“Zeus, King of the Gods. God of the Sky, thunder and lightning along with the law. Call him what you’d like he was unjust and cruel. The prophesied offspring would stronger then Zeus himself. The gods are selfish creatures though; they couldn’t stop their consorts with the mortal men and women.” With Zeus, came hatred. Alysia stood at her mirror brushing her long blonde hair a small mysterious smile on her face. Quite a secret she contained. Placing the brush down her smile faltered for a moment. Today was going to be different; today she was leaving her home and her previous school to head to another one. Stepping out of the bathroom she looked at her small bedroom before she picked up her bags. At least the holidays had been good. With a small sigh she headed towards the front door her prized violin cradled in her arms. Wasn’t it funny, Along with an amulet and a muse they were the only damned things her biological father either bothered to give her. Well that wasn’t true, kick ass powers also came with it. Win/win? No not really. Her mother swore her to secrecy. No one was to knew who she was, least Hera found out. It was no hidden secret, Hera was itching to get back at her father, and ultimately she’d be the one to pay. Shaking her head she rubbed her eyes. Selfish gods, that’s what her mother called them. Disgusting, selfish beings yet she’d consorted with him. She was only mortal. She couldn’t be blamed for her mistakes. Three weeks she’d been at the school. Three weeks of nightmare plagued visions. Would it end quickly, well she could only hope. Stepping out of her dorm she gathered her violin and began to make her way outside. A free period provided the chance to think. Alysia breathed a sigh of relief as she reached the trees. Closing her eyes she leant against one already beginning to feel calm. Why was it that it always had this effect on her? Letting her mind relax she pushed away her problems before she stepped away from the trees .Mindful to keep away from anyone who might hear her music she took a seat on the grass . Pulling the violin out of its elegant case she moved to bow to the strings beginning to play a soft tune. “Have you ever felt so…uncomfortable?” Opening her eyes she gazed across at the dark haired Muse. “Alysia. You promised your mother that you would try. Do try. “The muse urged. Eris, typical Eris never one to beat around the bush. “You are a muse. You’re meant to be helpful. “She retorted. “ I am a muse, but you do not need my help. I was placed to protect you, hide you nothing more nothing less.” She spoke airily. “I could dance here. It would be so fun to. Aren’t the trees ever so pretty Alysia. “Rolling her eyes at the Muse she straightened out her school blazer. “We can’t stay long outside. Hera has spies everywhere. “Standing up she sighed. Lucky Eris, to run free where she lived the life of the cursed. “Hera has no idea where you are, nor your name.” The muse replied thoughtfully. “Though you’re right. You’re here to blend in…” Eris had taken on a slightly mocking tone. “You disagree with my mother’s choice. I heard you both talking. “ I…” Falling silent as the bell rang she released a soft sigh. “I’ll see you after my next class. “ Ever so quickly she made her way towards her room wishing to place her violin there safely. Done with her deed she made her way ever so slowly into the class room already feeling out of place as her gaze flickered momentarily across the room studying everyone silently. Ignoring the looks from guy she let her gaze fall to the ground her head dropping. Why had she ever gotten the name Alysia all it ever did was get her into trouble? Just like her name stated, Humans, captivated, Entranced by what they did not understand. Then the gods, Hera made sure everyone hated her. Demi-gods alike, all sharing in some unknown hatred. Sighing softly she got her food then took a seat near the window her attention focused solely on the trees a small smile on her face. She; able to see something far more different then anyone in the class room would have guessed. Around the cluster of trees she watched the nymphs play. History, It was almost comical how she was receiving top marks this semester. Studying Ancient Greece, Studying her father’s history in other words. With a small smile tugging at her lips she listened to the teacher as he spoke. “Today we will learn about one Of Zeus affairs." The teacher began. Narrowing her eyes slightly Alysia tuned out of the lesson. They had it all wrong. Humans, they idolised what they did not understand. Zeus, the almighty god. He was cruel, and Hera his wife..... It was because of her that she found herself in this mess. For a moment her gaze faltered as she looked back at the teacher, “Desdemona." Now she was interested, this was just about Zeus now the lesson had turned to one of her own ancestors. Desdemona had been a mortal woman Zeus had courted and supposedly fallen in love with. Hera in a spiteful rage had cursed the woman. Once, more lovely and beautiful then herself, Desdemona was to live a life alone, to walk the many lifetimes with no allies. Despised by gods and Humans alike till she was killed. What Hera hadn't counted on was a god falling in love with one of her descendants. Apollo had taken away the curse as best he could. Or so the story went. Uriania had fallen for the god and then she was conceived. However Hera struck again. Apollo left the child with one of Zeus's muses and gifts bestowed around her by many of the nymphs. Their child...her to be precise would be hated by the gods, never to be allowed to set foot in Mt Olympus, and equally an outcast of the humans. For they would be captivated by her beauty but fearful if they new the truth. Sighing she looked up to see a very pissed of looking Muse gazing right down at her, " Seems Zeus left details out..." She spoke to Eris, knowing full well that no one else should be able to see her, “He often does that, Blames everyone else for his mistakes. Why was Desdemona shunned, when it was he who pursued her?” OOC: Kinda percy jackson, Kinda not <3

