'There went that attempt at light conversation.' Leah thought noticing their unease. Then again there wasn't much light conversation left in this world, unless you were apart of the little people left that were still naive. She chewed her bottom lips for a second as she tried to remember all that she did even understand of this war. Me and Za were prominent groups like Ro, the most talked about and hyped. However, the other groups were an equal but more careful match. All these groups were fighting, for some kind of power most of the general public didn't understand. She barely knew anything...but if she was almost killed by this war going on around her, she might want to bulk up on her facts from none other than a people that were apart of it. "I would like to understand exactly why they would target a public location, why Ro would want someone there. And, I know this may sound stupid but, my family kept me pretty much in the dark when I was little about this whole thing, and people talk about there being some kind of power struggle but no one really tell what really is going on...what is this all even for? All the people lost and those missing...what kind of power is really out there that can be worth all this?"Look I'm not trying to be one of those peace activists or naive.. But I can't remember a time when people weren't trying to kill each other." She asked just practically saying what came to mind. She realized she may have spoken out of line and pushed her bangs behind her ear, a tick she had when she was awkward.

"A public location because it part of public relations and not every one in a big organization can afford a lot. They are normal people too but with a cult like obsession as to say for the ZA. The RO- as senior members- would like to say that we didn't want a member in that situation- much less our brother. He was heading out to make a mail drop. and he rain into the that ZA bastard." Gerald's' fist was clenched so tight it was white. Ryan looked at him with a caring expression and wrapped an arm around him-urging him to come sit my him. He finally gave up and on his way there he punched the wall leaving a nice hole and a bend stud in the wall. Sitting with a frustrated huff next to Ryan he pulled his head down to rest on his shoulder. "Close your eyes- I'll explain the rest."Ryan spoke softly to Gerald knowing that he might be putting his brother's mind at ease but making Leah feel a little weird since not many people see this side of Gerald but even Gerald had his days just like Ryan. Looking up at Leah again he continued where his brother left off. "It isn't stupid that you were left in the dark- its the mass majority of the population. Most people recruited are curious. Power struggle I think not. Its over the 'paradise'. Its name is confidential to those in the parties. Sorry I can't tell you. " When Ryan was describing 'paradise' he had a far away look in his eyes as though the was there- in utter bliss. He regained his composure when Gerald sneezed, patting him on the shoulder he put kiss on his forehead, looking back at Leah. "Sorry- My bother needs some comfort- there has been a lot of problems today. Including almost loosing a brother... Any how-To be human is to err-The way human's or humanoids in this case is war- all things fight. The night fights with the day, the sun and the rain. The wind and the wall. All things have natural enemies. Why should we be any different?" Studying her Gerald's eyes flashed back open-" I think Theo is up again. I felt him moving..." Ryan looked at Gerald and nodded, getting up as well. "We will be back we are gonna check on our brother. Make your self at home. It might take a short while." The boys, arms around each others waist walked down the hall back into Theo's bed room. He was indeed back up but not standing up- but awake. "How are you feeling brother?" Theo looked at him then smiled as he saw how pained Gerald was. "I'm fine- i just couldn't sleep- I was listening." "We have it under control. I promise you."

