meant and no wonder he had never been invited. "Screw the guide. If they keep being hostile with you, we will leave. I don't believe this whole relation thing anyways. I'm here for the cure for you and me." She said since she wanted her cure for Felix and to find a way to help his sister. She made a promise to Felix she intended to keep. When they reached a massive door, Esmond grabbed the handles and bowed some as he pulled it open. He kept his head low, something that made Rosalind realize this must be the chamber of this Queen. When the doors opened, it revealed a large throne room that was lit by candles. The room was covered in golds, blacks, and deep reds with large vaulted ceilings and well kept old stain glass. At the head of the room before a giant window with a strange shadowy shape behind it, there was a pair of thrones. At the smaller, less ornate throne a woman sat lounging in her seat with a glass of strange red liquid at her side. Rosalind was shocked to see her in a beautiful white gown but she had a large golden mask that trapped her head completely. She stared at the strange queen, especially since the woman seemed to be staring at them through the slats in the hood. Esmond went before her and made an elaborate bow, removing his helmet and allowing his white hair to fall around him. "Queen Analise, I have brought the hunters you requested and a gift for your--" "Rise Esmond. I knew you would not fail me. Now stand at attention. I wish to greet my niece and her friend." Esmond's pale eyes widened as his queen stood and he quickly went to her side. Rosalind meanwhile was alarmed by the news that she was this person's niece. Surely they were mistaken, she could see the pale hair of the woman and could only assume she looked nothing like her. Furthermore, how could she be a part of this world? That book in the library may have said that she was the daughter of some hunters, but how did that relate her to Analise? She walked over to Rosalind and got sort of close, well as close as Rosalind allowed before she took a step back. Annalise stopped and instead curtsied some to Antony and Rosalind. "Welcome my guest...I promise no harm will come to you. I had hoped Esmond would have eased your worries, but I fear you still are apprehensive. Sir Antony you are welcome here despite our family's differences. Any friend of my family is welcome." She said before offering a look in Rosalind's direction. "Ah my sweet girl. You look so much like your mother. And your father's Yharnamite hair. I'm so happy I get to finally see you again." Rosalind looked unsure and decided to speak up for herself. "With all due respect, I don't understand how we are related. I was orphaned in my world. I'm not from Yharnam." "You were orphaned, dear girl, because your father feared for your life with your mother's zealous intentions with that damnable church. My sister, Maria, threw herself into the church and couldn't raise you. Your father, Gilbert, tried to save her but couldn't. I tried to stop Gilbert, I begged him to bring you to me--that I could protect you, but he was fairly certain you would be safer in the Waking World." She looked to Antony and motioned to him. "You were brought back to your world as he was. It is in your blood. The Vileblood line runs in your veins and I don't intend to let it fade." She said leaving Rosalind looking wide eyed and confused. She felt a certain light headedness hitting her at all the news. This was all happening so fast. She spent so long alone and to now hear that she had a family that gave her up to protect her...She always thought that her parents were dead or that they just didn't want her. Now someone was there claiming to be her family and she wasn't sure she could believe her. "I--I'm sorry I just..." She felt cornered and like this wasn't even real which Annalise noticed instantly that the girl looked like her knees were getting ready to buckle. She reached out a hand and kept her from falling with a firm grip on her, but let her go when she steadied the pale looking Rosalind. "I apologize. I let my excitement get the better of me. I have been alone for so long and I was sure you felt the same...Let me offer you two a place to stay, rooms to rest in. We can continue this conversation...perhaps more on this cure you seek? After all, how can you trust my words of a cure if you do not believe my intentions? Please Sir Antony, make yourself at home." She said a smile in her voice although it sounded tearful. She gave a snap and one of the hooded creatures hobbled in with a lantern on a cane in hand. "Escort them to their rooms. I do not wish for them to get lost..." She said as she went back to her throne. The little creature gestured for them to follow and Rosalind quickly took Antony's arm as she left the room, as if she were worried he would leave her. "She's lying...right? The book, the woman, all of it..." She whispered to Antony wanting to hide her eyes as she felt tears welling up. "Mistress doesn't lie." The little creature croaked as it led them to a set of rooms that were perhaps once family rooms that were connected by a sitting room. She gave the little creature a funny look as it hissed and ran off into the dark hall. "I'm sorry you had to put up with all of this. I just want the cure and to leave." She said, trying to look stronger in front of Antony as she usually was. ((Esmond with Armor))((Esmond without))((Queen Analise))((Queen Analise without the mask))

