The two lessons where a blur as Alysia sat at her seat the teachers words falling on deaf ears. Her mind was in a chaotic state as she tried to piece anything she could together. They'd removed her memories at least once yet she had a slight feeling it wasn't the first time. That story it sounded familiar yet she couldn't recall her mother telling her that. Blinking her eyes she sighed crossly. It wasn't fair she wanted answers about the amulet not to discover her mother had Eris remove memories from her.
As soon as the second class ended she bounded out of her seat heading straight to her dorm rushing impatiently. Ignoring Eris she dumped her school bag onto the bed. " Don't look for me I'll be out with the nymphs and I AM! staying there for the rest of the day. "She spoke rudely. " So you'll cut class then." Rolling her eyes the muse sat on the bed. " Suit yourself." She spoke loftily.
For once she envied other kids for their rude streaks. The most she could manage was a scowl in return to Eris as she walked out of the room. Any other person she figured would be cursing by now or at least chucking a tantrum yet anger had never interested or nor did she see the point in throwing a tantrum. Crossing the school grounds she looked up making out the silhouettes of the nymphs. Almost instantly she broke out into a smile watching as they dance. " Silly things." Shaking her head she moved into the tree line knowing she was hidden from view of human eyes. " I'm not dancing today. " She spoke firmly thought it was pointless as one of the nymphs grabbed her hand anyway. " Oh just a quick dance then?" She spoke softly. Letting go of her frustrations she let the muse twirl her around. " I guess I should of brought my violin."

He made it to the trees where he had seen the nymphs before. A small smile twitched at Destirel's lips when he looked upon the nimble and seemingly carefree creatures. Walking closer, he caught a quick sight of Alysia and his smile faded some. Not because he didn't want to see her as it was quite the opposite. He still was somewhat unsure with what to do. He wasn't going to mention his talk with Eris, nor his plans about Zeus anymore though he figured talking and apologizing would be alright. Maybe he could ask where the muse was as Destirel hadn't caught sight of her yet. Maybe she was hiding or she could very well not be there.
Running his hands through his hair, Destirel quitetly walked towards the dancing nymphs. Not wanting to scare Alysia, he didn't make any attempt to sneak up on them. He walked quite openly in front of their line of vision as to make it obvious that he meant no harm. Some creatures could sense that he was the son of Hades though usually those creatures knew better than to think that his father was evil. It wasn't true to be honest. The times had changed and with that change, so had the myths and legends. The perception of 'the unseen', the god of the underworld. In fact Hades stove for a sense of balance and although what he presided over wasn't the most beautiful of things, it was important. Those that tried to cheat their way out of his realm or even if they tried to keep themselves from the underworld...they would face the wrath of Hades. There was almost nothing that he hated more than those who would dare to cheat death and the cycle of life.
As he made it up to the tree lines, he took on a more docile and somewhat timid posture. The look on his face was slightly though his eyes still shone bright with confidence. Thus he tried to keep them from Alysia's view. He wanted her to know that he was sorry though in all honesty, he wasn't a very good apologizer. There for he tried to spruce it up with how he approached a person and looked. "Hey, Alysia." He called, keeping his distance from the majority of the nymphs and her. "I wanted to talk to you...about yesterday." He looked up at her, averting his gaze. "Would that be alright?" He questioned. If she wasn't in the mood than he wouldn't bother her but Destirel was of course hoping for a yes.