(it's cool I was crazy exhausted yesterday too.) Leah took in the words, their reactions, her own feelings. She frowned at their idea of human condition but knew it was true. Humans always fought like the universe. It was the way things worked. When they left her to check on Theo her mind wandered to the idea of being comfortable in a place like this. Oddly enough it wasn't that hard, but she couldn't help her unease when she thought about her classes tomorrow. After all everyone else must think her to be dead. She would have to clear that up of course later but for now she felt incredibly tired. She relaxed against the fluffy chair she was in, her cheek finding the side of the soft cloth. 'Paradise..how nice it must be.' She thought, her hurt hand clenching into a fist and causing her to flinch. It was hurting like he'll right now causing her to quickly relieve the tightness of the bandage. It would be about a good 3 weeks before she could get a good fist, and no telling if it would affect her fighting. She shifted uncomfortably as her eyes closed, wishing deeply that she could have done something different to prevent the injury. To prevent anyone from getting hurt, to prevent the man responsible, that hurt Theo wouldn't have gotten away. ***** It was a dark dream that she entered, one full of just inky blackness. She was conscious or at least she was capable of thought for she was able to see an odd light coming forward at her. It was so bright she had to squint and shielded her eyes. Images passed through that light some of them clearer than others. The most memorable were the images of a white room and a dark shadowing figure, her father working at his desk when she was younger, a metallic man holding a wound as he waited in a dark grimy alley, a dark feather catching the air with blood on it, and an image of her fading away from Alex who walked away from her. Suddenly another wave of light passed over her and she was back on the train, the fire and glass flying around her. Like watching a memory in the form of a movie, she saw her past selfs hand go up to block her face. She remembered the feeling of the glass penetrating her skin and the pain it would bring. Reflexively she braced herself and surprisingly her old self did the same, closing the hand and pulling it close to her right before she disappeared in a cloud of smoke. ***** It was terrifying but the images were moving too quickly and stopped so abruptly that she hardly had time to scream. Either that or catch her breath. She awoke from sleep in a panic, her eyes wide but dulled by sleep as she looked around her. Though her vision was slightly blurred she was able to see she was still in the living room of Theo's home and not on a fiery train. She gave a breath of relief, and pulled her hand up to her forehead to wipe away some of the sweat she had formed in her panic. She gave a small wince when she realized it was the hurt hand she had used, but paused when no pain came. She pulled the still wrapped hand away from her forehead and looked at it with curious and narrowed eyes. Blood still was on the gauze but it didn't seem fresh. She gave the hand a small clench, but it didn't hurt her like she thought. Slowly, hesitantly she unwrapped the hand only to gasp when she saw it. The palm was perfectly fine though her knuckles and the top of he hand were scratched but not too deeply. Her amazement was evident on her face as well as fear. What had happened? She could have sworn the cut was there when she'd fallen asleep, but now there were only scratches. The dream came to mind but she quickly shook her head. No way a weird dream could have healed her. Maybe she'd just....imagined the injury? She rubbed her eyes and looked around for a clock. When she found a small one on the wall she saw it was close to 7 o'clock. She'd only been asleep for a good 10 minutes. She sighed and got to her, heading to the kitchen area to throw away the gauze and try to find something to eat. She was feeling pretty hungry after all the craziness today, though she kept wondering if Theo was really okay after even just a bit of rest.

"I know you had it under control how ever I don't think that Gerald did- he reacted to strongly in front of an outsider to be in control." Gerald's fist clenched like he was going to hit Theo but Ryan held him around the waist and gave him a kiss on the neck," Calm down- Its only true." Gerald nodded and let his fist relax looking out the window. Theo looked at Ryan over Gerald's shoulder," How is the girl? Is she okay? Does she understand?"Ryan avoided eye contact at that point. "Well she kinda wanted to know....well..."Gerald finished the statement with a harsh tone, " she wanted to know how we got close and are considered brothers as well as what the Paradise is." Theo's face fell a bit but he grinned- "So you didn't tell her? About my past?" Ryan shook his head knowing that they hadn't and wouldn't. "It's not our story to tell-We have our own version of it anyhow. You know how that worked." Nodding in agreement he couldn't help but smile," Check the wound- It itches so I'm assuming its almost done." Ryan let go of Gerald and he bend down and using a claw and cut the gauze, the wounds was completely healed it was working on the skin at that moment. It was sealed how ever it was matching the skin pigment- to a perfect repair. Getting up he stretched, Ryan and Gerald taking a step back so he could stretch out his wings. When he stretched them out they took up about the width of the room. Bringing them back in the all smiled at his recovery as the venom was designed to do then went out into the hall. Gerald was first closely followed by Ryan, the Theo eventually came out behind him. Gerald's eyes went from the couch that was now empty to the door. Ryan looked a bit concerned as well how ever he wasn't too sure what she would have done. Theo smiled," Leah?" Gerald went to sit in the living room by the massive window with Ryan who practically was sitting in his lap. Both looking slightly nervous because they did leave her alone for a little while with nothing but herself to bring thought to her own mind. That made them nervous. It always had- they were never entirely comfortable with the thought of free will but were more familiar with the term of destiny or fate. To them every thing was inevitably inter connected- a person not eating their same breakfast could be the reason some one got into an accident a block from their house. It was every ones fault when some thing happened- all were guilty none were innocent.
((Theo's color was changed due to colors matching ))