Antony gave a shake of his head at this mans rude words, he didn't pay them any one however since he understood a bit more about his fathers sins then most, well most who didn't know already. He heard Rose's words about getting a cure for just the two of them, meaning his sister and Felix. He didn't need one anymore, he knew his sister was beyond hope, he just wanted her to know why she suffered so before she was snuffed out of existence. He was quiet as they enter red the massive room with thrones seeing a woman in a large mask. He frowned at that since the last masked idiot they ran into- Esmond aside- was a crazy cage headed man...at the flood of information he could tell Rose was getting over Whelmed quickly. He made a motion to reach out and take her arm but this Annalise did so first. He waited till the woman pulled away s for smoking a step closer to Rose, feeling her body heat on his arm as he was closer to her now. He head the greeting to him and nodded to her softly since she as in some respects powerful and some line or royalty. And if it was in rose's bloodline then he didn't want bs be rude, even if they were rude first. They made their way to the guest rooms, Antony however taking her into the guest room and having a seat by her on the couch. He sighed and put his hands on his face, rubbing a bit to perhaps get some stress away. "I'm not sure to make of this. If this really is the home of the 'vilebloods' I shouldn't be welcome here just because of my fathers doings... perhaps my mothers..." he said with a sigh before leaning over and looking about the sitting room. It was nicely decorated enough if not dark...

Rosalind sat next to Antony and listened to what he had to say. He looked stressed, just as stressed as she felt. Though she knew his mind was full of more, she wanted to ease his mind if she could, even if she felt like her mind was spinning. In a show of some trust and a surprise to even herself, she moved close to him and placed a hand on his arm. "I'm sorry you seem stressed. Just know that I won't allow them to bully you here over something you couldn't control. As I told you before, we will leave if you feel like we should." She said before she released him since she was sure he felt uncomfortable with the contact. She wasn't used to it, but he looked like he needed a hug...Just something to let him know she wasn't going to leave him to suffer in all this. "But Annalise seems different than the follower. Perhaps she knows better than to assume you're anything like your father decisions. Whatever he did has nothing to do with you being here in good faith...I at least think I should hear what she has to say. Even if it does seem far fetched that I could be related to any of them." She said before looking down at the floor. "She says she may have a cure. Felix's cure, your sisters cure or maybe the information you seek. It's everything we want, right? She seems to know a lot about this world and maybe she can be of more help than Gehrman?" She said as a glimmer of hope sifted through all the doubt she felt. It was the only light in all her confused feelings.

The touch to his arm was nice, he could feel her hands warmth soaking into his shirt sleeve from the touch and it was oddly reassuring for her to be there close to him in fact. When she began about him being bullies he smirked, shaking his head. "I am a big kid Rose, I can handle myself but I thank you for the concidedarion, it's nice of you." He said softly before she pulled away, much to his dislike. He didn't voice it however even if he did look a little down that she moved away from him, he quickly changed his expression, to one more casual. He nodded to her theory on the queen and her point of biew but he was skeptical all the same. He was thinking of a response when she seemed to ramble. Her words hurt him a bit, his lips tightening a bit as a show but he did well to hold his thoughts a moment. "There isnt enough of a cure for both, my sister can't be saved, we are here for you. I just wanted information..." he stated a bit more dryly since he didn't want to bring up this man that arose was fighting so hard for a cure for. "I have known Gehrman a long time, I can't judge this new woman since a I don't know her." He stated again a bit dryly since he felt a little bitter even imagining all his hard work, blood, sweat, and fears going into this mess only to emerge with nothing and watch as the girl he has caught feelings for waltz off with another man...he frowned pushing that thought away entirely since he wanted nothing to do with that, Rose knew about his sister and he knew about Felix, but there was the way she felt about Felix that just made him jealous.