Around the nymphs she could just be free. Discarding her school blazer she dropped it to the ground pulling her hair free of the ridiculous hair tie. All the while she continued to dance feeling herself relaxing all the more. "Alysia sing for us?" One of the nymphs asked as she grabbed at her hand tightly. " Please?" With a soft smile she nodded her head. " Fine but just once. " She answered.
She was gifted with a good voice that much was obvious yet she was too shy to feel comfortable singing with an audience even if they were just nymphs. Finishing of the song quickly she moved to lean against one of the trees only to be tugged by the hand dragged back into a dance. " No no no. " She spoke with a soft laugh. " That boys there. " What tilting her head she looked over at the nymph who was grinning mischievously. Wicked imps they loved males. With a shake of her head she ignore the nymphs comment they were probably checking out the human boys again. Taking a seat on the grass she nearly rolled her eyes as instantly a set of hands began to play with her hair.
Closing her eyes she let the calmness engulf her only to be broken out of her thoughts at the sound of her name. Eyes snapping open she turned slightly locating the source. Destirel, tensing slightly she watched him cautiously. What did he want standing up she watched how at ease the nymphs were. They weren't in the slightest bit worried about him, maybe he was okay then. " Yes?" She spoke softly. Picking up her blazer she folded it neatly over her arm. " Okay we can talk."

He saw how Alysia tensed at the sight of him and had to hold back a grimace. Destirel, really needed to work on that anger problem of his. Few things could calm him down though when he got really worked up. Just like his father. Though usually he didn't get angry as quick as he had yesterday. A small smile of relief formed on his lips as Alysia said that they could talk. He was used to the eyes of the nymphs though, the ones he had back home just loved it when an attractive male came passed on. They always argued over who would get to lead him down to be judged.
Alas though these nymphs were no different then the ones that he had grown up with. "I wanted to apologize for letting my anger get the best of me yesterday. I just get very touchy around certain topics but usually it take much more than that the get me angry. I am sorry it was a horrid first impression." Destirel bowed his head in apology as well. He had learned that it was a good way to show that you truly meant what you said though he wasn't sure as to how Alysia would take it. After all it was mostly the older generation that liked that kind of thing.
He looked up, taking in her looks and saw bruises on her. Destirel's brow furrowed slightly but he didn't say anything as he knew it would be rude to do so. Looking around some, he leaned up against a tree that was close by. It was a little odd, talking amounst an audience but he could deal with it. Destirel just wouldn't mention anything that coudl be deemed as sensitive information.

Alysia remained grounded standing regarding Destirel with a slightly unsure look. He really did leave her ill at ease. While the nymphs stole looks at him pointing and giggling to themselves she all but rolled her eyes. " Isn't he handsome Alysia. " One whispered into her ear. Okay she got that he wasn't bad to look at but they were behaving so childishly. With a slightly embarrassed expression she looked away.
Playing nervously with the strands of her hair she maintained her distance keeping close to the nymphs. Destirel's aura made her nervous and the power he possessed terrified her it was probably a good thing she'd never came across others like herself till now. Their aura's would've left her a darn mess. As he apologies her golden eyes searched his aura looking to see if he actually meant it. Never mind his customary bow of the head it may very well be a sign of respect but unless he actually meant it it was just pretty words falling on deaf ears. " Okay. I believe you." She didn't quite want to admit she'd just spent the past few seconds analyzing his aura.
As his gaze fell to her bruises she looked up catching his eye. " I fainted." She spoke simply. At least he hadn't seen the cut on her head now that had been quite bad. Lucky she'd managed to heal it. Still twirling her hair between her fingers she nibble on her bottom lip now. He was making her unbelievably nervous however she was willing to be polite as he was making an effort. " I'm sorry. " Turning to the nymphs she whispered something quickly to one of them to which she quickly nodded her head. " Thank you Merea and...don't tell Eris." Not like that was an issue anyway the nymphs shared equal dislike for the muse as she did them. With the nymphs gone she gave a shy smile in Destirel's direction. " Their gone." She spoke softly. That meant there were no audience now so why did she still feel so uncomfortable.
Yesterday in the classroom his outburst had been partly her fault she'd pushed his buttons clearly. " I'm sorry I angered you yesterday. " She apologized. Zeus wasn't her master anymore then he was his. Letting her guard down she began to ease up. Merea trusted Destirel clearly the nymph knew something she didn't well whatever it was she'd just have to trust the nymph. Moving away from the tree she walked over to him killing the distance she'd originally maintained. The meeting with Eris and Destirel was unknown to her so as she shifted nervously her eyes focused straight on the ground she took a deep breathe. " I see auras. " Gripping the blazer tightly till her fingers turned white she thought of the possibility that it had been perhaps a mistake letting him know of that. " I can't control it so when people get angry It's intimidating."

