Besides being a center point on the ship today, she had a feeling things were going to be well boring. It was a calm day and there were no ships in sight at the time- meaning it was going to be quiet a while. She gave a sigh before her eyes went to her left glancing to her brother, who as always was primped and dressed fully. "You know- Pirates done't have to wear a full uniform, its how we rebel in a way Kole love." She commented to him making it obvious he was over dressed in her opinion. "Some one has to set a bar of perfection on a ship that I know your men can't attain. Its best to stay looking well and sharp should things progress." He said in a firm way to her however he glanced over at her. "Or at least I feel like wearing my old gear still- can't you let me have that at least?" He corrected his overly stiff answer to his sister with a smile. She sighed but gave him a smile. "Alright but next port we land in with a descent selection- we are changing what you wear my dear- That is only in fashion for so long." She said with some humor because she used to pretend to be a twittery lady who gossiped over fashion. He gave her a smirk before leaning over and giving her a kiss on the forehead. "Alright." Kole gave in easily since it was his sister and when he listened to her- even when it wasn't right in his book- he got to keep her around- and that was what he wanted above all else after all...they were family.
The day drug on however it was a bout mid afternoon- the sun over high when Fox came down the the deck again this time going to speak with the captain then going to find Markus-finding him on the deck side, playing cards with some other men. "Markus, a word please." She stated easily however a few other men jumped not having heard her much less seen her. A few made a few calls of antagonization to Markus meaning hew as in trouble. It wasn't something overly difficult just changing the chair of things as they went to not draw attention to Kole since the man was sharp.

Maresol had been enjoying her time with the other men, having fallen into a nice rhythm of work with them. Dan kept her company babbling about ships and adventures he wanted to go on some day. He was a cute kid, optimistic...but he wouldn't last long in that world and she knew it. The other men that had taken a liking to her, Adam and Sanben, were a bit older than herself, but not by much. They were able to relate to ship life a bit better, especially talks of port and wheat they had seen. She was even invited to join in a card game with a group of them during the break, since the ship was settled and the winds were dull, leaving not much to do on the calm sea. She was just about to clean them out of yet another lovely hand when Fox was suddenly in the group and asking for her alias. The Men were quick to react, some jumping and some looking to Markus with assessing stares. Seems they all thought her to be in trouble. The calls from nearby made her glare, tossing her hand down and shooting the idiots the bird before following Fox to where she wanted. She knew she didn't have a choice, even if she was hesitant. She was scared of her honestly, but it a more reserved sort of way. She certainly wouldn't be giving the woman ample room to corner her and eat her. See even dealing with Alejandro had never made her fear a supernatural being the way Fox made her feel...She was a special kind of nightmare...When they made it to where Fox wanted, Maresol gave a clearing of her throat, looking uneasy. "So um, you wanted to talk Fox?" She asked, trying to appear more confident than she was.

Fox had her follow to the fore deck- away from others and prying ears however she glanced her over, noticing her hesitance. "I wish for you to ask your associate- Alejandro- if he had decided on his course of action. The captain is asking this of him. It is simply easier to go threw others who Kole can't track then to have her ask directly." Fox explained with a small smile however it looked awkward. "Then after this conversation I want you to head to the nest and take this key- grab my eye scope and bring it to me please. Can't have Kole thinking i'm simply talking to you- he knows I don't talk unless I have reason." She said taking a key from around her neck and offered it to her. Another few rat runners were watching this with some fascinations since Fox never gave her things out.

Maresol waited for Fox to threaten her, to say that she was dead if she ever talked or looked at her funny again. Instead Fox began talking about the affairs between Ale and the captain which made her grimace. Oh what? now she was his paige boy? And they dragged Fox into this too? Poor woman looked just as awkward as Maresol felt. She gave Fox a nod, making a face in the process. "Yeah yeah I'll let him know...Shit I hope we aren't dragged more into this over them keeping quiet around the brother. I want nothing to do with this." She said, her attention going to the key that she offered her and the cover up story she factored out. She gave a small chew of her lip as she took the key, though she waited a moment as she thought over what she might say. "So..what do you think about this? She doesn't normally do this right? Why would she ever want anything to do with him?" She asked, her tone honest since she knew Alejandro a bit better from time around him and knew the man didn't have just skeletons in his closet but an alphabetized mausoleum. Would he just throw her into the pile or was this something else they were after?