Antony was confident he could fight his own battles, but she still wouldn't put up with it. Whether he liked it or not, she had strange feelings for this man that made her want to jump to his aid whenever she felt that there was a problem for him. She knew he was a bit more of a...well an aloof man with a stubborn mindset, but that didn't mean he didn't deserve some sort of affection from another. However, she sometimes wondered if anything she felt was okay. Maybe she just had some sort of damsel complex with men that protected her...but it didn't feel that way with either man. Felix was her first love, but it was unrequited and completely onesided. Antony was...well...she felt something strongly for him with every touch, every word, every moment they had to experience together. Even through the hardship he faced, he was strong, solid, and determined, things about him that she admired greatly. He was sarcastic, witty, blunt, and stubborn, but also loyal, brilliant, and supportive. She felt like she could trust him with her life...But could she trust him with the emotions she felt she was trying so desperately to hide. It took a lot for her to just touch him without breaking into a blush or to pull away without wanting to go back to him. He wouldn't understand her clinginess and she hardly wanted him to ever push her away. How much was too much and how much wasn't enough? What could she get away with without him having to tell her that he didn't feel the same way. With Felix, the rejection had felt like a burn to her heart. With Antony....it scared her a bit that she couldn't fathom it. His dry response about the cure and his sister took her aback, but she knew from seeing him interact with the mimic that she was a sensitive subject. Still, she held out hope that she could be saved as well. When he stated they were there for her and his information, she gave a slow nod, thinking his blunter words were due to him perhaps being frustrated with the situation rather than her. Surely he couldn't be mad with her when she did nothing to him...The news about Gehrman versus this woman made her shrug, especially since she had a few harsh words about the old hunter. He led Antony astray once...what was to say he wouldn't again? "You're right...I'm just asking for you to give her a fair chance. It's suspect that she would just now reach out to me and you after all this time. Believe me, I know that. But if she has your information and a way to save Felix I might take it. I'm not saying Gehrman is a bad man. I just don't want Felix to suffer after we went through hell, you having been through it twice, and without considering all options." She said before offering him a softer look, wanting to be sure he understood she was going to give this woman a chance to speak before she either left or took whatever she was offering. The family thing was just an added bonus if it were true. "But that's why we have each other here right? I did find investment in your skills after all...since you helped me get this far. " She said as she eased back in the seat with a stretch, using his own words that had been in her mind alot lately...if only he knew she wanted to invest in him and not jsut his skills...

When asked to give this new woman a fair chance he nodded, since he didn't feel like making an ass of himself. Her constantly mentioning Felix since they got there- like he were the only man in her eyes, it annoyed him. He was here, in this hell helping her when he didn't have to be, what was this Felix doing? Nothing... When her words about 'investing in his skills' came around he smirked. She remembered that did she? Of all the things to remember. "Well I'm glad you trust in my skills, but maybe it's time that you invest in the person behind the skills and my judgement." He stated but there was no playful edge there, it was slightly somber but he knew Rose had enough on her plate then his emotional baggage so he stood up. "I'm going to rest, I have a headache. Please come get me before you leave the rooms or talk with anyone, we have to be careful here." He stated softly an added smile to smooth his slight irritation over as he made his way to the side of the room to a door with a bed room on the other side. He was tired but knew that sleep wouldn't come, not here...he just needed some space to think with out getting flustered, frustrated, or jealous over little things she said for a bit.

