Acacia closed her eyes as Sean ranted at her. " Are you now done with your lecture?" She asked. Really did she look like she was stupid? She'd been shot before she knew first hand the damage it did. Besides she was smart enough to understand if they did catch her she wouldn't walk away alive.
" I don't know." She said softly. " I was going to go approach Samuel, see if a deal could be made with him...but I think I could get Philipe on my side. All I would need is for him to back up my story and my cover is gone. Even if they were to kidnap me, he would know..he'd be in on it he could inform Falco. It would be a double set up." She said softly.
That was on a whim she could get Samuel or Philipe on her side. " Yes I'm making tea." Smiling softly she nodded her head at Sean. " Yes ...it helps me think. Would you like some?" She asked politely.

"Yes please and thank you." Sean responded to Acacia's offer of tea. He listened to what she had to say and thought on her plan. It was put together quickly, that was obvious. He could think of a few other options, but of course then his cover would be blown, and Sean had no solid evidence on Malone yet. Falco, he had some, but he doubted Acacia would want to put him behind bars, from the sound of it, they had grown up together.
"That could work rather well, actually." Sean commented, leaning up against the kitchen counter. He was trying to think of a way he could help as well. It was unlikely that they would try and 'kidnap' him, they were more likely to put a bullet through his head. "I don't think that Samuel knows I am part of Falco's gang. Maybe I could get his trust, if he doesn't like your deal and be a backup in case Philipe decides to leave your side....saying this even goes down at all." Sean suggested, shrugging his shoulders and then deciding to take off his jacket. It might have seemed like he was getting a bit too comfortable, but it was a bit hot near the stove.

With a nod of her head she retrieved two cups from the cuboard. " How do you have your tea?" Closing her eyes she remained leaning on the bench deep in thought. " You right Philipe may not work with me.." Opening her eyes she looked at Sean. " It's worth a shot though. I don't think he'd have any reason not to, i'll be straight forward and tell him who I am.What Falco can offer, he' a smart man I might even tell him Malone is in on the deal.."
As sean removed his jacket she ran a hand over her dress. " I'm going to change out of this. " She explained. " I'll be back in a minute." Walking across the hallway she stopped at her bedroom door and then closed it firmly behind her as she entered. Pulling of her dress she tossed it to the floor then grabbed a pair of jeans. With no one to impress and when she wasn't working a job she felt no need to lather herself up in make up and show off. Washing the make up she had off she then changed into the simple top and jeans before walking out of the room again closing the door behind her.
Running a hand through her black hair she smoothed it out with her fingers before returning to the kitchen. " I don't know about you but i'm starving."

"If you have some honey, just a bit of that please." He asked quite politely. He didn't know Acacia very well and was in her home, he might as well be polite as he had been taught as a child...however, he did like to speak with his hands when he got into something. He was going to try and avoid that. Listening to her words, his forehead crinkled a bit upon her mentioning Malone. "I might wait to tell him that, until he agrees to work with you. That could be a deal breaker in some cases." He suggested, though knew it might not be a big deal. He still wasn't sure how everyone reacted to that man.
Nodding his head as she mentioned changing, he stayed put, watching her exit the room; slapping himself mentally as he eyes trailing down her back. Damn his uncontrolled male instincts, he had always had trouble with that...not that he cared...much. Hoping she wouldn't mind if he set his coat down on a chair, he laid it carefully and then rolled up his sleeves. The tattoos on his arms were visible, a silver and green rosary was wrapped around his left wrist, his sleeves having prevented it from being seen before.
As she came out, Sean found that she looked rather nice without makeup and in rather casual clothing. "You look nice without makeup on." He commented and then closed his eyes momentarily, scrunching them up as he couldn't believe he had said that out loud. It was a complement, but many women would ignore that fact, usually at least. As she mentioned herself starving, he smiled and opened his eyes. "Food sounds wonderful right now." He told her and then stood up right, looking a bit full of himself. "If you like Italian, I don't mean to boast, but I can make a mean spaghetti in fifteen minutes." He was expecting to get laughed at, but hey...his mother was from Italy, he knew how to cook pasta. Slumping a little and putting on a pitiful face, he looked at Acacia, "Or you can order out...I guess." He fake pouted, before she could say anything.

" Honey?" Acacia inquired her eyes lighting up with amusement. " Your lucky Ethan and Falco like it.. I don't." With a smirk she opened her cuboard. So where had they put the wretched thing. " Found it." She said then made their tea.
" Philipe is greek, and he likes me...I think I have a chance?" She didn't mean to make it sound like a question but she was now doubtful. Taking in Sean's tattoo's she smirked some. " Men and tatto's." She spoke with a soft laugh. His compliment caught her of guard. Looking at Sean she was almost suspicious for a moment before relaxing. Sean, she decided wasn't the same as the other guys she worked with. She wasn't trying to flirt with him and manipluate him into doing her dirty work. " Thanks." She spoke softly then watched in amusement as his face scrunched up.
" Really now?" She asked laughing softly." I think you need to proove this. You'd best show me this spaghetti then." It amused her terribly though he was about to cook Italian and her own mother was greek. " I never eat out." She spoke firmly. His pout was making her smile without her realising it. With a shake of her head she leant against the bench elbows propped up. " Well, what do you need?" She asked. She knew she'd probably have some ingredient. " We might have to go to the shop."