When asked what she thought of what the captain asked of the man- and if she tried it with others her face went pale. "She did attempt to ask me something similar however I don't understand her like that. I went to Kole and he helped me put a stop to that- she is my friend now. She can do as she pleases- thought I'm sure Ale will be in for a few surprised about her. She isn't as bad a she seems really." She said gaining a little color back before casting a hard glare at soem one as they passed by giving her a strange look for looking so pale suddenly over something. After the man passed she looked back at 'Markus'. "She has a...thing...for things of the supernatural- she isnt' one for taking human company if I could say anything- however if you breath a word of this I can guarantee you she will let me eat you as an example to the others." She chided tot he girl before giving her a large smile but her eyes were drawn off at something in the water yet making her frown. "Do as I have asked." She stated before moving away and up to the captain ignoring Kole and talking to Annaliese about correcting her course.

Maresol blinked at the news that Annalise had propositioned Fox as well, something that Maresol wasn't sure she understood herself. Why would the captain want to sleep with Fox who ate people? She had nothing against those that preferred women, since it didn't matter much to her. But that took things out of the water a bit. She wanted to roll her eyes at the news that Ale would be surprised. Well if the woman had a thing for man eating fish then she would be interesting ofr him. She almost felt a bit satisfied he got to deal with that mess.No sooner had her thoughts gone to wondering how the captain covered that up so well, but when the man passed she lost her opportunity to ask. She let FoX change the subject, explaining the kink that the captain had for supernatural beings. That made her brows raise in surprise. "Ah" She said in understanding since that figured why she wanted to trade the ring for him. The threat was very real about the information however, which made Maresol back up some. She gave a cross sign across her heart, indicating her lips were sealed. She was not about to incur that wrath over something dumb Ale was stepping himself into. When Fox gave an order she took off for the rigging obediently. She retrieved the spy glass and made her way back to Fox with the key and the object of diversion in hand. "Here is the things you asked for Fox..." She said before placing them down and walking back towards the interior of the boat to find Alejandro. She found him sketching in his journal, making detailed lines and contours of the ring from his memory. She came up beside him, clearing her throat and waking him some from his daze. He looked slightly surprised by her presence, enough so that he spoke to her even though he continued to sketch. "Yes?" He said in a half mumble which made her want to roll her eyes at even having to divulge this information. "Fox sent me on behalf of your lady love. Apparently she wants her answer Ale..." He paused his sketching to give a sigh and looked a bit off into space for a moment. He thought for a moment over everything he tried to keep together in his head, the pros and the cons of it all in his over all plans. Well it seemed that his bargaining was one sided at this point and he had to say he was biased by his want for the ring and the fact Annalise was a pretty face. "Prompt creature isn't she..." He said before he looked to Maresol with a raised brow. "Name a reason why I shouldn't." He ordered, making her pause and look confused. She didn't answer at first as she waited for him to laugh or tell her that he didn't care about her opinion. Instead he actually looked serious in thought, something that made her pause to really give thought about that herself. "Well, you may get involved with her." He shook his head almost instantly since this was just a deal, an exchange and nothing more. no strings attached-like she said...Maresol saw he was thinking again, something that made her sign and decide to give him a better answer. "However, if you do it...you can get the ring and that puts us closer to completing the contract. You get your power faster and a story to tell with it." She half joked, something that surprisingly made him snicker and actually laugh at it. That was the first time he laughed really with her and not just at her...He gave her a nod before looking up at the ceiling, his senses responding to the taste in the air of the rings power and something more subtle...almost floral in nature. "Then the answer is yes. Though I will tell her myself later. I don't want you being my messanger. Can't have you blushing like a school girl and giving me away." She narrowed her eyes and slapped his arm, getting a snicker from him as he got to his feet to find something to do at least till the brother was out of the way and Annalise was free to talk without worry of him being gutted. "Let Fox know you at least spoke to me. Annalise seems impatient and I don't want you harassed." He said, getting nod from Maresol who returned to the main deck a bit slower than before. As she went to join her card game, she passed by Fox. She gave her a nod which could be thought as a greeting but truly it was saying that the deed was done and she was off the hook.