Rosalind gave him a funny look at his rather somber statement since she didn't understand where it was coming from. Let alone what he really meant by those words. While part of her allowed her to feel a small glimmer of hope that he meant she had a chance with him, the other, more dominant part of her felt the sting of his words. He was saying she didn't trust him or his judgment, just in his ability to fight. There he went again, assuming that she was just using him. She felt her hot blooded tendencies getting the better of her. But she bit back her harsh words and let him get up to leave to rest away from his 'headache'. Sure, he wasn't just annoyed with the conversation and wanted a quick way out. And he said women were difficult to talk to...She wasn't even sure what she did to piss him off. Surely he didn't actually think she didn't care for his opinion. She wouldn't have traveled this far into the pits of this hell with him had she not. However, she was aware he was already feeling angry with Esmond and the whole place in general. Anger jaded you from making rational calls and she wasn't losing a cure over his vendetta with his father and the Church--She paused at her thinking, shocked by it and how awful that sounded. Antony had been nothing but supportive to her...how could she think something like that about him? She gave his door a long look, wondering if she should pursue this and ask him why he sounded so off a moment ago...Was he mad with her? Had her words come out wrong? Surely he realized she didn't know what to think of this odd friendship they had when half the time they weren't even sure how they fit together as a team...She pulled away from the door that she had taken a few step towards and walked to her own room, shutting the door. She tried to lay on the bed, but a portrait on the wall bothered her. It was of a pale woman with a lumen flower in her hair, one that looked so oddly familiar...She thought herself crazy and rolled over, trying to shut her eyes so that she could stop thinking of that stubborn man a moment and prepare herself for her talks with Annalise. A while later a knock came at Antony's door, Esmond's voice permeating through the wood. "Sir Antony, Queen Annalise requested to speak with you alone. Well, as I know with you church folk alone isn't your style. Though I'm sure the information you may be receiving may be sensitive for unwanted ears...She said it's about someone named Genevieve..." He said, knowing the man would at least consider it since Annalise said he loved his sister dearly. While Esmond felt they should cut their losses, kill the boy and feed Rosalind the Queen's blood by force, Queen Annalise wanted a more passive approach. She claimed the boy was useful, that she saw the way Rosalind clung to him like her mother clung to her fixation with Laurence. If they couldn't get a Great One out of her, or him, they would need a compromise between the two to foster the host...She loved playing her games diligently, no matter how much Esmond detested them.

Antony frowned when he heard Esmond out side his door, that wasn't who he wanted near him again. He sat up at his words of being seen alone, but let the man continue speaking till he uttered his sisters name. His eye brow twitches a bit but he stood up from the bed and cleared his throat. "Alright, give me a few moments and I will be out to meet with your Queen Annalise." He stated even sounding a little respectful at the end since he was giving Rose's words some thoughts. He moved out of his room and into the sitting room, not seeing Rose. He pushed on and into the other room, finding her laying in her bed, not asleep though but not the happiest looking either. He went over and sat on the edge of the bed, a smooth expression on his face to not alarm her, since nothing was wrong. "Hey, the Queen wanted to talk to me- about my sister of all things...she requested I go alone but I'm not sure if I want to honestly..." he told her calmly his thoughts since she needed to understand those to understand his next words. "But I think I need to go find out what she has to say...though I have to admit you not being there with me makes me feel a little nervous." He stated since it had been bothering him a bit this afternoon- if it were afternoon even to be in an upset with her over this random woman. He felt more confident with Rose around so he was going to try and make sure he could keep her around a bit longer.

Esmond gave the door a glare before he nodded and went back to handle his own affairs. Rosalind heard her door open and instantly her eyes opened. She was ready to throw herself into defense until she felt the bed shift from someone sitting on it. It threw her off, until she heard Antony's voice. Her eyes flicked to him as he spoke on being summoned to speak with Annalise alone about his sister. She sat up, giving him a look of consideration as he spoke. Why was he suddenly telling her all of this? Didn't he just argue for her to trust his judgment? Honestly, she expected him to ignore that request and not speak with the woman. When he said he would actually go, she gave him a softer look. So he was actually going to listen to her. However, the news that he felt nervous without her made her heart beat quicken and her eyes avert briefly. She looked at her hands in her lap, her mind doing an 180 as she tried to consider what he meant by that...Surely he knew he could defend himself. She was weaker than he was in a fight... but maybe he felt like they wouldn't be nice to him without her? Or maybe he actually liked having her around? "What she has to say might be valuable..." She said before she looked back to him. She wasn't sure how to respond to his words about feeling nervous without her since she wasn't sure what he meant by that...But she had to give him a response since she felt the same way. She didn't want him to leave her in this strange place alone... "Antony, I-I agree. I don't really want you in there alone with her...you know in case your hunch about them is right. But I'm unsure if you would want me there to hear this information." She said since it could be sensitive to him and his sister. "But if you want, surely they'll understand if I came with you." She said since she was already a bit unsure why she wanted him alone.