"Thank you. As for honey in my tea, that is the only thing I use it for." He nodded his head reassuring like, as though he was trying to think if that was true or not. Taking his tea, he took of sip of the hot brew and smiled, the warmth of the liquid filling him quickly. Such a soothing thing, especially in the weather as of late.
"If you think so, then don't doubt it." He shrugged his shoulders, Sean not really knowing her relationship with the guy, nor whether or not she had a chance. He was new in this jurisdiction and so would have to get used to and figure out everything as quick as possible. When she commented on his tattoo's he smirked. "Don't like 'em?" He questioned and thought about each one he had. They all meant something to him. Each one represented a part of his life or a value he held. He didn't care if she didn't like them, he wasn't going to pay thousands of dollars to get rid of them for anyone.
Chuckling with Acacia, Sean smiled. "I will then, I need some garlic, tomato paste, fresh basil, pasta, of course, some onion, if there is anything special you like in your sauce, just name it..." He kept going on and listed off a few more herbs. He waited to see if she needed to go to the store, it would be interesting to go somewhere so casual with her. None the less, he didn't mind one bit. Especially since he got to demonstrate his cooking skills. He wasn't perfect, but he knew how to make something tasty.

" I still dislike honey." She answered. " Not to mention it tastes revolting." Tossing her black hair over her should Acacia couldn't help but roll her eyes. " I'm allowed to doubt myself, i'm good..but I also know my limitations." This wasn't something she was so confident on. It wasn't entirely that she disliked the tatto's it just failed to interest her. " No, not really. They are interesting but the appeal is not there for me. It just makes you look like hired help." She didn't mean it unkindly it was just how she viewed tatto's
Moving around her kitchen she looked for the items Sean mentioned. " I have no onions, tomato paste, pasta but I have the herbs. Guess I was right we need to go to the shops."

Smirking at her utter distaste for honey, Sean chuckled. She was honest at least. Shrugging his shoulders at her comment on how she knew her limitations, he gave her a bit of a doubtful look, mostly to see if it would peeve her. He thought she was smart, but everyone had their downfalls. She was right to be doubtful, he just hoped she didn't show it if she went through with the whole plan.
"Am I not hired help?" He questioned, eyebrows raised with a playful smile on his face. "I've only gotten them when something significant happened in my life, that I wanted a constant reminder of." He explained, not really caring if she didn't want to know, nor that he was revealing some things about himself that were a bit personal.
"I love going to the shop." He explained and sipped his tea some more, setting it down on the counter. It could be reheated later. Sticking his hand in his pocket, he retrieved a cell phone and checked the time, before promptly putting it back. "Where to?" He questioned, rolling black on his heels.

Catching Sean's doubtful look Acacia couldn't help but flash him a cocky smile. " You still don't believe i'm just a pretty face do you?" She asked slyly. " I think we both know I can handle myself if need me, that gun in my purse wasn't just a toy you know. " She'd been taught if you carry a gun you used it with the intention to shoot to kill. There was no rubbish about just shooting someone in the leg. It was a powerful weapon that wasn't to be treated lightly.
" I hired you, so yes you are hired help." She didn't mind rubbing in the fact that he'd only gotten the job due to her taking interest in him. Smirking lightly she gazed at one of his tatto's." Significant in what way?"
" I don't. I detest shopping but it's something that needs to be done." Standing up she placed her empty cup into the sink. Cooking was the one thing she'd actually tolerate to do she was ever so lazy she despised cleaning and if she could, and most times she did get away with it she sent hired help to go deal with the shopping and her cleaning. Falco wasn't a big fan on her exploiting the men like that, maybe that's why he'd gotten her a maid for some time now the woman would come in on the weekend and tidy up after her mess. Not that there was a large mess to be done, it was just dusting the furniture and the laundry, sweeping, vacuming etc.
" There's a convenience shop around the corner. We might as well walk."

"I don't doubt that your just a pretty face at all....you have a nice body too." He commented in a teasing manner, obviously trying to erk her. He probably shouldn't have said that, but it was in his nature and it kind of just---slipped out. He wasn't trying to be chauvinistic, as most woman accused him of being. It just slips out. Sean likes women and he isn't afraid to say it really, is that such a crime.
Hah, he knew it, and wasn't ashamed that he was hired help, especially since he had only been picked due to her interest in him. He really didn't care. He used his assets and if they got noticed, more for him. As she asked him the significance, he smiled and pointed towards the one on his right forearm, "This, is from the first time my mother took me to Italy. It was beautiful, I mean the skies and the sea. It took my breath away." He began and then pulled down his shirt collar some, revealing arching words. "This is Gaelic for 'My honor is bound to you.' It reminds me of my father. Or rather, the fact that I never knew him." Shrugging his shoulders, he touched his back. "I have a large one on my back from when I got shot too." He added and decided that was enough on him for the evening. He always had a mouth on him.
"Awww, how can you not enjoy people watching! It's so much fun." Sean complained, a smile of disbelief on his face. He would expect her to enjoy the crowds or to like watching other people. However, looking at her apartment, it wasn't the cleanest. Maybe she was lazy? Chuckling mentally, he found that funny but it didn't bother him. "Walking is good, I walk near everywhere." He said and headed towards the door, opening it for her and leaving his jacket. He didn't mind if it was a bit chilly out. It was a good way to stay energized.