Before You Tell Yourself It's Just a Different Scene
Remember It's Just Different From What You've Seen Just another day of searching. Another day of hiding who he really was. It was quite easy however depressing it tended to be. Destirel had always had a fascination with how the mortals went about their business. Always teaching about how they believed their history really went. It really was quite amusing in so many different ways as he watched them scurry about during their short lives. He had seen many of them where his father presided. Keeping all of the dead, it was a daunting task and to be honest he wasn't too thrilled to be a part of it.
Then again almost none of the other gods and goddesses knew about him. Only Hecete had known and she had raised him like a son, though the goddess claimed that she was not his true mother. Sometimes Destirel had doubts about that. Though since she was so adamant, he searched the human world for one that might be his mother. It was a daunting task but it was worth it to him. After all what else was he going to do in his spare time?
Today however, Destirel was taking his time and enjoying the school life of what a mortal his age would be going through. He enjoyed the classes, finding the knowledge useful though he knew most of it, other than math, all ready. A plain covered book in hand, he went from class to class, observing the humans and watching the outside world for those that mortal eyes could not see.
During his break he had heard the most delightful sound of a violin. While searching for it, the beautiful noise stopped though the tune was stuck in his mind since. It reminded him of a story his father had told him once. About a musician that wanted to take his wife back from the dead. It had been the only time Hades had shown some compassion towards a someone begging for a loved one. It wasn't all that great being Hades's son but it came with it's perks. He had some of his father's abilities and some that he did not, making him believe that his mother was more than likely not on earth. But if it pleased Hecete for him to search there than so be it.
As the break neared its ending, Destirel went to his next class. Opening the book that he carried around right away. He tuned out the teachers voice, not really caring for this class and what they tended to speak of. Though something did catch his attention as he glanced up from his page. Now why oh why was there a muse sitting above this girl in his class. He happened to be sitting right next to her, his pale green eyes surveying the golden haired girl and the angry looking muse above her. Hearing her question he leaner over and whispered, "The gods are a fearful group. If they were to take in every mortal with whom they consorted with, than just think of all those who would have inhuman powers. They like being the top of the food chain with very few to rival their abilities." It wasn't quite true but it was at the same time. If one thought about it however, it would make some sense. ((Hope this works!))

Eris released a cross sigh. " You are meant to be keeping a low profile. That was your promise to your mother Alysia. Do you forget Hera has spies everywhere?" Alysia fell silent tuning out of the Teachers lesson. He had the story wrong, that much she knew. " I wish I could twist the arms of fate and Destiny as much as Zeus does. I've met Fate, she's not that easy to content with. " She grumbled. " NOR that nice. I liked Destiny better." With a smirk she stuck her tongue out at Eris. " You don't like getting in trouble. " The muse retorted. " You stole from Destiny. Do you suppose that is an okay thing to do? She added. As the boy next to them spoke Alysia blinked her eyes completely taken by suprised. " Oh yes. " She mumbled. " It's just a story though right." She spoke then dropped her gaze shyly.
Don't tell your secret. How many times had her mother warned her, drilled those words into her mind yet here she was nearly slipping up. However he'd spoken to her first. Did that count? Was she breaking her mothers rules. Closing her eyes she gripped the amulet from her father. Such a pretty necklace, most humans didn't batter an eye lid and those that thought they recognised it. Well they meerely assumed it was because her mother was greek. If only they knew a gift from apollo lay clasped around her neck.
Gathering her thought her eyes snapped open to stare up at Eris " Alysia stop. Hera..she has ears everywhere." The muse spoke quickly. How true those words were. One never could know when a spy of Hera was around. " I know. " Not that her words meant anything. She'd slipped up, it was silly. Eris would tell Apollo now the dreams would never ease up. " He'll be angry you know...if you tell him. AND I'll be the one who gets punished. Visions...dreams, they mean something but what?" Rubbing her eyes she released a tired yawn. " The end of Zeus?"