Leah, after hearing her name called, poked her head around the corner of the doorway to the kitchen. “Yeah?” She said around the piece of apple she nibbled on. She really had wanted something sweet but the apples were the only thing she stumbled upon. She swallowed the bite and walked out of the kitchen area with a plate of sliced apples, the only feast she felt like fixing. She could cook when she wanted to, but only when she wanted to. “Sorry I went in there without asking but I figured you guys wouldn’t mind as long as I didn’t burn the kitchen down. Besides, this seemed like a quick alternative for something to eat. AND it’s fruit so it counts as healthy right?” She placed the plate down on the table and plopped back into her seat. She took another bite from the apple piece then looked up at Theo who was now standing and swallowed hard. She was feeling a bit awkward for some reason but definitely wouldn’t show it. She instead smiled and cocked her head to the side slightly. “Hey look who’s up. Welcome back.” She said, before looking to Gerald and Ryan. “Y’all are welcome to have some if you want. I cut up a bunch of them just in case anyone else was hungry.” She was hiding the fact that the real reason she cut so many was to test if her now unbandaged hand was really okay. She gave them a small soft smile, when she noticed how nervous they seemed. “Try not to look so glum, eh?” She said taking another bite from her apple before looking to Theo. “Feeling better?”

Theo smiled when she emerged with an apple in her hand. Her hand seemed to be doing much better. Gerald and Ryan simply looked at her not showing much emotion on their faces. Theo followed after her as she sat down with a plate of apple slices. Standing next to the boys who were looking a bit gloomy he couldn't help but put a supportive hand on Ryan's knee to make him feel a little better. Theo looked over at her when she began going on about going into the kitchen and such but couldn't help but laugh when she talked about burning the kitchen down. "Indeed it is healthy- Thought I am sorry that I didn't have much else in the kitchen today I was on the train to go shopping but I never exactly got there." When she looked at him and he noticed her eyes scanned his chest lightly for the wounds or lack of wound. Smiling he nodded reaching over and grabbing three apple slices giving one to each brother. Ryan was nibbling on it the same as Gerald, Theo ate it in two bites and decided to sit on the floor next to the table so he had free reign over the apple slices- he was starving.
When she commented on them being glum Gerald's accusing eyes went to hers- he was blaming her with his eyes- in the way that felt offensive to most but it was a way the brothers did their work. One was mean the other forgiving. "Glum you say?" Gerald said with such spite in his voice it was obvious he wasn't in the best of moods any longer. The idea of free will made him sick to his stomach and It made Ryan feel sad as he felt the sadness from the effect of 'free will' on their past. They hated this basic human impulse. Ryan dropped his head to his chest and became very still- hardly breathing while Gerald got spiteful- it was the way of things. Theo turned his gaze from the apple slices to Gerald, "Please brother-Don't be so hateful over the past- I know your meanings but she doesn't understand. Leave her out of it." Gerald's eyes were hateful for a few more seconds then he turned his gaze out the window a slightly more optimistic look on his still angry face. After a few seconds of silence, Ryan's cell began to ring in a slightly familiar tune. Gerald began to rummage in his brother's pockets grabbing out the phone and answering it in a cheery voice to match his brothers-Ryan smiled as he looked at his brother who could make any one think they were each other.
"Yes?" "Sir, we have received a filed report of a missing person- one 'Leah Vivian Emar. Would you like me to continue the report sir?" "yes." " "Approximately 18 years of age, About 5’8, medium build, fair skin, Grey eyes, Light brown to blond hair. File submitted by one Alex. I'm sure you know him sir. Status of case is still under investigation. " "Consider the case closed- Please give him one's Theo Banner Markin. When he arrives- call me." Closing the phone with a sharp click he smiled," Your friend has filed a missing person's report and is coming to retrieve you. So before you leave Is there anything you need to know? From my brother or I or perhaps Theo himself?" Ryan was looking her over trying to figure out what was missing from earlier that was there then but not now but as he thought over her actions of the evening it finally clicked. "Your hand- wasn't it hurt earlier?" Theo smiled at Ryan who was now getting in a better mood. He was glad he was in a better mood but when Gerald offered up free information from any of them Theo couldn't help but get a mischievous smile on his face as he smirked looking at Leah. He looked her over there- as she thought over how her friend was coming to get her and such. She was cute-a nice complexion; A stubborn attitude but it was still 'can-do' so she was positive. She also showed some promise in cooking since the apple slices were perfectly cut. That made him smile it was like she magically fell into his alp but he was a bit weary to take a step up that ladder since he had no idea what she was even thinking. But he wouldn't always try.