Destirel found it slightly humorous that Alysia seemed to be somewhat embarrassed by him being there but he also wasn't quite sure he liked that. He waited while she looked at him, wondering what she was doing though then he remembered what Eris had told him last night. She could see auras and that was probably what she was doing now. As she spoke though, it was obvious that Destirel was relieved. "Thank you." He responded, a small smile on his lips.
He was glad that she believed him. Destirel was slightly worried that she wouldn't but she had and that was all there was about it. A gentle breeze wafted through the trees, seeming to caress the skin of the two god children. A look of ease crossed his face for a moment before he hid it away. He had always loved the windy days of the earth. A gentle breeze or a strong gust. It didn't matter. It suited him though he had almost no powers associated with them. He treated his magics as though he was handling wind though. Letting it flow through his body and exit in strong gusts or small breezes. For him, it was a good way to grasp his powers and to control them. He wondered what a good way would be for Alysia to grasp hold of hers. He didn't think that his way would work though.
Fainted? Well that sure was interesting. He wondered how but didn't ask. Maybe she lost control of her powers? Though he wasn't sure, she could have just had a lack of energy for all he knew. It would have been rude of him to ask so instead, he just nodded his head. "I hope you weren't hurt too badly." He commented to be nice. He did hope that as Destirel didn't wish her any harm.
Watching as Alysia got rid of the Nymphs, he felt glad. He was getting slightly annoyed at their constant whisperings and with what he wanted to talk to her about, he didn't want an audience such as them. A small smile was all he gave her though when she told him that they were gone. He was appreciative of her act, that much was obvious.
Destirel almost looked at home among the trees and back drop of greenery. He dark brown hair and green eyes fitting during this time of year, however, this was not where he belonged. At least according to his father. He belonged down in the underworld, watching over the deceased and making sure to try and keep a balance with the cycle of life.
As she began to apologize, Destirel shook his head slightly, eying the blond girl. She was quite pretty, even if she was using magic to cover up her real looks."There is no need to apologize." He said, his voice soft as he watched her actions change slightly. She seemed to have dropped a layer between herself and him. As if she was trying to be a little more comfortable in his presence. He liked that she had eased up some. He really had nothing against her and he wasn't trying to cause her any harm. So she really didn't have to be wary around him, especially with the promise he had made to Eris.
Ah, so Eris didn't tell Alysia about their meeting last night. He wasn't sure if that had been the case until now. Though it was obvious by her words that she had no idea that Destirel already knew that she could see auras. The lack of distance now between the two didn't seem to bother Destirel at all and in fact it didn't. He was glad that she had done that. Maybe they could get to know each other better after all. "That would explain how you reacted and once more I am sorry. It was not how I had intended things to go." Looking up at the sky, he saw green leaves and the slightly blue colored sky. It was a wonderful day after all.
"That is a useful power you have there. Cherish it and learn to control it properly...you will be able to go far if you use it right." He wasn't talking about using her powers or asking for her help this time at all. Destirel was merely telling her not to be afraid of the powers she had been given. Sure he didn't know how well she could control them or how bad she was at it but he could tell that she hadn't been trained in their uses as he had been. He could have been wrong though. Maybe she was just good at hiding it. "Where is that muse, Eris, that follows you around?" He questioned, actually wanting to know the answer, not that Alysia would know why though.