"You make it seem like I can't drive my own boat!" She said in a snappish tone to her brother who was agreeing with Fox, who had shared her spy glass with him to see things. There were water runes carved into this one so it helped see a few things. "I was simply agreeing with Fox, Anna." He stated in a defensive tone but it held a soft edge to it as it always did with her. "My boat, I will drive her how I see fit. Fox- scram." She spat at the fish only getting a plain look form her before she shrugged and headed off to the main mast. Passing by Maresol she saw the nod and knew it was done however she didn't respond since she wouldn't have usually. Kole sighed before going down bellow into the cabin to sleep perhaps between his sister's bad mood and Samantha hogging the space. Annaliese was taking the boat to port- as they would arrive by late evening it seemed. "Bring her in to dock boys!" She called loudly, her brother eventually coming out of the cabin looking a little ruffled from sleep. The crew was scrambling to make things happen and it was done quickly. Samantha and most of the crew went shore side to the tavern- Annaliese however went as well- asking Fox to stay with the ship since she was on her bad side as the whole ship saw earlier. She paid for the men easily and up front- even paying for a few of them to have a woman or so for the evening. Her eyes did however move around the area looking for one in particular but she wasn't going to act- she didn't know his response- that and she was kinda drunk but refused to go back to the ship yet.

When they were portside, Maresol and Alejandro walked together, mostly just discussing a few things here and there about where they were to be headed. Maresol seemed anxious really, looking at the faces of captains that passed to find one that reminded her of the men that killed her father. Alejandro could see the burning rage in her eyes when she had no luck finding them, enough so that he placed a hand on her shoulder to calm the emotion. She turned the dark look to him briefly before it faded in favor of being civil. He knew what it was to want revenge that seemed far away. They were in the same boat honestly, which was why he took somewhat of a liking to the stupid little girl. "They aren't here. We will search the next one as well. However, use tonight to gather some information. See what you can find from some of the drunks here. I'm sure one has seen your targets somewhere." He said, making Maresol nod before heading off into the crowd. He knew she didn't want him with her, mostly because she liked to think she could care for herself. That and this was her vendetta, not his. She wanted to handle them herself without the risk of him interfering. He took himself to the tavern where he could see faces he recognized enjoying the spoils of the captain's tab. He had to step over one such soldier that drunk himself into a pass out, such that his friends or shipmates laughed and jeered him. He was pulled into a talk with one sailor he recognized from the last port, a man that now had a whore in his lap that looked like she was bored senseless of hearing sea stories but was sticking with it to get her pay. Taking pity on the woman, he eluded in their conversation how beautiful she was, making the drunk man go on offensive to defend his catch when she gave Alejandro eyes since he was paying attention to her. She let out a squeal of giggles, making the other men at the table laugh and raise to that. As conversation resumed, Alejandro let his eyes drift to the scene, wondering if the captain was still out this late or if she had gone back to her ship like the night before. When he spotted Samantha drinking with a few other men nearby, he figured that meant the captain had to have stayed somewhere there. When a woman came by with drinks that were ever flowing from a pre-paid charge, Alejandro asked her sweetly around his stronger drink of rum where the woman that paid for this was. The bar maid gestured to the bar, where Alejandro was able to find Annalise. She sat drinking at the bar, seemingly watching things like a hawke from a perch. Her attention seemed elsewhere and it didn't seem that her brother was with her and Samantha wasn't paying attention. That was good enough cause to go over an at least make conversation, if not give her an answer to her request. When he started to head over to her, a man at the table caught his path trajectory and gave a quick shake of his head. "No man, you don't want to mess with her. The woman is a demon, could skin you alive if you annoy her." Alejandro took in that consideration with a hum before he shrugged. "Honestly I've seen worse. But I'm only thanking the captain for the drinks...to be fair." He said before going back in her direction. He made his way to the seat next to her, leaning against the counter so that they had closer proximity to talk honestly without the staring. "No one to drink with or are you enjoying the show of what your money has bought?" He asked her with some sarcasm in his voice since when he glanced back yet another group of men were singing with the band old sea shanties that would make someone cringe at their terrible drunk harmony. "Mind if I join you? I believe we had something to discuss, or at least that was the message from Fox to my little contract. He wasn't too thrilled with me." He said, eyes on Annalise's drink that was mostly gone and the color to her cheeks that placed her as drunk or getting close to it. "Or maybe instead of discussions we could put that money to use and get you another drink?" He was toying around the issue now, mostly because he was unsure where she wanted to even hear his answer or how. He cold just be forward about it, but where was the fun in that? And he hardly wanted in all the noise for one of the men or even Sam to run to who was assumed to be her husband 'Kole'.

