Kole has been attempting to sleep on the hard wooden floor but it seemed he couldn’t even do that when he heard a screech- it jarred I’m wide awake. He had been there a short while now and was bored of this all, wondering when his sister would perhaps push things forward in attempting something or hell even this women getting bored of him breathing. He knew it was going to end one way or another and he knew he didn’t stand much of a chance of getting out alive- or pain free. As the She witch came in in a rage he knew it was time. He glanced at Brutus at his words to the womb but it didn’t seem like it mattered anymore. He glanced at the man as he felt sharp nails in his flesh on his neck. It stung like shit to be honest but the look was more to get the point across to the creature that he chose those fate. As the creature was thrown backwards he closed his eyes and decided to embrace this, it was meant to be- or at least it made him feel better to think so. At he words that his sister was raising hell- the sea witch as well he smirked. He knew his sister was one hell of a girl and would fight forever. He loved her and so this was his send off gift for her. His life. ——— Fox arrived before the ship did, waiting at the dock looking bored as she had her arms crossed and a slight look of disinterest on her face. She wasn’t he most patient but still, Anna knew she lied punctuality. When the ship docked she gave a grin up at Annaliese who looked surprised to see her, but she returned the smile. Niyol however moved from his post and grabbed Anna a bit roughly about her waist and glared at Fox. “ Akataia!” She mused softly more in humor as Fox looked livid when Niyol acted up in front of her. She moved a step forward but paused, she knew Anna didn’t like the boy like that way was he all jealous? She let her energy go and felt what was going on- finding a water bound creature still on anna’s ship making her smirk and moved onto the ships main deck. “ Captain! It’s good to see you again. Ale sends his reguards of cours.” She Stated as she waited to greet what ever creature was still there that Ale had labeled as his father.

Adriaticus was in the middle of meditations when he felt something break the surface of consciousness. This thing, this female energy was powerful, old, and hardly something he encountered often in the oceans he traveled. He rose from the floor and decided to go greet the creature, as was polite. He was a stickler for politeness, even if it proceeded war or death. He came onto the deck, finding it populated with scurrying men under the captain's thumb, a tense half-breed, and a lovely woman that was obviously not human in the center floor. He moved through the men over to the captain who he greeted before taking the steps down to where she was. "Hello, I believe we didn't properly meet. My name is Adriticus, a coven Elder and father to you and the captain's mutual friend. You are quite powerful my dear, so do not expect any showboating or boastful actions like the idiot half-breed on the captain's deck. I prefer remaining on speaking terms with those I find interesting and beautiful." He said before raising a brow at her. "You didn't bring my son with you. Why? He is vulnerable to killing or capture on his own." He asked since he had hoped his son would have been smart enough to stay with this creature. ~~~ Ale was a few drinks in while mingling with a pretty little trinket when someone sat down at his table. The strumpet gasped and fled at mere sight of the man, letting Ale know that this visitor was serious. He looked up from half-lidded eyes and found Brutus across from him, sitting across from him with a huge open gash on the right side of his face that ran from his forehead to his chin. "I see you're down on ypur luck and resorting to whores. Sorry if I interrupted a contract." He said, an obvious insult that rolled over Ale like water on a duck's back. "Is there a reason I shouldn't kill you outright? I see Selene already tried. Or maybe she gave up because it wasn't worth her time?" He sneered, making Brutus chuckle. "Still a mean old bastard as always. How long until she finds you here? Uses your bones to decorate her chamber and your soul to polish off her last creation?" Ale gave a shrug and Brutus gave him a glare. "She killed your lady love's brother and now she's sending out the droves to find you. " The news that Kole was dead made Ale wince and unable to argue about what he said about Anna. Brutus knew he had his attention and Ale wasn't arguing. Instead, he got hstile. "And you aren't with them?" Brutus motioned to his face as the answer before Ale shook his head. "And you are here with me why?" Brutus gave him a smirk that was hardly trust worthy. "Because. I want Selene dead and you have the best chance of killing her."

