Layfon smiled brightly when she mentioned having taken a taxi. “Would you mind driving me home? Your sister can take you home right?” He questioned her, knowing that it was quite the request for just meeting someone. He didn’t care if she said no; it would just make things much easier. He could change on the way then. When she brought up the clothing he looked them over quickly. Of course blue suited him, his preferred residence would be in the water and his skin was actually had a tint of blue in it when he wasn’t covering it up. He grabbed the grey pants and aquatic blue shirt. “I like these. You know you are a life saver.” He flashed her a smile and nearly ran to the cashier. Layfon paid quickly and had his clothes bagged. Walking back over to her, he was rocking back and forth on his feet. “So, can you drive me?” He asked eagerly, a hopeful look in his eyes. He still had twenty minutes before he had to be there. If they took the back roads they should be able to make it in fifteen minutes. ~~~ Rowan looked around for Layfon for a little while, frowning when he couldn’t find him. He sighed and adjusted his collar, unbuttoning the first two buttons. It wasn’t like he had to be perfectly formal after all; he hoped. Rowan figured that he was going to have to be the one to set up everything. Making his way to the more formal of the living rooms, he thought that would be the best place for it. The walls were an off beige, almost brown, and the furniture was fancy but comfortable. It would be a calming environment. Rowan was concerned that neither of his brothers were here. Briony was especially concerning, though Rowan had missed a call which could explain things. He just hoped that it hadn’t been canceled or what not. Arranging the furniture in a more suitable manner, he rubbed his hands together and thought about what else would be good to have. Walking into the kitchen, he opened up the cabinets and pulled out a fancy glass pitcher with matching glasses. A glazed wooden tray was sitting on the counter already. He filled the pitcher with ice and water and got out a miniature cooler for occasions where you would need ice in a fancy case. Layfon had bought it, he wasn’t going to ask. He filled that with ice and arranged everything on the tray. Balancing everything, he took it into the living room and set it down on the coffee table. That should work well. ~~~ Briony was literally five minutes away from home. There had been an accident too and despite the fact that he had moved quicker than normal, he was going to be stuck for at least another ten minutes, at least. Breathing was all he could do right now. Everyone here was just lucky that he kept a cool head, for the most part. On the inside he was having a battle between going psycho driver or remaining call. He remained calm. It wasn’t really in his species nature to be aggressive, though he had kind of wiped that part out of him it seemed. Still, he wasn’t a hot head and so would be calm. Even though he was going to be late for an appointment that he set. Life sucks sometimes.

Sophine was struggling to keep herself breathing correctly around the nervousness that was gnawing at her. She already knew this was important, but did Conners have to make her feel like it was life or death. She listened to her friend describe her video game but could hardly really concentrate. As they got out of the car she fidgeted nervously with her file and with her outfit, trying to make sure she was perfect. She didn’t even realize Susanna was with her till she started saying she was going with her. Sophie looked to Susanna and it was obvious her nerves were getting the better of her. “Susanna-I-What if-?” She swallowed and shook her head. “Fine but you’re going to have to explain it to them some way, cause I have no idea what to even say at this point.” She knew she was being ridiculous but she really did fear messing this up. That and she had a hard time telling people no, especially when they were firm with her. She didn’t like arguing, it just didn’t feel right to her. ~~~ Monica looked to him and the clothes that she helped picked out. She was glad he liked them but she wasn’t sure how he was going to really get ready in twenty minutes. Monica was surprised at his question since she didn’t understand his point. He wanted her to drive him? She didn’t even know where he lived. And wasn't that a big point against stranger danger. But her sister was going to be there. And God forbid she interrupted Sophie’s work...but that look he was giving her. It was like telling a puppy no. And well this would save her money from taking a cab. And maybe she would get to spend time with Sophie. She gave him a slight smile, since she knew this was probably not a good decision but she still wanted to make it. “Alright but only because you chose the outfit I liked the best. Now come on and let’s get you home.” She blinked however and gave him a small look of questioning. “Uh...where is that exactly?”

" I got this... Don't worry, I already have an excuse. Besides its the truth. I'm your ride." She said as she opened the door for Sophie who was too nervous. "Beside your all thumbs when your nervous.. You need me." She said as the elevator slid open easily as she stepped in holding the door for Sophie. "Oh floor master- please place us on the right floor." She said in a smart ass tone to release some stress hoping it worked, though she doubted it. She was so excited to see what these boys looked like, hoping one was a gamer- then this trip wouldn't have been so boring...