She knew it was him who sat next to her- no one else would dare but her brother or Samantha. She had a coy smile on her lips when she spoke about her lack of a drinking partner or if it were for her entertainment. "I'm afraid I lack a proper drinking partner for the evening." She said with an inviting smile as she turned her attention to him, her purple eyes on him. "If he sin't thrilled then we can feed him to the sharks-or Fox." She said with a bit of a giggle as she took a long drink of her Rum. Putting the cup down with a smirk at him. She offered out her cup to the barman and he poured her another glass. She rose her glass in his direction before pausing. "So what are we toasting to Mr. Alejandro?" She sad, her eyes on his face- however they did drift a bit to his lips then back to his eyes- knowing it was best to keep ones attention during a conversation.

Annalise didn't do much to acknowledge him, only a coy smile at his words that he felt he could get used to. She was a very pretty woman and those eyes of her's were more inviting than they should have been for him. She had made somewhat of an impression on him so far, else he wouldn't have even considered her offer and would have just bent her little mind into giving him the ring. But there in lay his problem, since he was sure Fox would notice and have him eased or Kole to kill him for messing with her friend...He was not a stupid man, but that meant he knew better than playing games. However, he was a creature that enjoyed excitement and it seemed Annalise was brimming with it. Her comment about Maresol unknowingly to her struck a cord, making his hand tighten on the glass. He played it off by drinking more, soothing the need to defend there since he wouldn't allow it and she must have known that by his lack of response to it. When she asked for another glass, he gave her a raise of his brow especially when she raised it and asked for what they were touting to. He gave her a smirk, raising his glass in her direction with a once over glance over her frame in her seat before resting on her eyes once more. She saw her eyes leave his and felt like he should return the favor since they had a deal to settle. "To an agreement being struck, to the benefit of us both, or to your ship? Your pick." He said being an ass when he threw her ship into the mix since she loved it perhaps more than herself, but it was a gesture of humor on his part. Why not make the night livelier with a show of good will. He was allowing her more grace than he usually did since he usually wasn't one for ceremony or the pomp when he wanted something. Not unless he was particularly barred from taking it, as he was in the watching eyes of the crowd. But that made the whole affair a bit more fun right?