Despite her aprehensions earlier Alysia was truthfully glad Destirel had sought her out again. Meeting him yesterday had scared her yet also brought about her curious nature. Someone like her a boy no less she couldn't help but feel curious about him. Brushing a hand across her bruised arm she contemplated for a moment on telling him the truth to the matter. He'd so far always been upfront with her. Yet the latter would be revealing her remainder abilities. " I healed the cut on my head but I can't heal the bruises on my arm. "
Here she was laying out all her secrets. How irksome that she suddenly felt comfortable enough to even talk to him with more then a few words. " Yes there is I was rude to you yesterday. " With a blush creeping on her cheeks she looked away. " I also couldn't even tell you weren't human. " She was rather pathetic when it came to these things. " It's not your fault. Eris said I need to control my powers. " With a tiny shrug of her shoulders she moved to lean against the tree. " Anything not happy and bright well..then it scares me." She admitted. Truly she was a daughter of the sun healing and seeing the beauty in everything. It wasn't how he wanted things to go? It wasn't entirely his fault he'd really caught her of guard yesterday in the classroom. " Well is it easier now. I'm not panicing on you."
Then he had to ask about Eris. Adverting her gaze away from him she looked around quietly at the trees. " We aren't talking. " She couldn't show anger it wasn't a trait of hers. With a sad expression she kept her gaze focused on the line of the trees. "Please don't ask. I don't want to talk about it."

She was being quite open with him which confused Destirel slightly. However, it didn't bother him in the slightest. A small smirk formed on his lips as he spoke next. "Next time I get a little hurt, I'll be sure to come and ask you for help." It was an attempt at being nice though he realized after he had said it that it could be taken another way. He hoped that she didn't take it that way. He really did.
"Well then I will try my best to not be so gloomy or angry around you again. Though I can't make any promises." He told her, his voice honest though a little bored sounding. He wasn't though, it was just the way he was. While she was talking it looked as if he wasn't paying attention though he heard every word and noticed her movements and facial expressions. A sleepy look was on his face now that she seemed more comfortable around him. He would get serious if he needed to during a conversation but he just liked to do other things while someone was talking to him.
Destirel was glad that Alysia wasn't panicking on him. That just tended to make everything worse than it already was. His eyes moved over towards her face and he took in her looks once more, he was make and it was to be expected. Though when she mentioned that Eris and her were having a disagreement, his eyes snapped up to her own. Brows furrowed slightly, he cocked his head to the side in thought though he nodded as she asked him not to speak about it. So he decided to change the topic completely. "I see that you like the nymphs a lot." He mentioned, looking around to see how close or far they were. She may have asked them to leave, but nymphs could only go so far when bound to a specific part of the land.
"Have you ever been in the company of a fire nymph? I think you would like them." It was a definite change of topic and he wanted to see if it would make her happy. So far, Destirel had yet to see Alysia in a good mood though he could have sworn he saw it for a moment before she realized he was there.

Destirel clearly had more faith in her powers then she herself had. " I couldn't help you." She spoke softly. Hell she couldn't even help herself and heal the bruises lining her arm. Healing someone other then herself was it even possible? Falling silent she thought the matter over. Decidedly her only attempts at healing where on herself and that in itself failed most of the time.
Lifting her head she glanced up at the sun enjoying the small comfort it brought her. Why was he putting in so much effort to. Fixing her golden eyes onto him she gave a hesitant nod. " Thank you. " Despite still feeling unsure around him she was grateful that he would try. Tearing her gaze away unable to maintain eye contact she stared back down at the ground. " Yes."
Nervously she once again began to twirl her fingers around her hair playing with the ends. How did she explain it her mother had kept her away from anything to do with her true nature. Eris was the only one she'd even been allowed near. Other gods and mythical creatures had been out of the question. So yes she definitely liked the nymphs a lot. " Merea found me. " Studying the trees she smiled slightly catching one peeking out staring at her. " I've never been near a fire nymph. " Then her curiosity got the better. " You've been near them..." She realised. " What are they like?" Stopping her questions she flushed with embarrassment. " Sorry. " She apologized. " Just you see...my mother she kept me away from it all. She doesn't even know I talk to the nymphs."