Leah was glad to see Theo had healed. It made her feel so much better as well as amazes her how quickly he did heal, also that he had an appetite still. However the good mood of the moment was swept away by the quick temper of Gerald. She felt herself internally flinch at Gerald's harsh tone and sat back a little further. They were upset about something. And it was true what Theo said, she didn't know why. But then again, she had the feeling it really was her fault for bringing up bad feelings to their quiet home, well semi-quiet. Then again that might have just been her fault as well. She fidgeted slightly with her hands as Gerald answered the phone call and felt her throat tighten with the effort to keep herself from making a snide comment back. Two wrongs didn't make a right after all, but then again two rights didn't make a left. Or at least that's the way she viewed it. She however forced herself to let the bite in her tone simmer then fizzle out, the ember quickly dying when Gerald relayed the information he'd just received over the phone. "Alex?" She couldn't help the instant excitement in her voice, the relief in her features that he really was alright and still didn't think she was dead. The weight that had been on her seemed to be lifted, though...was it reluctance she felt to be leaving them? She wanted to slap herself. 'Honestly at first you're prepared to knock his lights out and get the heck out of here, and now you want to stay and chat?' She tightened her grip on her fingers at the thought. But after all, they were alot different than what she anticipated. They were nice to her, helped her, though one of them made her want to give him the cold shoulder and just ignore him completely (not pointing any fingers lol). And she was also glad to know Theo was on the train but not as an assistant to the attack. She actually felt oddly..okay here. And it wasn't everyday she found people she genuinely found interesting, or that put up with her for more than five minutes. 'Maybe I'll run into them again. It's a big city but who knows. Maybe my luck might go to hell in a hand basket again!' She thought, just as Ryan asked about her hand. She blinked then cleared her throat slightly. Where to begin about that? Well, she couldn't say what she thought happened, about that that weird dream. They'd think she was nuts, well more insane than she already was. She didn't believe it herself. So the alternative was to give in to her worst approach, the lie that wasn't technically a lie. Since she sucked at lying, the half lie was a quick fix for her though she didn't like using it, especially not on people she actually kinda liked. "Oh, well, seems I over reacted a little. It's fine now, see?" She said, flashing the hand in a small wave before looking up at the ceiling to hide her actual thoughts. "So the offer for the questions is still out there..." she tapped her lip in thought though she kinda got the feeling she was being stared at. She slightly glanced over and found Theo looking at her from the corner of her eyes. He had a smirk on his face, something that made her heart rush a little. She couldn't help but notice the little details about him. His handsome face, those eyes, his broad shoulders. It made her of course feel insane for only noticing that and not the large wings that sat on his back. She should have found it strange but..in a way it was intriguing. "I don't think i have much else to ask really..nothing that i think you could answer for me anyways. I just wanted to say thanks though, for taking me in after all this and explaining things that I thought I'd never understand. And also that I hope your jobs go well...and that if that 'paradise' thing your searching for does exist, I hope it's all that you guys hope it is." Leah looked over to Theo and gave him a slight smile, after all he was the one that saved her. She was glad he hadn't been a crazy person like she anticipated. "And also thank you. I owe you a lot for today. And I'll have to repay you back somehow." She said, slightly awkward with her thank you but honest. She really was grateful. "If your ever near Concord and Crest, the campus area near the Ridges Mall. You'll have to drop by." She said as she then realized she was wearing his shirt still. "And also to return the shirt, of course." She said with a slight blush.