This girl intrigued him and it took a little bit of something for Destirel to becoming very interested in one particular person. Plus, the girl had a cute reaction when he had spoken to her. Obviously he had surprised her and because of that, he closed his book and kept his pale green eyes trained on her and that angry looking muse above her. There was a slight smirk on his lips though he tried to make it look like he was gazing out at the window. He could see the nymphs playing out by the tree though he had found them to be irritating at time. However it was nice to watch them enjoying their life.
Ruffling his dark brown hair, Destirel yawned but upon opening his lightly watering eyes, they caught hold of the amulet around this girls neck. Eyes narrowing, his gazed upon it as close as he could and a soft sigh slipped from his lips. He forced his attention away from the girl and the muse, only to open his book once more. He was about to start reading as he figured that he would have no chance with this girl any more. Either she had favor with Apollo or she was his child. Either way he was not aloud to consort with those whom were close to the gods. His father, Hades, had made that explicitly clear though he knew there were exceptions. Maybe she could be one after all, Destirel did ever so want to talk with her about that amulet and of course the ever wonderful muse that she was chatting with.
He dismissed these thoughts quickly with his mind though before he could even finish the first word on the page, his ears caught hold of a few words...The end of Zeus. He had to force himself to calm down and not look surprised. After all he was in a public setting with mortals. The class was almost over however and then, he was going to get this girl alone even if the muse didn't like it. He had his ways and this was too important a prospect to just let go. It could be nothing but then again it could be the opportunity he was looking for. He held a personal grudge against Zeus for something from the past. It was an ugly thing, wanting revenge, but one couldn't help something once they've held onto it for so long a period of time.
The rest of the class went by quickly for Destirel. He tried to read his book but alas his mind was to preoccupied for him to digest any of the information. Instead he began fidgeting, fingering the sleeve of his white sweater. It was something his father would be unhappy about, having tried to burn the impatience out of his mind as a child. One shouldn't show their impatiens in front of others is what he always said. Though Destirel knew what was hidden on his right arm. A hideous scar from being branded. It was a memento from his father, to mark him as his own. It had been a painful experience though in his mind it had been worth it as he gained respect from his father. His thought process however faltered as a the teacher ended class and the sound of squeaking chairs echoed in his ears. Turning to check if the girl was still there, he intended on speaking with her after they left the classroom.

Alysia swiped a sidewards glance toward Destirel before abruptly looking away. Still he was staring at her. Despite her evident disinterest in the subject she dropped her gaze shyly busying herself with reading the text book in front of her. People, humans she didn't know how to talk to any of them. Hera's curse had always shunned her from society. The mortals hated her, it's how it always was yet this boy kept staring at her. He wasn't very subtle, or perhaps it was his downfall that she could read people so well. As he pretended to glance at the window she scowled at him. What ever did he want?
Pursing her lips somewhat she gazed with discontempt at the page before her. How ridiculous of course the facts were wrong most wrong indeed. "Desdemona was an old selfish bat anyway." She spoke thinking out loud. " I quite agree." Eris spoke with a soft laugh. " Though I do enjoy a good story let me read Alysia." Turning the book to wards Eris she watched the muse skim the page reading every detail quickly. " Do you suppose Uriana knows what the stories of her say..OH look here Alysia it says she had a son. Some how I think the history book has it wrong." With a smirk she returned the book back to Alysia. " Well I'm sure my dear mother would have preferred a son however it's me she got landed with." Sticking out her tongue she laughed softly. It wasn't just her that got a daughter, it was no hidden secret how mighty the sons of Apollo were. The daughter...who cared.
Brushing a blond Lock out of the way she tucked it behind her ear fixing Eris a sour look. This lesson stinks. Crossing her legs she folded her arms, sometimes she pitited the muse. Apollo had forbade her to return to Mt Olympus, she'd done something to displease him. For her punishment she remained stuck on Earth overseeing the care of her. Though Eris was far from angry about her situation, rather...although she could never prove this theory, she figured the muse preferred being away from Mt Olympus. She was free wasn't she, no longer a muse of Zeus.
With the arrival of the end of class she quickly snatched up her book. " All those Aurus..i can't breathe." She spoke hurriedly to Eris. " It's dinner tom but I think I'll go talk to the Nymphs. Don't worry I know you hate them so you don't have to come..." She spoke softly. Picking up her bag she slung it over her shoulder. " You know I have to come with you. " Eris complained. " Well it's settled we'll go see the Nymphs and I've got a new song for them."