Fox’s eyes followed the creature wanting to know it’s exact intentions right now since Ale wasn’t with her, and he was with a Annaliese. She listened to him call her powerful and beautiful but she smirked. “ Your son has learned how to use his silver tongue, and has earned my own praise as a friend of mine. You should be proud. I did. Or bring your son because he did not wish to come back quite yet. Though... we could always go to him?” She said with a mischievous gein towards Anna who giggled and brushed Niyol off who still looked cross. “ anyhow I greet you Adriaticus. I am Akitaia, Nerid. Though I go by Fox currently- rolls off the human tongues better you could say.” She said with a grin before letting Anna come over and give her a hug. It was obvious she missed the creature by her attention.

Adriaticus gave Fox a funny look at the mention of his son keeping a silver tongue and using it well. Witches weren't known under the waves as being tricky with their words or even coy when talking. They were honest, blunt creatures as they didn't have to make contracts under the waves. People sought them out for deals that were bound by word, not body and soul as the witch did not need to claim a host. To hear his son was resorting to playing with words was not a fond thing. When she changed the subjects and received her affections from the captain, his face smoothed over into a smile. "Alright, Fox it is. Perhaps we can return when the brunt of the mess is over. Transporting him to Selene would not be wise." He said before looking at the two. "I will let you catch up with each other as I can see there is a fondness there." He said with a bow before he went towards the side of the ship to get a look at the shoreline to keep watch for any coven members that may be tracking them.

At the comment about Selene Fox simply nodded to acknowledge the sea creatures words since it would be rude not to. She turned her eyes to Niyol next and grinned. “ I see you have been handing around my human. Stop it. You were warned.” She Stated getting a vindictive smirk back from the half breed. “ she made me a deal. And I accomplished it, she is one for keeping her words is she not?” He asked her getting a raised brow look towards anna who frowned but shrugged. “ I said I would take him back if he protected Maresol while on the grace.” She Stated making Fox actually look surprised. “ oh? You found her after all?” She giggled moving closer to Anna to hear her response properly, mor wTo annoy niyol. “ we did. And I found the last scum bag and watched him bleed out on the deck. Maresol also got her targets. We also killed Selene’s body There and sunk the Grace. With Adriaticus of course. I’m not dumb or vain enough to fight a sea witch.” She said with a brushed off grin befor emoving into fox’s personal space, giving her another hug. She needed it, as Fox hugged her back, feeling comfortable in the creatures arms- even after they had both left her. She felt good in fox’s arms but her mind still had Ale running around in it...
It was later when Anna had explained what had happened in her absence to her, over a bottle of Rum, they called Maresol into her quarters to speak. Since Sam had gone land side for some things, and probably a drink.