Noticing her face as it light up slightly whens he said Alex's name- but then it fell- 'interesting expressions this girl makes.' Theo thought to himself. Theo 's eyes went to the cupboard behind her head against the wall when she mentioned the paradise like it had all day now. Thats' where he held his crest...his way into the paradise world. But the others had to get theirs first before the war began. "It will be more than we can imagine, but thank you...And i appreciate your thanks as well as your invite- I will take you up on that- even if it is for my clothes back." He said with a clever smile since he got an invite to see her again and an address that he can find her at- in a way he felt a bit better like he had a foot hold over the 'Alex' kid. Noticing her blush that made him smile that she was blushing over something as simple as a shirt.

Leah liked Theo's smile, it made her smile brighten. The comfort was there but she was careful to remember what kid of situation she was in.
"I'd like that." She said in response to his answer to her offer then looked to Ryan and Gerald. "Same goes for you guys. Next time I can answer questions." She said jokingly.
Time seemed to pass quickly, it seeming like no time at all before Gerald got the phone call and Alex entered the room, looking totally straight laced and proper. Leah turned in her chair and when she spotted to him, her smile grew.
"Al!" She was to her feet, practically tackling him in a hug. Instantly the serious look faded from his features and he took Leah in a strong hug. Though he was squeezing her too tightly, she only hugged him back, enjoying the familiarity of his warmth.
"Alex, it's all cool. I'm fine, see?" She laughed but he didn't return her light mood.
"Leah you had me scared shitless something had happened to you.. He whispered to her, making her stomach tighten at how relieved yet hurt his voice sounded.
She pulled away from him, her lips twisted in a slightly annoyed frown.
"I can take care of myself ya know? Besides, like I said, I'm fine. Theo saved me," She said motioning to him before then motioning to his brothers, "and Ryan and Gerald looked out for me."
Alex looked up at the three, his eyes taking in them critically. After a moment he gave his head a small bow in recognition, "Thank you, all of you. Especially you Theo." He said though his stare was cold, especially when he realized Leah wasn't wearing her shirt. "Come on, let's get you home." He said, taking Leah's hand. She was confused as to why he wanted out of there, but followed obediently for once. "Bye, guys. Have a good night." She said giving them a wave before following after Alex. The moment they sat down in the car and he told the driver the directions to her apartment, she felt the exhaustion hit her. It wasn't long before she was out like a light, snuggled into Alex's side. She knew he wouldn't care if she would rather sleep than talk.
The weird dream didn't come back to her relief, but instead they were filled with what she'd learned. All the talk of war, paradise, and unexplained plans left her curious. She was also wondering if Theo really would take her offer to meet again. She didn't have to worry about that right now though. She only wanted to sleep and wake up tomorrow to a brand new day to cope with the first.

When Gerald got the phone call Theo's eyes tightened as he looked at the now opening door as the 'Alex' walked in without permission. He didn't like that at all but he let it slide since she was so happy to see him. But when he hugged her his face got screwed up in a jealous mess. He turned away from the Leah and Alex so they couldn't see it but looked at the window instead not truthfully caring if Alex saw his reflection in the window. He took a deep breath and straightened up-standing too so he could look Alex in the eye properly. He took in her frown and flinched a bit when he saw that he had caused it- this Alex was making her unhappy yet here she was leaving with him. Then when he was thanked by Alex he didn't mean it- or even have any emotion at all. 'How can she be friends with a thing that cold?' Theo thought to himself, figuring Ryan and Gerald felt the same by their expressions. "My pleasure..." Theo said to his 'thanks' But put on a perverted grin just for Alex's benefit- knowing he was hating the fact that she was in his clothes. He was thinking about not dropping by for a few days to let her get back into the swing of life but he wasn't too sure if she even wanted him around if the Alex guy was going to be around as much as he thought he was but then again he was thinking about taking her right out from under his nose- Like any true war.
They all said good bye as they watched her walk out of the door, it closing with a quiet click. "I want to kill that heartless bastard."Theo muttered to The twins. They both laughed. "Saw what he was doing too huh?" Theo gave him a 'shut it' look and he laughed. "You know if you want to get her attention you should tell her...""Did you know that maybe I want a challenge this time? Perhaps I want to win this one by my self and by my actions not just winning against him over saying words...""Actions speak louder than words...indeed..." Laughing lightly then getting his coat." It's time for bed- you've had a long day- the sun is setting...Good night little brother." They gave each other a hug and a kiss on the cheek then the boys left to their home a little ways away and finished some research on the Alex man as well as on Leah. Theo how ever watched some TV then eventually passed out on the couch.