Having no textbooks of any kind, Destirel had no problem packing up as some with larger amounts of books and writing utensils did. He simple picked up the small plain covered book and stood. The girl that was sitting next to him hadn't left yet which was a good thing though he had seen the scowl she had given him earlier. However Destirel thought that was due to his staring at her. Pale green eyes trained on the golden haired girl, he walked up next to her and inclined his head as was polite. At least down in the underworld it was.
"Excuse me miss but before you leave I was wondering if I might be able to ask a question about that amulet around your neck?" Destirel asked, his voice soft and polite. He figured that he might as well start off with that as he didn't want to scare her off with asking about Zeus right off the bat. It wouldn't be good for a possible chance to just go and disappear now would it. Glancing at the muse, Destirel gave her a smile but his eyes fell to the amulet around the girls neck. Suddenly the boys eyebrows went up and he smiled slightly. "Of course however it would be rude of me not to introduce myself first. My name is Destirel though you may call me Nox if you wish. My name can be a bit of a burden at times." He was being quite formal with this girl though giving her his nickname so soon was something that he didn't normally do. Then again if she was really related to the gods than it would only seem right for her to be able to choose what she would want to call him.
Hecate was the only other person to call him Nox, in fact she was the one who had come up with it. His father on the other hand was very strict about using the name he was given at birth. He didn't know what his name meant and his father refused to tell him however he did know that Nox meant the word darkness. It was fine for him as he had come to see it as more of an endearing nickname than its true meaning. It was very unlikely however that the muse or this girl had ever heard of him. If they had than his father would have to be looking for the leak in the information pipes. Though his mind wandered throughout itself, his attention never left from the girl and the amulet around her neck.

Alysia felt herself beginning to relax somewhat as she stood up pushing her chair towards the desk. Happy moment gone spinning on her heels she fixed Destirel a blank loook though her eyes were wide with fear. Was he a spy for Hera? Perhaps he was meerely simply curious? Hands clasping around her amulet she tucked it firmly into her dress hiding it from his view while Eris glared at the boy. " Put a memory charm on him and be done with it Alysia. Hera must not know you are here. " The muse interupted in an irritable tone. " Shush Eris. " She spoke softy. Watching Destirel with a hawk like expression she managed a brief nod. " My name is Aysia.." She spoke softly. Clutching her bag she continued to watch him "The amulet....it's just a necklace." She spoke attempting to down play what it was. Taking a step away from him she shrugged lightly. Wasn't that much easier then explaining what it was. " Apollo shall be furious. You should change his memory now." Eris half growled at her.
With a small shake of her head she gazed once more intently back at Destirel. " You aren't human." With a soft sigh she looked at Eris. " What now Eris?"