"You mean to tell me that you want to trick Selene?" Ale said around the bottle of wine hovering at his lips. He was thankful the inn was well stocked in Spanish wines that he preferred, the finer ones he had tasted across centuries, and yet he chose the one he shared often with Anna. He had since taken his conversation with Brutus to more private quarters, a room above the ruckus of the tavern below. Brutus watched Ale from where he stood by the fireplace, the scarred side of his face shining in the light. "Trick is a way of wording it. I think baiting her and then murdering her is more our speed." Brutus watched Ale take another healthy drink before Ale gave a raise of his brow. "Oh really? Well, I'm listening. EVen if I think she will see through any half-witted attempt you come up with." He snickered, being mean for a reason. Brutus and Nerus held no love for one another, Nerus as the favorite that had fallen from grace and Brutus the back biting second to Selene that was pissed to have his title as favorite taken. "Hm, perhaps. But we have the key to her desires." He pointed a finger at Ale before a rather dark smile graced his lips. "If she thought she had all the power in the world at her fingertips. If she thought she had you prime for the slaughter...She would do anything to achieve her life's work. You and I both know that." Ale gave Brutus a long stare before he took another healthy drink and flipped him off. "You're out of your damn mind if you think I will bait for you. You're liable to stab me yourself, take the power and offer it to Selene to save your own skin." Fury flashed in Brutus's eyes as Ale snickered at him. "Then why even trust me to speak with you now if you think my coming to you is for ill intent?" "Because, Brutus, I love antagonizing you...It brings me such joy to see that even at my lowest you're still lower than me...enough to grovel at my feet for help. The same feet you spat on when I was left to die in that cell..." Ale gave a rather drunk giggle to which drew Brutus over to him. He slapped the bottle from Ale's hands, getting in his face with a rather intense look. The men stared each other down with glowing eyes, growling like the inhuman creatures they were despite their human shells. "I swear on my soul that I want Selene dead and I will stop at nothing to achieve it. I need you to get to her. I will give you my word and my soul that I will not betray you to aid her. If you need my blood, my bones, my contract, ask for it and I will give it to you. But Nerus...don't let Selene win. Don't let her corner you like a rat and drag the soul from you for one of those horrid weapons." Ale stared at Brutus befor ehe nodded and shoved him away. "Fine. Bring your contract. We will square the field then. In the morning. Now get out." He said and Brutus left with a swift nod. Ale looked at the red wine on the floor, noticing the way the wine smelled in the room. It conjured an image of Anna to mind, one of those coy smirks on her lips..."I hope I see you before this is all over." He muttered, letting a soft smile grace his lips briefly. ~~~ Maresol was doing a good job of avoiding Adriaticus as she manuevered the ship. She was successful for the most part, mostly because the beast kept to its space and didn't seem to pay her much mind either. It didn't really cross her path till she was summoned by Anna to meet in her cabin. He moved gracefully out of her way as she crossed him in the hall, but she still got the creeps from him as she climbed the stairs. She went to the captain's cabin and found the woman drinking, with an unexpected guest. "Fox?" SHe said in shock before she then looked to Anna. "Y-You needed me captain?" She asked since she was looking around the room some as if Ale would appear around a corner or something.

Anna gave a laugh when Maresol seemed confused about why she was there- much less having fox around. She motioned for her to have a seat. “ come in, you are my second so you need to be included in things.” Annaliese explained to let the girl know that even with one supernatural back she wouldn’t lose her place. Fox rose a brow as Maresol came closer. “ are those my clothes?” She asked with a hint of humor. Anna smirked at her,” they are indeed. You left them so get over it.” She said with her own humor getting a shrug from Fox. “ I have heard from Annaliese about your trip. Congratulations human. You are no longer Ale’s contract. It tired him out a lot honestly, though he is a stubborn old thing.” She said with humor since she knew Anna worried for him. “ ale answers i had killed a connection she had- I also got my fill of dinner. I heard you killed another contract of the bitches. Good for you both.” She Stated in a praising way however a knock on the door, rather loudly broke the conversations. Niyol was crabby still, and was jealous with Fox around. He could feel the sexual tension from anna with Fox around and paying her attention, could smell them drinking. He was upset further when The human had been Called in next and not himself, so he would fix this. Annaliese made him a promise. Anna called that the door was open, finding it to be Niyol who stood in the doorway. She rose a brow at him and sipped her run. “ what’s wrong pet?” She asked in a teasing way, getting a frown from him. “ you haven’t kept you part of our deal Anna. “ he Stated smoothly, keeping his tone in check- he did know better Annaliese rose a brow at his words before chuckling. “ tomorrow, you will accompany me to the shore. Then we will really start having some fun Niyol. So stop glaring at my company.” She stated clearly a command to calm down and leave her alone til tomorrow. He narrowed his eyes a moment before nodding and leaving. Anna gave a roll of her eyes,” I swear he is so clingy. Thinks I am property...” she scoffed before downing her drink. “ what deal?” fox asked harmlessly though Anna glanced over at Maresol, wondering if she knew about that...