When he mentioned her ship she giggled," To My grace is alright- A little selfish If I do say so- I would much rather talk about something more...Interesting to me." She said in a way that the S's in her words wounded longer and drawn out- not drunk however. She took a sip of her rum and looked him over again. "You know- We will be in port for two days...Kole will be- engaged otherwise selling our goods from our ship." She simply stated as if it were talking about the weather however she was letting him know that Kole wasn't going to be around. She did glance over at Samantha however as she laughed loudly with a group of men over some other sailor getting slapped by a harlot. "And it seems my baby sitter is deep in her cups this eve." She stated with a luring smirk. She knew what she wanted, however she wasn't a blush girl any more. She turned her expression back to her drink however, it was soft placed on her face before some one spoke from behind her, it was another crew member. "Umm- Uh- C-Captain?" He voiced hoping he was heard- much less loud enough. "Humm- what is it?" She asked turning in her seat to look at the man who looked nervous to see Alejandro by the captain and he wasn't in trouble. "There was a small incident by the docks...Some one screaming about witches and what not...One of our men have been pointed at." He said. Annaliese's face went angry as she turned and downed her drink before standing and looking at Alejandro. "Come alone for some fun- You-" She said turning back to the man- "Watch Samantha- don't let her start singing." She stated before heading out of the tavern and to the dock where there was a small group where a few men were berating a man calling him nasty names. She shoved past a few however she gave a shrill sounding whistle it sounded party out of place however her eyes were hard on the men there, every one went quiet looking at the infamous captain. "What in the seas' name is going on here?" She asked in a polite tone however it was written on her face she wasn't happy to be there. "This man was doing magic- he was. I saw it!" Said a dock worker- another nodding in confirmation- both however looked deep in the bottle. "And what pray tell did he do? Conjure a ghost? rune stones? Magic?" She asked making them sound stupid however her expression wasn't humored. They stuttered a bit before she turned and looked at the little crowd, "Get lost- these drunks don't know their asses from a barrel." She stated getting the crowd to leave- one of the men left as well stumbling a bit however the one who had spoken stayed firmly there giving her a dirty look. "Listen here bitch! I'm not afraid of you- and your little red coat deserter of a husband isn't around to save you this time." He slurred getting a bright laugh out of her. She held her sides as she laughed at the man. "Husband? I think not- thats my brother- and this is my lover." She said motioning to Ajelandro- making the drunk man's eyes widen at the news that he was wrong. "Now I'll introduce you to my other would be lover." She said as she gave another whistle, and there was a small noise as the water was disturbed. Fox easily climbed on the deck- her eyes solid black a smile on her face. She grabbed the man from behind and put a hand over his mouth and the other on the side of his head- easily snapping his neck in one solid crunch. Annaliese smiled at her in a sweet manner. "Enjoy my dear. Its the least I can do for your help this evening." She said with a soft look to Fox that was almost uncharacteristic of her. She turned her expression to Ajelandro however it wasn't as soft per se. "Would you rather go back to the tavern for cheap swill or would you prefer some good Spanish wine? " She asked as they weren't far from HMGrace. Fox had already taken the body under the docks to take care of it so they were left alone.