Leah woke to sun streaming in through her window that morning. She gave a long stretch and a quick yawn, feeling the relaxation of a good and fulfilling sleep. She'd always had the gift of sleeping like a rock and feeling rested the next day. Alex called it the cat nap effect, since she normally took her opportunities to get extra sleep in her lectures. Speaking of which... She sat up and looked around, trying to take in where she was. White walls cluttered with photos, a dark wood desk filled to the brim with book and papers, and a messy futon bed that had a quilt made by her mother wrapped around her. She was back home, alone. She gave another stretch and got to her feet, realizing she still wore the outfit from last night. With a little more motivation she grabbed a new outfit for today, a plain blue t-shirt and a pain of dark Jean shorts and headed to the bathroom. She got her shower out of the way, glad to have the soot and grime from the previous day off of her, then got dressed and dried her hair. The routine took her no time at all, infact as she walked back into the small living room area out of her room she nearly ran into Alex who was coming in through the front. "Hey, sleeping beauty." Alex said, ruffling her hair as she stuck her tongue out at him. She let out an idignant, "hey!" till she saw the bag of food in his hand. "That better be something sweet." She laughed and Alex rolled his eyes but smiled. "Of course." They sat down at the counter and she took from the bag a blue berry muffin glazed with sugar and a good cup of coffee with caramel. She smiled at the smell and Alex let out a small laugh. "It's like you love the food more than anythin else." He said and she shrugged. "Hey, after nearly dying in a firey inferno. You learn to appreciate the little things." She noticed the air between them got a bit thicker and she glanced over at him. Alex face was like stone again and he seemed tensed. "Hey, what's wrong?" She nudged him in the side but he simply shook his head. She frowned slightly. Alex had never been like this before, so quiet and serious. Even as kids they always joked around, even when he lost his mother and she lost her parents. He had been the one to look out for her. But now, he just seemed distant after this incident. What happened to the person she saw as her big brother? The image from her dream of the two of them made her stomach clench. She didn't like the idea of losing someone close to her, not again. She gave him another nudge, this time softer to get his attention. "Thanks for coming to get me. I was really happy you looked for me." Alex's expression softened and he looked at her with a serious glint. "Of course, I'll always be there for you, Leah." The words eased her worry, enough so she was able to concentrate on her breakfast. (((sorry this is all filler. I have an idea for something but I needed to get the gist of a morning started. Also didn't want to make an incredibly long post.)))

In Theo's dream he dreamed about him holding Leah in his arms as they went for a flight only this time it wasn't when they were both injured and it wasn't unwilling that she went, she was conscience this time. Her sweet smile and face being brushed lightly but her hair as the wind whipped it around. He imagined her stroking his wings-the downing feathers below his shoulders. The sensation when he realized it wasn't in his dream- some one was stroking his feathers. His eyes snapped open and he put a hand on the throat of whom it was in question. It happened to be Ryan/Gerald's girl friend- Olivia. Her eyes went wide and Gerald came into the room with Ryan behind him, both looking slightly irritated. "Please- Don't get angry- she was just supposed to be sitting there. Olivia out. Now." She nodded and scurried out. " Sorry she has a fascination with feathers..." Theo sat up shaking out his feathers- his body responding to the morning he got out of bed. The two sitting down on the couch knowing he would be back. When he said he was jumping in the shower the boys got up and went to yell at Olivia for her mistake. In the shower he tried to calm his nerves which were still alight from when he was dreaming that it was Leah who was stroking his feathers.
Once he felt his muscles relax he got out and dried his feathers in the special dryer he had for them- It made sure not to ruin them but fluff them dry. Wrapping a towel around him he secured it then went out into the living room tot he kitchen to grab something to eat. Gerald and Ryan looked up- Olivia was laying down on Ryan's lap and Gerald was stroking her hair. "Sorry about earlier- but she did tell us something interesting..." Theo looked up from his cup of coffee he was stirring the sugar into. "Whats that?" "You said her name in your sleep..." Theo looked a bit confused then it clicked, he had said Leah's name in his sleep- that was weird- he never remembered saying a word in his dream. Theo suddenly was com pulsed to see or hear her-" Do you by chance got her phone number?" Gerald and Ryan's little smirks grew into insane smiles, then Ryan pursed his lips to suppress his evil side- unlike Gerald," I thought you would want it so its already programed into your personal phone." Theo smiled then put down his coffee and grabbing his phone off the charger he went back into hes bedroom. Sitting on his bed he looked threw his contacts till he stumbled onto Leah's name, pressing call he put the phone to his ear- it was only about 9:20 so he would understand if she wasn't awake yet.
((He is calling while she is eating her breakfast...btw lol He is kinda confused atm so he isn't really thinking straight so ya know where he is coming from.))