Layfon smiled brightly when she agreed to drive him home. “ I love you!” He exclaimed and gave her a bear hug before releasing her and taking her hand, pulling her in a walk that was almost a jog. It might have been for the poor girl because of Layfon’s height. “I have GPS in my car, it will give you directions.” He explained as they made it out of the store rather quickly. Rowan could get his own damn pretzel, though to be honest Layfon had completely forgotten about the food product. Into the parking lot they went, stopping in front of a bright orange Porsche. He unlocked it and tossed her the keys, opening the passenger door and slipping in. Instantly he began programing the GPS that was built into the dash. It began talking in an annoying female voice. “Just follow this. I am going to get ready.” He said matter of fact like and let her take care of the driving part. He wasn’t naive to trust someone right after he met them, but he was in a position to give her the chance to gain his trust. Well, as much as she could gain it. During the drive, he stripped off his pants, putting on his new ones and repeating the process with his pants. He pulled off his yellow beanie, his hair sticking up everywhere. Frowning, he pulled down the mirror and found a comb in the passenger floor. Lucky him. Brushing it down flat, his hair looked presentable. Throwing his clothes into what you could call the back seat, Layfon dug back there until he found a belt. The little back seat was a complete mess. He wouldn’t get those clothes out of there until Rowan forced him to clean the car in a few weeks. Slipping on the belt, he looked up to see where they were. They were close, pulling down his street. “Turn here and pull into the garage.” He said, pointing. Smiling some as she did so, he closed the garage door with a remote and got out of the car, grabbing Rowan’s items. “Come on.” He said and winked, holding out his hand for her to either take it or not. He led her inside, around various cars of all make and model. It was quite the large garage. Once inside, he took her up a small flight of stairs and they found themselves close to the kitchen. “Rowan! I’m home.” He called out, checking his phone for the time. He was minutes early of six-thirty. ~~~ Rowan heard his brother calling him and went to the kitchen, a towel on his arm. He stopped dead in his tracks when he caught sight of Monica. “Um, Micheal….” He began but was cut off as Micheal smiled and proceeded to introduce the woman. “This is Monica, she is the sister of the woman coming to interview us. I ran into her at the mall. Literally!” He seemed to be absolutely thrilled with it and Rowan just sighed some. It wasn’t that he was annoyed, but he wasn’t really sure what he should do. He was sure Briony was not going to be happy."It's nice to meet you, Monica. I'm Jack." He introduced himself, being polite. “Oh, do you know where Oliver is?” Rowan asked his brother who looked confused at first but then remembered his short phone conversation. “He said he was going to be late for some reason. He didn’t explain.” Layfon shrugged his shoulders some. “Here’s your controller.” He then handed the bag to Rowan who took it and smiled somewhat in thanks. “She should be here any moment, don’t get distracted.” His eyes narrowed when he said distracted and then turned around to go put the controller in his room. Up the stairs he went and then took it out of the bag to make sure it was the right kind. His face formed into a look of approval when he found it was correct and then tossed it onto his bed, closing the door behind him. He found his way downstairs again and back to the kitchen. He walked in on Layfon speaking. “Do you want anything to eat or drink?” He was obviously addressing Monica.
((Because Layfon/Micheal is supposed to be there on time I am going to make it so that they arrive before (only barely) Sophine and Susanna. I took liberties with time…So sue me =p.))