At he request to raise a glass for her ship, he gave a knowing smile since it seemed he was right about her ship being a priority. Why wouldn't it be? If she truly fought for it and pried it out of her dead husbands hands then she had a right to love it. The draw to her voice, her s's sounding oh so sweetly drawn out made his eyes stay on her's despite the noise and energy of the bar around him that he could feel licking at his senses. Besides, he got to hear that her brother and sister would be away, leaving no room for true error here. "Oh, your usually company is occupied, leaving you to find your own entertainment this evening. So contrite." He said, though there was hardly pity in his voice for her condition and he knew she felt no loneliness or penance for being left to her own devices. Besides, she would be engaged soon enough if the frill of their talks were quick to get to the point. Before they could speak more, her attention was drawn to a skittish looking sailor behind her. He looked the man over, tasting the nervous energy in the air and wanted to see if he could smell his intentions in coming over there. When witches and accusations were brought into the mix, all signs of flirtation left Alejandro's look and was replaced with a seriousness that was almost dark. He tensed and felt his mind going to memories that were unsavory for the moment. He wanted to go see what was going on, would deal with it himself if the captain didn't. She most likely wouldn't since it probably held no interest for her...He was surprised when she suddenly looked to him and told him to follow, something that made him hesitate a moment where he was as she turned to leave. He blinked and snapped out of his thoughts and chased after her through the crowd. When they made it to the docks where the commotion was, Alejandro felt out the situation, sensing a lack of magic in the area that made it obvious this was just a mob looking for trouble. He hung back some as Annalise dove into the situation and instantly asked for an explanation, watching her to see what she did. He was unsure what she was doing here or why she was caring since it was going against his assumptions of her and his initial assessment. Please don't tell him she actually cared...He felt his lip twitch into a sneer at the man that was throwing accusations, thinking for a moment of showing the man what real dark magic looked like. How he could make the insignificant creature writher within his own skin....Instead, the captain spoke ebbing his anger only long enough for him to tuck it back inside its neat little box. Her sarcastic tone about the types of assumed magic made him actually smile a bit, since that would be light in comparison in what they could actually do. When the crowd scattered at her harsher words, his venomous look singled out on the man that stayed standing that had made the earlier accusation. Perhaps this one was going to be a ballsy little child... He hoped for it, feeding on the anger there and wanting the see something oh so bad happen to it. He cringed a bit when the little man turned his nasty words on the captain, something that made him want to laugh at the idea the man actually thought he was by any means going to survive this. Her humor at the sentiment confirmed his thoughts, his bloodlust peaking some at the idea of her dealing with the dog. He wasn't against watching someone get put down for idiocy. Instead she decided to correct the man, her referring so blatantly that Kole was her brother and that Ale himself was her lover made his eyes widen some at her. Well that was forward, but he allowed it since he would only argue if the term was shamed here. It wasn't, he rather admired her level-headedness here. Mostly due to the fact he was more vengeful and would have had the man drown himself by now...And of course dear Fox, who had come on the deck and was behind the man, he wasn't all that surprised to hear her called the would be lover. His head cocked slightly like a cat watching something with wrapt interest as Fox snapped his neck, his pupils dilating at seeing the life flicker out of the man's eyes as Fox dragged him off. He felt the energy of the initial death fade, like a hit of heroine to his system, before his eyes went to Annalise. She was now asking for his opinion of what he wanted to do. Honestly he wanted to stop her and ask her exactly what the whole thing had been about. Why she involved herself? What she was thinking? Why he actually felt a certain...intrigued to know? To be honest, having his earlier assumptions of her crack some was not something he expected and it made The offer of Spanish wine made his lips pull into a pleased smile, seems he gauged his tastes well... "Spanish wine? How nostalgic. I'd prefer the wine and your company over a tavern, Annalise." He said as he moved to her side, actually allowing a touch to go to her waist, pulling her along in the direction they needed to go but also closer to himself. He hand't touched her yet, not even in a friendly manner, but this was a good gauge of exactly what she was playing at here by daring to even call him a lover so blatantly. "I think we've witnessed enough stupidity for a night." He said, his tone low and prideful since he felt the woman handled the situation swimmingly and let Fox have the spoils. She deserved some favor in return right? As they walked along, he let her slip away but he kept up stride beside her as his thoughts consumed him of the moments before and how she had reacted. When the questions became too much for his mind, he looked to her with a guarded sort of inquiry. "That sailor back there. You jumped ti his aid, into that situation with no hesitation, not even a care if their accusations--no matter how false--held any water. Why?" He asked, sating his curiosity if she would indulge him in her thinking. Surely she must have known some of the lore behind sea witches. That they were powerful beings that had control of storms, conjure deadly curses, and could steal your very soul for fodder in their rituals. Some of the older ones, like himself learned a few more tricks here and there, but they were the stuff of nightmares for the pirates living. He was less so due to his current predicament, but still not a force to toy with should you anger him. He could smell it on the man that he wasn't one of his kind, and because the man didn't either challenge him or run off. Sea witches were not welcoming to others of their kind outside their coven and even then they were hardly creatures that got along in close quarters. It was a power trip sort of thing, their egos and vanity not allowing another near their territory or personal space unless it was stronger than they were. And yet Annalise jumped to his aid and offed the man harassing him...