"What if I jumped off a cliff?" "Still there." "If I became a basket case?" "Still there." "If I became a zombie?" Leah raised an eye brow at Alex's expression, his eyes averted to the ceiling in thought. "I'd be there for you but, I'd trip you a couple of times for fun." Leah rolled her eyes but couldn't help her smile. After a couple minutes of playing around with the what ifs, she was beginning to notice he was relaxing a lot more. He was even smiling, a sign that whatever was bothering him was out of his mind for the moment. She went to take a long drink from her sweetened coffee but was stopped by the trilling of her phone. "Pass me my phone." She told Alex, motioning to the touch screen phone that sat on the corner of the counter. Alex picked it up but raised an eyebrow at the number. Leah took the phone from him to see it for herself. It wasn't a number she knew, but then again it might be a student aid or the new class reps number or something. "Who's that?" "Why do you need to know, nosey?" She smirked and Alex rolled his eyes at her. "Fine fine. So touchy." She laughed at him and answered the phone, the laugh still in her voice. "Hey!" She said enthusiastically, hoping this was a good call, "This is Leah." "I think they know that smarty." Alex said and Leah gave him the stink eye. "Thank you secretary." She snickered before turning her attention back to the phone. "Sorry, this is?"

Listening to the voices int he back ground he head a males voice- he didn't like that..."Hey, This is Leah...I think they know that smarty...Thank you secretary...Sorry, this is?" The questions staying open he hesitated for a second before her got enough air in his lungs to speak. "Hey- Its Theo- I hope I'm not interrupting anything..."He wasn't sure if he was but if he was the thought it was good; 'The more he gets mad over something stupid the better I look.'"Hey umm I was wondering what you were doing this afternoon? Maybe we could catch some lunch? Talk about yesterday?" He said it in an unsure voice how ever he was confident in himself, but he didn't want her to hear that at the moment because if it sounded like a date but not a date it was fine... But it would utterly piss off the other boy. Theo didn't know why he hated Alex so much be he knew that he was going to eventually fight with him over Leah if he found her reoccurring interesting which was continuing to be the case.

Leah couldn't help that her face went alite with shock when she heard Theo's name, let alone heard his voice. It brought back the memories of yesterday, the images of him hitting the for front of her mind. She bit her lip to stiffle the smile. Alec must have noticed because he shifted in his seat to face her. She gave him a quick shake of her head when he made a motion for her to pass the phone and jumped down from her seat so that she could talk better. "Hey, Theo!" She chirped, perfectly curious as well as happy to hear from him. She didn't remember giving him her number, but she had been half out of her mind at that point. But even if she did she didn't see any problem with it. Though Alex didn't seem to reciprocate her feelings. Did he seem almost...mad? Leah was confused by the frown on Alex's face and the way he looked out the window like there was something out there bothering him. Not knowing what else to do, she dimply ignored his odd behavior and went back to the phone call. "No, you're not interrupting much. Just having breakfast. Actually lunch sounds great."She tapped her lip looking on the fridge to see what classes she had marked for today. Just English in the after noon, no martial arts classes till tomorrow. "Hmm, well I have class from 4:30 to 5:30. Anytime before then I'm free." She said, glad for the open space of time as well as bothered. She wished she didn't have to have English class on her mind today. It wasn't that she didn't like the subject or her professor. It was the only class she shared with three of her "cousins." She physically shook the thought away, wanting to forget their existence completely, especially when she was in a good mood. "What time is good for you?" She finally asked, wanting to keep herself focused on the conversation at hand.