"It is a pleasure to meet you Alysia." Destirel responded though his smile faded as his pale green eyes turned towards the muse. He was glad that the girl had even spoken with him and he wasn't all that surprised by her reaction to his questions but this muse was being absolutely absurd. It was clear that he felt somewhat insulted by her constant chatter of erasing his memory and changing it by the way his eyes seemed to be almost silver. They tended to become so pale a green that his iris seemed to be silver when he intently looked at someone. "Eris is it?" Destirel began as he stared down the muse. "You are the one that should be watching your tongue. You keep talking about Apollo and someone will get the picture, a spy for Hera or not. All I am doing is instigating a conversation. Just because someone speaks to this girl does not mean that they are a threat. Stop being so paranoid."
Destirel really didn't like it when people just rushed forward with hasty decisions without seeing what someone was really after. "You may watch me like a hawk for all I care but I detest it when one makes a hasty decision with no basis for their actions." His tone was one that was meant to scold and he knew that the muse would most likely become furious though if she tried anything, she would dearly regret it and that he showed in his eyes. Turning his attention back to Alysia, he smiled reassuringly. He had seen the fear in her eyes when he had first spoken to her and he figured that it might have had something to do with the fact that Hera was after her. He tried not to think about it to much as he didn't care to know at this point though if things progressed smoothly he would probably find out since the muse couldn't seem to hold her tongue.
"I can assure you though I have never met Hera and from what I have heard, she is someone I would detest greatly. And you are correct Alysia, I am not human but you will have to figure out what I am because I don't feel like telling you...Especially with a loud mouth muse as your companion." Now Destirel wasn't usually this rude to people he had just met but the Eris had just rubbed him the wrong way. She seemed bossy and far to controlling of Alysia's life for his liking. Even if Hera was after her for who knows what, there was no harm in talking someone to find out what their intentions are first. At least that was how he had been brought up.

A pleasure to meet her. My goodness what rubbish he spoke. No one was ever pleased to meet her. They nearly always despised her. Blinking her eyes Alysia gazed intently at her hands. He could see Eris. Now this was definitely not her day. Eris was growing angry at Destirel's words. All that anger..the change in Desiterl's aura along with Eris it was beginning to do her head in. Taking a breathe she raised her hand. " Stop, enough please. I can't take human emotions as it is, Now would you both just tolerate each other. " Closing her eyes she waited for the headache to dull. Wouldn't her mother be most unimpressed especially after she'd sworn she could control her powers. So okay it was a little white lie said at the time for her mother sake.
Drawing a shaky breathe she slowly opened her eyes. Destirel's smile did little to reassure her. With a roll of her eyes she bit back a laugh that wouldn't go down well she assumed, to laugh at Destirel. " I..I think your a son of a god?" She spoke slightly unsure. He seemed to have a similar aura to her yet how could she be positive its not like she'd ever met someone quite like herself before. " I am a demi god the daughter of Apollo, but you already knew that. You saw my amulet. " Raising her head she gazed intently out the windows focusing on the Nymphs. At least they were happy, maybe they could help keep her calm. Drinking in their Aura's she began to relax slightly. " I told you about my amulet. Is that all now?"

Destirel had to blink for a moment when Alysia got upset though he couldn't blame her, he had been acting childish. "My apologies Alysia and to you to Eris...I was acting immature." He said softly and bowed his head respectably. He was slightly ashamed of his hot headed behavior but alas it was too late to take it back now. Sighing mentally, he figured that this probably was not going to end how he had hoped.
At her next words, Destirel's eyes widened momentarily and a smile reformed on his lips. Wonderful, so there were others who were like him out here. "Ah so I am in the presence of a daughter of the Sun." His eyes danced with a thought that he found amusing. This girl. It amused him that they were from polar opposites though he knew this girl would be gifted with powers as he was. "This is wonderful really. The first person I have met who is like me." Truly, Destirel looked pleased and to show Alysia how pleased he was, Destirel decided to show her the mark on her arm. She would have to guess from there but a demigod such as herself should have no trouble what so ever.
He grabbed the bottom of his left sleeve and pulled up the white fabric to show the inside of his left forearm. There was a designed mass of raised skin, the color being darker than usual and having an almost waxy tone to it. It was a mark, branded into him by his own father. If one knew anything about his father at all though it would be easy to see what it was. The center piece was the helm of darkness his father had used to turn invisible and sprouting out of the top of this helm was the top half of his two pronged trident. It seemed almost like the horns of a devil. The last part of the three piece design was the bottom of the two pronged trident, sticking out of the bottom of the helm. It was in the shape of the tooth half of a key. They were all symbols associated with Hades, his father. It had been a painful experience and if Destirel was ever around a hot piece of metal...he was afraid. He hated it.
Though he knew that this would probably push Alysia farther away from him, Destirel had decided to show her because she had told him about herself. "Your father gave you an amulet, mine branded me as his own." He said softly but there was no sign of contempt of anger thrown at her or his father. It was simply a fact. Covering the mark back up, Destirel looked at Alysia and thought about her question of if that was all that he wanted. Oh no that was not all but how to bring it up. Gripping his book tighter, her tilted his head slightly. "You are a pretty girl Alysia so why is Hera after you oh but of course she is a jealous woman and you are related to Zeus... yet you mention something about his down fall." He leaned forward, his inhumanly pale green eyes boring down into Alysia.
"You must hate him...I do but for what you will not know for now... If you wish to bring him down I can help but you must seek me out first." His voice was low, persuasive even and he did so hope that this girl would be able to help him after all he could probably help her after all. Glancing up at Eris one last time, Destirle took his leave and turned around. Before exiting the classroom he turned and gave Alysia a smile. He didn't mind the girl but that didn't mean she felt the same way about him. So with that, he left his hopes riding on that girls decisions and the muses silence. ((I hope this is alright plot wise for you.))