Monica was caught in the whirl wind of things and hardly had time to be shocked by the car. It was a beast car with a little less than clean interior, but still a kick ass ride. She touched the steering wheel and looked down praying it was automatic, she was thrilled to find that it was. kicked the car into gear and weaved out of the parking and out onto the road. She had been in the city enough to know her way around and she knew what roads were congested at this time. She instead took a few of the detours the GPS route offered and made her way to the Hayes place with no real problem. That aside Micheal had changed in the process, leading her to understand why he wanted her to drive. Though she had to admit she had a bit of trouble focusing on the road for a moment there. She expected Sophie to already be there by now but when she didn't see her sister or Susanna's car she was a bit relieved on Micheal's behalf. He pulled her into the main part of the home and she was met with one of the other Hayes brother's Jack. Was the whole family a bunch of hot men under one roof? Her sister was one lucky girl today...Well now Monica would share the luck. She nodded to Jack in greeting since she didn't know much else of what to say. That and she was partially distracted by the nice place. It wasn't a mansion but it was a nicely designed and furnished. She kind of felt like she was walking in on a model home though with how clean it seemed for a group of men living together. When he asked her about something to drink, she seemingly snapped out of a daze. "Water please." She said though her attention was quickly draw to other aspects of the home. When the knock came at the door, she waited for it to open and heard talking, her sister's voice being the one there. "Hello sir, I'm Sophine Belvidere with Futures magazine. I spoke with your brother Oliver." She moved a bit to crane her neck in an attempt to see her. She soon caught sight of her older sister and Susanna surprisingly. "Oh what, Susanna got to tag along while I was going to have to sit alone? Rude much." Monica grumbled making Sophie pause and look at her a little wide eyed. "Monica, how did you-?" Sophie looked to the men before she turned her attention to her sister. "I helped Micheal. He offered to let me meet up with you here, so here I am." Monica shrugged appearing that it was no big deal to her, though she knew the shock on her sister's face meant this was going to end up a bad scolding later. Most likely it would involve getting a car with a stranger but the brunt would be about messing up the interview if that was possible. But then what about Susanna being there? She was a distraction too...She couldn't help the slight irksome feeling it gave her to see her sister didn't trust her more than she did Susanna.

She waited behind her til they were let him, she smiled brightly at the boy who let them in. He was tall and OH so cute. ((Didn't know who opened the door so I was assuming Layfon Xd)) Stepping inside with Sophie in the Lead she grinned when she saw Monica," Hey squirt. Long time no see huh." She teased Monica in a normal manner though she was already used to the odd company she kept about her- thinking she knew the baby faced boy wasn't a surprise to her at all. "I thought there were three of you?" She asked a bit out of place, however she was looking around and was smiling as she looked at the TV and how it would be so much fun to play games on. Her car keys that were still in her hands had a gamer key chain on it with the new games insignia on it. Only gamers would understand what it meant other than that it looked like an oddly shaped word- only it was elf runes for her user name. She had paid a lot for it to be costumed by a gamer geek friend of hers.

Layfon nodded and went to go get Monica water, though there was a knock at the door. He didn’t see Rowan quite yet and so turned around to go get it. When he opened it he found himself looking at the woman from earlier and a new face. “Come on in. We’ve been expecting you.” He said with a charming smile and pleasant tone. He stepped out of the door way and let them come in. He heard Monica mumble in the background and Sophine looked shocked. It probably was the least likely thing for her to have expected. The other woman, a blonde, said hello to Monica and he looked her over. She was pretty, but he hadn’t seen her around before. They came in and he led them further into the hall where a good view of the family room and kitchen. Rowan came in about this time. He had proceeded where Layfon had left off and got a glass of ice water for Monica. He walked up behind her, placing his hand gently on his shoulder to get her attention and handed it to her with a pleasant smile. He had heard the small exchange between all of them, his hearing rather excellent. When he had seen a third guest, he tried not to look worried. Briony was not going to be pleased with two uninvited guests---well technically Layfon had invited Monica but he just wouldn’t count that. Breaking into the little semi-circle that had formed, he took in everyone’s appearance. He noticed the girl that had yet to introduce herself first because she had spoken. She had bright hair and soft looking skin. “There are. Oliver will be here soon. Something happened at work that delayed him.” Rowan answered her, half making up and half deducing the reason for Briony to be late. Something in the girls hand caught his attention. It was a keychain with gaming symbols on it and…. He frowned some, a look up disbelief on his features. “Oh, you have got to be kidding me.” He muttered as he sighed. Layfon gave him a curious glance. Rowan was the least likely person to lose his cool over something. He wondered what it was that seemed so incredulous. “Hi, Zelda. Might I know your real name since you’re in my house?” He questioned the blonde girl, slipping on his accent for her name only. If she caught on than she would earn brownie points and he might not feel like the fates were trying to mess with him and his family. He didn’t quite wait for a response before ushering them into the formal living room which was down the hall to the left a little way. It might be more comfortable if everyone sat down. Plus, Rowan needed a bit of normality for a moment.