" I do don't I." Acacia answered in a teasing tone. " I guess dancing does pay off after all." Taking the gun out of her bag she placed it back into the draw for safe keeping. A gun was something she rarely desired to keep with her. Infact she despised the weapon but in the rare instances she'd face danger she took it. A trip to the shopping centre was not such an occassion so the gun could be put away.
" I suppose that is why Falco agreed to hire you though. He is also Italian." Shrugging her shoulders not particually interested in either mens heritage she studied Sean's tatto's." I've never left the city." It wasn't that she didn't want to travel, the opertunity had never arisen for her. " You aren't the only one to not know their father." She said softly. " I am told my mother was greek, that I believe but my father I do not know. I suppose he was an american. My brother Benjamin is possibly only a half brother, we've never bothered to check." She had her family; Falco, Ethan and Benjamin there was none of that rubbish about them not being biologically related they were all equally her brothers. When he mentioned being shot again she shot him a smirk. " It's no fun being shot."
" Because unlike you I couldn't care what everyone else is doing." She answered. With a nod of her head she followed him out of the appartment locking the door behind her. " Is that why you are so fit?" She couldn't help but tease him he reacted just how she wanted him to everytime.

"I'd say so." Sean responded with a smirk. It was a good way to get into shape, he just didn't do it very often as it wasn't really something he got into unless it was with someone he knew and liked. Watching her put away her gun, he didn't bother with his.
"My mother never spoke of my father much. She said I was names after him and where he was from." Not caring too much if she didn't appreciate the meaning behind some nice body art, he smiled as she divulged some information about herself. "Ah, Greek. That means you enjoy good food too!" He exclaimed and smiled more, his eyes crinkling a bit around the edges.
Rolling his eyes as she said that being shot was no fun, he nodded. "Especially when you almost loose a body part." He commented, clapping his right arm fondly. It was traumatic, but he lived. He was lucky though. It had been artillery fire, landmines going off whenever they were hit. He had small pockets of scars on his right side from shrapnel. He thought he still had some stuck in him, but in too dangerous of places to be removed.
"Oh, that's not nice." He pouted slightly. "I just like making fun of people." He snickered some and followed her out of the door. "Of course! Plus why drive when the weather is so nice." He gave her a wink and shoved his hands into his pockets.

Looking at Sean Acacia shook her head. " My mother was greek, I've never claimed to be. I can speak the language sure enough but I don't know much about the culture. I was raised around Italians and americans, that's what I know." She explained.
As they walked she looked straight ahead. " I've been shot at many times, i've had the fortune of only having been shot once though. It wasn't pretty and it wasnt very fun." Falling silent she continued walking not going to indulgle Sean with any other information on the topic.
At his wink she gave a light shake of her head laughing softly. " I think you worry to much about everyone else. " She observed. " People watching, making fun of them.." She continued. " Really aren't there simpler things to enjoy?" She asked.

"Eh, its in the blood." He joked and sighed lightly, it wasn't bad, the talking thing with Acacia. She wasn't being nasty and they were actually getting along. That was a good thing, he didn't do well with bitchy after all, and he sure as hell didn't want to start up an argument.
Quirking his head to the side in a half nod, he agreed at the fact that it wasn't very fun to be shot. She, it seemed, wasn't going to divulge any more info on it, so then Sean wouldn't pry. He wasn't going to talk about his experience much either. They weren't supposed to know about the whole military thing anyways, because then that could lead them to his whole being an under cover cop...That would end badly.
"Whats more simple than watching nature?" He questioned, and meant it. He didn't just like watching people. He liked enjoying everything, hell, he could sit and watch the rain fall and still find something amusing in it. It was the way his mind worked, after all his favorite animals were turtles---not that Acacia would be finding out anytime soon.

"Maybe." Acacia never had particularly cared for being greek it was just sadly a part of who she was. As they reached the store she walked through the automatic doors heading straight for the vegetable isles. " Onions, pasta and paste, anything else?" She asked making sure she'd gotten everything.
With a smirk she selcted an onion. " Nature..you aren't a hippie are you?" She asked with a sigh." We had one of those once." From her words and facial expression she made it clear she'd hated the man." Ever so annoying. " She added. " People watching and nature are two very different things though, if you mean...can I sit and watch a thunderstorm then yes. Can I watch people shop. No." She informed him.