(Anything works for me plot wise as I've got the basics of my plot anything else added to it works for me ) Alysia didn't want to explain how her powers worked, he knew who she was for now she was up for keeping her remaining secrets. " It's fine." ' As long as your aura doesn't smother mine again' She thought to herself. This meeting was leaving her on the edge. Pressing her palms together she took another steady breathe. " Eris..it's fine. I'll be okay and I know you don't like this at all" She spoke softy to the muse. It didn't phase her in the slightest when he revealed who he was. She'd been correct, he was like her. " I've never met anyone similar to me, it's just the nymphs and Eris. " She admitted. With an embarrassed expression she looked away. " Don't call me that, daughter of the sun. " With a firm tone she flashed him a tiny irritated look. Apart from plaguing her sleep with nightmares her father had little to do with her. With a shake of her head she ran a hand through her hair. Anger, she was far better then that to display such an emotion no wonder her powers were acting out. " my mothers name is Urania I am her daughter." She spoke softly, speaking of her human mother. "My mother she kept me away from others like me. She doesn't care much for Eris either." Why was she admitting to her sheltered life. Flicking her gaze back to Destirel she watched as he pulled up his left sleeve her eyes landing on the mark. What was that? Almost instantly she jerked away taking a step back. " Hades. " No wonder she was to off edge. Darkness, it was ever so smothering. Knitting her brows together she held her bag tightly for a moment before unzipping it. He called her pretty rolling her eyes she pulled out her text book. " Can you not tell when someone uses Glamour, I've altered my appearance to try and fit in with humans. " Finding the page from today's lesson she quickly passed it to Destirel. " It mentions Desedmona. She is my Ancestor. One of Zeus first affairs, supposedly. What it doesn't say is my story and for now that is my business." She said softly. " Hera cursed Desedmona and Apollo tried to remove the curse when I suppose he messed around with my mother. " With a shrug she looked away from him. " It doesn't matter." " I...you shouldn't speak like that. Zeus is your master. What if someone was listening just now." She spoke fearfully. " Don't be so bold. " Turning a Blind eye to his tone of voice she stuffed her book back into her bag. " I will do no such thing. I care not for the gods nor their childish bickering."

Destirel couldn't help but flinch at how Alysia responded to the mark on his arm. Everyone always went on about his father was evil and yada yada yada. Well that wasn't the case. He presided over the dead, he did not kill them, nor did he even bring them to his realm. That job resided to another. Sighing, Destirel took what Alysia held out for him and looked over it. Folding it, he slipped it into his book where he knew it would promptly turn blank. The information would be magically transported from the piece of paper to his book. It had been a gift from Hecete and it held much more than one would expect from a thin slip of paper.
Normally Destirel would have merely let it blow over but it had been the way that Alysia said it that cause him to become angry. Eyes blazing like a piece of hot metal, they turned the color of old copper. The bright green, shone fiercely as he took a step back, not wanting to get into her face. "Don't you dare say that." He said, his voice low as he tried to keep it from quivering. "He is not my master and shall never be." He rubbed his forehead, trying to calm himself down but to no avail. "And next time you speak of childish bickering, remember you are the one running from fate. You are the one who is going along with their childish games." Looking around to see that no no one was around but just them too, his now bright green eyes, glared at the sun child before him. "My offer still stands if you change your mind. Good day, Alysia. It was a pleasure to meet you." He was still angry but his words were sincere and with the slight softening of his eyes and a nod of farewell, he disappeared in a puff of black smoke, small sparkles of silver glinting in the sunlight.