"Thank you." Sophie said to being let in and bowed her head a bit when entering. She knew very well that this was not going to be good. Three women instead of one and not to mention the other two were not under the confidentiality agreement that she was under with her job. She noticed the older of the two brothers reacted to the sight of Susanna and she instantly expected him to make some sort of comment on how horrid this was for a magazine interview to be this muddled with outsiders. However he surprised her by calling Susanna 'Zelda'. She gave Susanna a confused look. Did they know each other? Was it some kind of weird nickname? She thought she didn't know the Hayes. A bit too confused and feeling like she was prying, she turned her attention to Monica then. Her sister had met the youngest Hayes brother and helped him? With what exactly? Monica was a good person, sure, but she really wasn't one to just find a random person and help them out. Or at least she hoped not? That was like stranger danger for women one-o-one. And to just follow him to his home just because he said she could meet up with her sister here? Did that mean Monica not only walked around with the young Hayes but also got in a car with him? She was thankful she was unharmed and that the Hayes seemed to be honest men, but still, you just never knew nowadays who was good, bad, or just titched in the head. Monica ignored Sophie's stare though she felt it. She simply sipped the water and enjoyed the fact that she was put from under getting scolded here in front of her subjects of writing. At the news that Oliver would be late she nodded. "He called me earlier to let me know." Sophie told them but she was sure that wouldn't count for much. The trouble at work...must have been with the leaking of the Nova Energy stuff right? She hadn't heard much on it and to be honest she felt a bit bad at how the media circuit was freaking out over this. She wondered if maybe the leak was more serious than others assumed.

She looked at the guy who had come up and cocked her head tot eh side slightly confused, however her answer came when the shock hit her face with how he could read much less understand her key chain. His accent was game perfect and her heart about melted since her excitement meter was having a melt down. She went down her mental check list,' Hot-Check, Gamer- Check, Gorgeous accents- More that check...' When she got a weird look from Sophie she blushed and shoved her ahead of her into the formal living space down the hall a bit. "Susanna, Cute little name trick Pyro." She said with a smile as things clicked now with the spelling of the name and such, it was so obvious she never put pieces together. She had already been calling him Pyro in game so it made no difference there- game names made her feel less formal less stressful really. She couldn't believe that he was here- fright in front of her- she had never really meet any one she met via the game in real life- ti never freaking' happens- did it? She asked that to herself as she took a seat by Soph. but her cheeks were still a slight pink.

“It is nice to meet you Susanna and please, call me Jack. We aren't in game after all.” Rowan responded, looking over his shoulder with a nice smile. This was completely unexpected. It was almost unbelievable really. He didn’t mind horribly himself, but he knew that Briony was not going to be happy. How he reacted depended really on how nice he was feeling. Usually faune’s were considered peaceful and fun loving creatures, but Briony had been through stuff that had overridden his nature. He still had the cowardly streak in him, though he could fight through it quickly if he wanted to. Rowan wasn’t so much worried about him being angry as he was about stressing out. It wouldn’t be good for him or the glamor that had been put on him by Layfon. Sitting across from the girls, Rowan looked to Layfon who had sat down next to him. It was a bit awkward for Rowan whereas Layfon just found it entertaining. The sound of a door opening caught both the boy’s attention. Briony must have gotten home. Rowan made his way to stand and go greet his brother so that he could inform him of the added guests but Briony was too slow. ~~~ Briony parked in the garage and made it up and into the house in record time. He had a black leather brief case in one hand while his other hand ran through his hair, the nervous habit making his hair look messy. He made his way into the formal living room, the one he hoped that everyone was in. He was only fifteen minutes late which was surprising due to the amount of traffic that there was between his office building and home. Briony walked into the living room and stopped in the doorway, his blue-green eyes looking over the seen in front of him. “Ms. Belvidere, a word please.” He said in a polite tone, his eyes glancing over to his brother’s faces. They looked a bit worried, though Rowan seemed more concerned about Briony that the woman that he had just called over. Turning around to walk into the hallway so that their conversation would be somewhat private, he stopped. Rowan had stood to go after him, but stopped the process when Briony’s head turned to look at him. “Sit down Jack and Michael do not look so worried. I merely want to speak about our contract.” He explained, his tone once again smooth and giving away none of his emotions. He walked the rest of the way into the hallway and waited for the woman. He wasn’t sure if he should be angry or disappointed. He wasn’t going to cancel the interview as that would be rude, but he couldn’t have the two women in there unless they were bound by some agreement to keep quiet about everything unless it was printed in the article. Normally, Briony would have no problem with it, but he was stressed enough as it was this evening. He wasn’t going to yell at Sophine, though he could guess that she would be very worried about him canceling on her by now. This whole thing was turning less than professional.