She was waiting for his answer, and it was a good one. She gave a small nod however when he moved closer and put an arm about her waist, she paused a moment but after the initial second of telling herself she invited this she relaxed. Her hips swaying naturally in a luring way as she walked however he eventually moved away- she figured this was a test for himself. "Indeed we have. Some people are naive enough to think a man praying to god is a witch." She said with a frown. She knew this man was a catholic personally having asked him one day what he ahd been doing. She glanced over at him when he asked her why she helped out initially. She gave him a look for a moment before stopping and squaring up to him, a firm look on her face. "I told you all when you signed under my banner. If any one is harassed or pursued I will put a stop to it. You are my men, your lives are mine. Your crimes become mine since I am your captain. I will protect my men- If I cannot then I am not worth my salt." She stated simply to him. She had indeed told the men this before- even reiterated it to the two super naturals on board but she was honest about that. She started walking again, having slipped her arm into his and smiled. "Besides He isn't one, you can get a general feel from beings of the ocean when you meet them, that and the pride they have- its a magnificent beast." She said in a playful tone making a comment about both him and Fox. "That man was only out for trouble anyhow, so this was best- every one is happy. Fox got a delightful treat, the men are all besotting themselves with women in the tavern, Sam is no doubt singing to the men by now and will sleep on the bar floor...Kole will return in a while...and your to keep me and my ship company- yes?" She asked the end part to confirm he knew what was going to happen later- after some wine and some more conversation.

Alejandro was quick to notice her body language initially at the tough, noticing that she had an initial averse reaction to the touch. It was a bit of a mystery to him, though he figured this was perhaps something to be read beneath her sultry persona. He pretended not to notice, letting her walk beside him with her hips swaying in a way that was no doubt a fine sight to see. She spoke of the man that was targeted, hearing that the man was a catholic. Ah, that made sense since most of the chant was in latin and the prayer was very enigmatic. "Ah a religious man. Catholics are nothing new in Spain. The ceremony of it was always a lovely sight at home in Seville. I suppose the English have little tolerance for it." He said, but wasn't able to continue musing about it due to her stopping a bit in front of him. He looked at her, his expression equally serious since he had wanted to know this information and now she was sharing it with him. He heard her same little speech from before, something that he remembered well but also had his own opinion of words without action to reference. People could spin beautiful words of heroism and kindness, but also spit venom and corruption when your back was turned. He had watched enough betrayal in his life time to know that words were just that unless in the mouth of the right person. Was she completely the right person to earn that trust from him that she was to be taken at her word? Well, after this display and earlier...perhaps. He stared her down without speaking, his look assessing her as he let her continue after taking his arm to walk. Her comment about feelings from his kind and the like, something he have a hum of thought at the playful tone she took with it. As she continued to talk about what everyone got out of this. Yes, that did sound like everyone was just delighted with themselves. He gave her a glance when she asked him her final question, seeking confirmation of his understanding of things. "As was our agreement." He said though his attention went to the road ahead, despite the flirtatious tone he took on. "To address your notice of my kind, that isn't a common thing. Not many actually notice. You have a sensitivity to those things I suppose. Not unheard of, but also rare." He was sure she would call bullshit on that, but it was true. It was not easy to find the ones that were really good at hiding what they were and especially taking any notice of any aura they let off. Humans could have some property of senses if they opened them up to it, but it was a difficult skill to cultivate. He only met one other that truly had a gift for it... He decided to pay her a compliment since he would rather, say it to let her know why he asked to be sure she wasn't offended by him questioning her actions. "Almost as rare as the way you keep to your word. I have met few humans that do." He let that hang in the air a moment before he gave a shake of his head and a more playful smile. "And now your ship is being thrown into the mix. I do believe you are to be the source of my attention. She will have to wait another night I'm afraid." He said with some sarcasm since he was sure her love of her ship could wait a night...

She gave a small nod at his words about agreeing to the arrangement. She simply look at him when he complimented her ability to sense them. She didn't speak on it however since she wasn't exactly sure about that. They were in front of the Man Of War when he brought her ship into the mix of speaking- saying it would have to wait making her giggle. She climbed the side of the ship quickly knowing Alejandro was behind her. She walked backwards to the cabin inviting him with a small wiggle of her finger to coax him in. "Come along my good sir. Let me get you a drink." She said going over to her desk and pulled the cork from a bottle and filled a glass. Offering it out to him, the dark red liquid smelling semi sweet int he room. She however took a swig from the bottle, before putting it down and moving back to the door- locking it. "We don't want some company later I can assume, so forgive me if your a little claustrophobic." She said with some humor. He stayed in the lower levels in much smaller rooms- hers was large and grandiose. It was more a comment about locking the door but she had a feeling he was a big boy and could unlock the door when he wanted to leave.