Alysia visibly flinched at Destirel's angry expression taking another step back. Why did he have to scare her so much. " I'm speaking the truth. Zeus is the god of gods, yes?" Nibbling on her bottom lip she adverted her gaze elsewhere to focus on Eris atleast the muses aura was a tad more calmer. " I am not running from fate. You do not know me at all so keep your silly assumptions to yourself." She interupted rudely. Growing a tad irritated she turned her back to him. " I'm taking a pass on your offer." He was only going to get her into trouble.
As he left she reached out grabbing onto a desk to steady her balance. " Alysia you lost control of your powers again." Eris chided. " I know. " She spoke with a soft sigh. " Please can I just go see the nymphs their aura's will at least be happy." Not waiting for an answer she took of out of the room her head reeling. Destirel had left her utterly confused, he was so close to finding out who she was then what? It was still hard to trust his words. Anyone else would just turn her over to Hera. Blinking her eyes she looked across the school field to the edge of the trees. Phew at least the nymphs were having fun.

As his feet felt the ground once more, Destirel took off, looking quite annoyed. A few servants squealed as he blew by them, his anger seeming to radiate off his body. This was when he most resembled his father, Destirel's eyes seeming to glow like burning green copper. 'Bah that girl', he thought bitterly. What would she know? She was just a pretty bastard child of the gods. Sighing, he made it back to his room, the door not slamming as he just managed to put some wind in between it. A bath... Yes, that would calm him down some and then he could think. Curse this anger given to him by his father. It wasn't that he liked having a bad temper either, it was just hard for him to calm down when angry. To be honest, Destirel didn't usually get angry very quickly. It just so happened that he was very, very touchy when it came to Zeus and Alysia had said the wrong things the right way.
His plain bound book still with him, Destirel made his way to the baths, nothing but a white towel wrapped around his lower extremities. The halls were dark and lit by flames that were as bright at the sun. You would have no problem seeing inside of his home or out in the underworld. There was no sun but you could see clearly, at least when you got used to it. The interior decor was dark as one might expect though where he was going it would be very nice. An outdoor bath with an illusion of the night sky above. No one would be in there at this hour and if anyone was to come and see him it would just be Hecete. He wouldn't mind all too much though. He could use someone to talk to and she was the most trustworthy person he knew. At least that it how he felt about her. The goddess was like a mother to him and he treated her as such.
The bath was wonderful. Warm spring water, heated by the earths core, and the illusion of a summers night above him. It was quite a wonderful piece of magic that Hecete had created for his father though the reasons why, Destirel was unsure of. Eventually it was time to get out though he stopped himself as the sound of soft footsteps echoed on the ground of the cave like entrance to the baths. "Hecete?" Destirel called softly, wondering who it might be and hoping that it was her. His anger had calmed greatly and his mind had thought things over. Now all he needed to do was talk to somebody about it.

Alysia envied the Nymphs the happiness surrounding their auras. What she'd do to be so care free. Removing her violin ever so carefully from the case she began to play the instrument singing softly. Almost instantly drawn by her music the nymphs drew closer dancing around her. Gentle hands pulled at her hair weaving flowers through the blond strand, Eris would be less then impressed by the sight. Bah humbug the muse would live.
With a scowl on her face Eris stole across the dorms hallway a look of small determination on her face. Unfortunately her curiosity was killing her. She wanted to know more about the little god boy that had appeared so conveniently. Letting her powers aide her she willed herself to Destirel. As far as muses went they gave inspiration, nothing ever stated she had to be kind. No she was cunning and as Alysia was her charge she'd taken it upon herself to find out more about the boy. Arms folded she looked at Destirel. " Hectae. I think not." The muse spoke levelly. " You made an offer to Alysia now I am here to find out more." She added in a matter of fact tone. " I don't think you're a threat, although I don't trust you as of yet."