"I believe that with practice you can." Destirel, simply stated."I once could barely make a spark but I worked hard and now I can make a fire." He was giving away at some of his powers though it would have been natural to assume that he had been granted the with the same gift as his father. So naturally as it flowed through his veins. Fire, it was a destructive force though if used correctly, it could cause a whole forest to bring forth new life. "But of course, the first step is control." Suddenly he smiled some and a soft chuckle echoed from his throat. "I am sorry. You probably don't want to listen to me tell you how to hone your skills. Plus that muse of yours would probably come and murder me in my sleep if I did." Eris wouldn't be able to but that didn't stop him from thinking twice about doing it.
His pale green eyes almost looked silver in the sunlight, a calm look of amusement on his face. As she asked about the fire nymphs, he was about to answer but then she seemed to be embarrassed about asking. "There is no need to explain yourself but that must have been tough. I myself have been kept a secret from the other gods and a variety of creatures but it seems not so much as you." His voice was soft and his face now held a look of a sleepy thoughtfulness. "Well ask Eris firs, as I do not like the wrath of an angry muse, but if you would accept this offer, I can bring you to a fire nymph and maybe even Kerberos."It was a serious offer though a large part of him doubted that she would accept and that Eris would even let her go. He also wasn't sure how Eris would take this offer. He had no real hidden agenda behind it. Mainly that he wanted to get to know Alysia more. Now that she wasn't freaking out, he believed her to be a pretty nice girl.

Practice? That simple word caught her attention. Was it that easier. Maybe she should try and practice. At his words Alysia couldn't help but giggle. Eris probably would murder him if she could or at least it had appeared that way yesterday. " She doesn't appear to like you much." She didn't point that out to be rude it was merely a fact. " She's just looking out for me." Though it remained decided if that was the truth to the matter. She had a bone to pick with the muse, certain memories she wanted to know about. " I don't mind what you say. I do what to know how to control my powers. "She admitted. If only to stop passing out at every vision.
The nymphs around the trees were getting bored she knew they wanted to come out and having Destirel there was only making them naughtier. " Nymphs and boys." With a slight roll of her eyes she looked at Destirel apologetically. " Their really taken with you now. Watch out their cheeky. "
Still flushed with embarrassment she considered his words as her eyes lit up. How cool would it be to meet a fire nymph before reality hit her. Eris would straight up refuse it would be out of the question. Eris the muses name left her in the need to stamp her feet chuck a tantrum yet everything about her prevented such a thing. Oddly she was calm faced as she looked back to Destirel. " I'll see what Eris will say. " She promised despite already knowing the answer. Eris had even gone as far as to keep her away from the nymphs here once and that was in the damned school. It was probably pushing it seeing others.

"No I don't think she likes me much either." Destirel responded with a voice that was full of humor. Even by the end of last night Eris had seemed to still not like him very much. He guessed that he wasn't her type. Destirel did know that she was just looking out for her. In fact he could tell that she cared for Alysia though that could have just been a strong loyalty to her task as a guardian. He was just going to go with Eris caring about Alysia.
"Well who wouldn't want a piece of me?" Destirel responded jokingly, running his fingers through his hair and making a model like pose. He was hoping for a positive response or a sarcastic remark from Alysia, wanting to see what her type of humor was. He did though make it sound like he was obviously joking as a misinterpretation could spout from it. Destirel was confident, not narcissistic. "I think I can manage. I have to deal with a few fire nymphs who dwell around where my room is. Who ever decided to shape living quarters there though must have thought it would be funny."
He didn't sound bitter about it, in fact Destirel thought it was slightly humorous himself though it was sometimes a bother when he wanted to be alone. Though there was the library for that. He had become friendly with one in particular though it wasn't sexually orientated in any way shape or form. He noticed the nymphs around them getting closer and he smirked. They could come if they wanted after all he was surprised it had lasted this long. "I shall wait for your answer then." He then responded as she told him that she would talk to Eris.