Sophine knew she was in trouble. It was that cold feeling of a heart sinking when she saw the brothers' features morph to worry as someone came in. She knew in her heart that she should have said no and should have made Susanna take Monica and go. But she didn't and for that the interview would pay. It made her feel guilty completely so, since it was her fault for not keeping a better hold over things. Oliver called her out to 'discuss' the contract. She knew this must mean he was getting ready to kick her out over this. Conners would lose his mind, Margret would chastise her for the rest of her life, and she could kiss being an editor good bye. When in the hall she bowed her head, unable to really look at him with her unease and guilt. "I apologize for this, sir. I fully understand if this has affected your decision towards the interview. But the blame is mine so please don't think badly of Futures because of my less than professional approach." She said before lifting her head and looked to him. It was obvious she was worried and that she really was sorry. But she had trouble telling people no, like with Susanna walking in with her, telling Monica to stay in the house today, and accepting the job of this interview from Conners. It would be the death of her career it seemed. Monica was worried when her sister got called out and she looked at the people in the room with her. Jack was told to sit so she didn't rise like she wanted to. Perhaps if she told Oliver that she was at fault for being here. She glanced at Michael but his worry didn't seem too serious. "He won't be hard on her will he?" She asked the room in general, keeping her voice down so as to not let Sophine or Oliver hear.

Giving a small giggle when he told her to call him Jack she smiled. "Alright- Nice place you got here- a real prime castle." She complimented him in the way there home was and how nice it was. She smiled but it faded when she heard some one open the door. The other guy- the older brother came in and he didn't look the happiest she regretted making Sophie bring her along now, feeling a bit guilty. Although she was the driver she deserved to at least meet them not to mention it was a surprise that she met her recent gaming partner Fire~Hayse only to find his name was Jack. A tall cute guy names Jack- being a gamer helped- she didn't care about his money or back round though it would get her mother off her back. When Sophie left the room to talk to Oliver she sighed, trying to decide weather she needed to leave with Monica or not... She felt bad for getting her in trouble but she smiled faintly at jack," Should we take out leave? Or is he a softy?" She asked softly to make sure the hall people didn't hear her.