" Don't take it personally." As Merea darted behind a tree she raised her eyebrow slightly the nymph was deliberately showing off. Her mother was the one at fault. Eris simply followed her mothers wishes. If Eris was her guardian though shouldn't she be entitled to an opinion in her own life. Maybe there was a chance she could see the fire nymphs after all.
At Destirel's words she looked at him a laugh escaping her lips at his pose. Who wanted a piece of him certainly the nymphs did. " Well...you are cute and you're a step up from the humans they normal see." With a blush on her face she looked away mortified that she'd just admitted that. Thoroughly embarrassed she heard Merea's soft laughing as the nymph teased her. Great now Merea was never going to let her live that one down she'd be stuck singing and dancing for the nymph for eternity.
With a sigh she peered over at Merea. "Spy." She called to the nymph. Just like that the nymph was at her side, really it surprised her that Merea had kept away for that long. " Merea met Destirel. " She introduced. With a grateful expression she looked up at Merea. " Thank you." Maybe it had been selfish having asked the nymph for privacy. As a soft breeze cast over the trees she spotted the other nymphs coming back out. As the bell sounded signaling the end of the lunch break she made no attempt to move. " Oh how naughty Alysia." One of the nymphs whispered into her ear. Why bother reply the nymph would only stir her more.
Well there was no point staying here the nymphs would only eavesdrop. Feeling self conscious she raised her head her eyes settling on Destirel. " I'm not going to class. I'm going to go change out of my uniform and get something to eat. " It was suddenly dawning on her how hungry she was. With downcast eyes she looked once more at her shoes. " Want to come?" She all but mumbled. She might be more comfortable around him but she was so painfully shy.

"I wont promise." Destirel responded with a light lilt in his voice. He felt quit relaxed around Alysia now. Yesterday had just been bad over all he guessed because although she was a bit shy, Alysia seemed like she wouldn't be a bad person to get to know better. Then again he hadn't really gotten to know much of anyone other than those down in the underworld.
Alysia's response to his humorous pose was somewhat unexpected but the non the less appreciated. He smiled at her response though he didn't laugh. "Well thank you for that compliment." He had seen how embarrassed she was about saying it and without a thought he responded with a similar comment. "Though I am sure that the satyrs would be the same with you." What he didn't add was that he found her to be quite attractive. It was obvious in his eyes though now when he looked at her and the almost nonexistent blush that formed on his cheeks as he spoke. However he tried to hide it almost right away.
"It is wonderful to meet you Merea." Destirel responded with a confident and cheery voice as Alysia introduced Merea to him. It was obvious that this god child had grown close with this particular group of nymphs. Though it wasn't surprising as she had told him herself that she was not really allowed to coerce with other beings that are similar to her. Though his mind floated away from that topic as the bell rang and he watched as Alysia didn't make a move to leave with it. Eyebrows raised, he listened as she explained her plans to him and then invited him to come. It was awfully cute though how shy she was when asking him though.
"I would love to. I am getting hungry now myself" He then told her and stood up straight, off of the tree he had been leaning on. He hadn't really thought about it until now but he hadn't really eaten much if anything at all today. So food did in fact sound like a good thing but the biggest plus was that Alysia had asked him to spend more time with her. He was happy about that.

Alysia could feel that familiar spark of curiosity that seemed to be growing all the more with every second she spent with Destirel. " Satyrs." Eyes wide she looked shyly at him. How cool did that sound. She'd have to take his word for it though she assumed he was merely being polite. The nymphs like Destirel because he was well he was quite handsome. A satyr would probably only like her personality? Or had she misunderstood his words. As she was much to shy to query him about his comment she'd just have to accept his words. Twirling a strand of her blond hair she lazily braided it before messing it back up. What was a satyr even like. Perhaps she'd have to find out for herself.
Blush still in tact her fingers still playing nervously with the ends of her hair she watched the nymphs. Destirel had actually agreed to hang out with her still. Maybe she'd have to quit assuming things about him. " Okay my dorm first. I want to change." Besides it's not like they could walk around in the city in their uniform, or maybe he wouldn't care what others thought. She did though. As he moved away from the tree she took a step away. " Bye Merea. " Tilting her head she looked back to Destirel. " Coming?"