Briony watched at Sophine came into the hall. It seemed the woman couldn’t even look at him. A bit of his ego sparked at the thought that he had enough power to do that but he squished it. He understood how she felt and could empathize. His species was known for bowing down to power. He had forced the cowardice in him into a tight little ball that he hid away. Briony couldn’t let that interfere with what he was trying to do. The woman started speaking right away, not giving Briony a chance to speak. He didn’t mind, but it was obvious that she thought he was going to tell her that the interview was over. Loosening his tie, Briony leaned up against the wall some; the show of his inner turmoil a rare sight for someone who was not part of his family. When she looked up at the tall man, he was smiling gently; ink colored hair falling in front of his eyes. “I accept your apology, Ms. Belvidere but it would be amiss of me to send you away without you having done your interview. We agreed on it, did we not?” He asked rhetorically, voice calm and soft. He was very good at staying poised, though on the inside he was incredibly stressed and still very angry at the situation. None of that was good. “I will not ask your reasoning in having these two women here with you, but I will allow it. That being said, I will hold you accountable for anything negative that comes from them being here. Either they go or you bear the burden of keeping them to confidentiality on any matters that are not published in the article you will be writing. Do I make myself clear?” The soft threat was clear, his smile still present. His eyes almost seemed to flash completely green for a moment, but they returned to their pale blue-green. He was a powerful man and could ruin her life with only a few words and two phone calls. He was giving her the choice to let them stay at the cost of her being responsible if they blabbed. In all honesty, he didn’t care too much. Briony just wanted to make sure that his dominance stayed. He was a lenient man, but he had to keep boundaries set to keep his family safe. Many mistook that for him being cruel. “Now, head back in. I need to speak with one of my brothers before I come in.” He shooed her away and then called for Layfon. “Michael, come here please!” ~~~ Layfon heard what Monica asked and he shrugged some, Rowan taking over the answering. “It really just depends on his mood.” He said softly to keep those in the hallway from over hearing. His brow rose when Susanna asked about Briony being a softy. He smirked some at the thought. “He used to be, but he has had to change because of the job.” It was rather honest without giving away too much. Layfon sighed some and leaned back in his chair. “I don’t think that there is too much to worry about. He usually is pretty nice….” He trailed off as if there was more to it but he didn’t want to share. In honesty both of the brothers were hoping that Briony would go easy on the girl. If he actually let his anger go he could be a very scary man. Even with it just under the surface, he was good at threatening while sounding nice. Layfon was reminded of many of the bad guys from movies with their sly talk and smooth demeanor hiding a caged animal. Briony wasn’t a bad man though. He held a lot of responsibility on his shoulders. Rowan had tried to take some from him, but the faune would have none of it. Now, Briony was trying to let him hold some of the responsibility, but it was hard for him to accept. ~~~ Layfon heard Briony call him as Sophine walked back in. His brow furrowed in thought as he pushed himself out of the chair. He flashed a bright smile to Monica and walked out into the hall. When he came to Briony, the faune looked rugged as he had let his mask fall off for a moment. The back of his head was pressed up against the wall and his tie was loose around his collar. “Yes?” Layfon asked meekly, trying to get his brother’s attention. Briony cracked open one eye and Layfon’s eyes widened some. His eyes were green, he must have been angry. “I need you to strengthen the glamor.” Briony said in a whisper as he stood upright. Layfon looked closer at the man and saw that his horns were trying to poke out; the scars on his forehead looking a bit pointed. “What happened?” Layfon questioned and Briony’s nose twitched as he scowled for a moment. “Nova was leaked.” Was all Briony said and that was enough for Layfon to know the seriousness of the matter. “Shit…. Well, I can try to reinforce it, but if you're this emotional-“He was cut off by Briony leaning forward. “Just do it.” He commanded, his worry coming to the surface. Normally a stressful day at work was nowhere near enough to make his guise falter. The Nova project was huge and revolutionary. It also could catch unwanted attention due to its nature. To pile it all one, Briony had agreed to an interview. It was just horrid timing. He had his chance to cancel, but he wanted to try and stick to what he had agreed to. Plus, if he canceled it would seem like he was hiding something. Layfon nodded at Briony’s order and frowned as he closed his blue eyes. Taking in a deep breath, he muttered a few syllables that Briony didn’t understand. Layfon’s right hand glowed slightly and he pressed it forcefully against Briony’s chest. Nostrils flaring, Briony took a deep breath in as he felt the magic course over him. Shuddering when he was done, Layfon nodded and headed back into the room. He had done what he had been told to do. Shaking his head some, Briony ran his fingers through his hair one last time and took his tie all the way out of his collar. His eyes were their usual mellow color now. "I apologize for delaying us farther." He spoke as he walked into the room and took off his suit jacket. Folding it over the side of the chair in-between his brothers, he sat. He took a glass of water and sipped on his before setting it back down and leaning back in his chair. “Well, shall we begin?” He questioned Sophine, his eyes one her. He had a pleasant smile on his lips and motioned with his hand for her to start when she was ready.

Sophie listened very carefully to what Oliver said. Though his smile was soft and his voice was light and kind, she had that feeling of slight fear welling in her stomach. She could sense that not all was right and nice, but couldn't place exactly what it was all directed at. If he really was mad with her, she didn't wish to pursue it by apologizing again or really saying much of anything as he spoke. He told her that Susanna and Monica could stay, but that she was responsible for them. She expected as much. When told to go back into the room she had a hard time hiding her worry from her face as she went back into the room. Monica shifted as if she wanted to go over to her sister when she saw her worry. But Sophie simply sat down and let out a long breath. She looked between the girls, her face at least trying to be serious. "You two cant breathe a word of anything that gets discussed here. Not one word." She said, but her voice wasn't harsh enough to be a real command or threat or anything. But she meant what she said, Sophie didn't say something she didn't mean or didn't think. She just hoped they took her seriously. When all returned to normal as it could get, everyone in their seats and Oliver telling her she could begin, Sophie cleared her throat a little and opened the file she had and her purse. She had a thick note book in her lap and a pen in her hands for notes and recording the details. In a way her demeanor changed with a pen in her hands, she relaxed and seemed a hell of a lot more confident than she had been a moment ago.