Maresol sat on a chair in the room, listening to the women banter a bit more comfortably than when she came in. SHe knew better thna to let her guard completely down, but at least no one looked pissed with her or ready to kill her. That was always a good sign. At the congratulations from Fox, Maresol smiled some though news that it wore out Ale was not really a surprise. SHe still wondered why the witch let her live but chose to simply accept it as a favor she would have to one day repay and left it alone. "Thanks. I'm glad to be done with those men and a piece of that Selene bitch--" Before she could finidh a knock came at the door and Anna rose to answer it. She blinked at the sight of Niyol thee and wondered what his problem could be. The jealousy was obvious in the way he glared at Fox so Maresol figured he was pissed his plan hadn't worked. Instead, Anna began talking about some deal with Niyol and sent him off. Maresol was just as curious as Fox when she asked about the deal, but frowned when Anna looked at her. "What? He wanted me to help get rid of Ale but that's all I had any part in. Even then it was minimal." She said before looking at Fox. "Is there something I should know?"

Annaliese purses her lips, bring her rum to her lips and downing her cup. She didn’t really want to let them both know she had thought her new second incompetent, but oh well. “ well, to be completely honest. While we were assaulting the Grace- and you had taken off with reckless abandon after your own target- into a ship full of rabid crew and not one but two sea witches aboard I worried you would be killed. So- I made a quick decision, rather rushed of me. I promised Niyol that if he kept you alive and you got to I’ll your target- alive as in till we returned to the Trinidad. I promised I would take him back.” She Stated fully since it was a very honest statement for them all to hear. “ I couldn’t have my second getting killed just yet.” She added before glancing at Akitaia to gauge her reaction. She nodded seeming to understand. “ couldn’t you have promised not to kill it instead? I will not tolerate sharing with that nasty half breed.” She Stated rather bluntly which drew a giggle from anna. “ and a land bound witch isn’t technically a half breed?” She asked getting a few moments of though from Fox. “ I would rather a land bound witch then a half bottom feeder.” She Stated almost sounding like Ale.

((oh gosh Ale would have a hissy fit if he heard Anna call him a half-breed))
Maresol was surprised Anna took a deal to protect her, especially when she would have assumed she was still sore about helping to push Ale away. It seemed she still continued her a new second and wanted her alive at least. But she felt almost bad for Niyol in a way. Poor guy just wanted to get back with the girl he cared for and Anna just was using him. She kept her mouth shut about it before nodding to Anna. "Thank you for offering me protection, but now you have to deal with Niyol..." She said before she gave a smirk. "THough I'd keep the opinion of half-breed to yourself. Might offend Ale's sensitivities." She said since she had made that mistake and had seen how hostile the idea made him. "So...is this a discussion about the Niyol deal? Does that mean I'm double indebted or something?" She asked since she was unsure if she was in trouble.

Anna couldn’t help the smirk as Maresol seemed to grasp the situation, mostly however the grin was for her mood. She wouldn’t mind being an ass to the Sea witch who left her...when Maresol asked about her own consequences to this situation she shook her head. “ No girl I already own your life, some what similar to how Ale had. There is no doubling down on that kind of debt.” She Stated smoothly taking a sip of her rum. Fox nodded since she had nothing to add here since it was between Anna and the girl. “ besides I won’t have to tolerate the clingy creature long Akitaia...trust me.” She Stated smoothly to Fox who grinned- feeling the blood lust from the captian’s smirk.

Maresol was glad to hear she was not owing her more than she already did, even if the captain did have her life. It wasn’t like she could do much with it now that her whole purpose for existing after death was gone...she was surprised by the news though that Niyol wouldn’t be around—or that Fox wouldn’t share Anna long. What did she mean by that? Fox’s creepy smile told her something was up. “Wh—what are you going to do to him?” She asked though more afraid than curious since she knew Anna had a taste for blood and vengeance that could splash back her way. That and she didn’t want to see the poor clingy fish dead. He hadn’t been cruel to her like Ale or scary like Fox. He was normal and just love sick right?

When Maresol stuttered her question, she smirked at her. “ Never your mind girl. Now go speak with Samantha over a schedule for stearing to the port.” She Stated smoothly obviously issuing an order. When she left she glanced back at Fox,” you are giving away my plans dear.” She Stated since it had only been obvious after Fox had reacted. Fox shrugged and didn’t seem bothered by it. Others probably thought she was being selfish but t honeslty was for Ale. He had lowered himself to speak of his feeling, although unintentional , he still spoke on it- so as his friend she would make it happen- or at least make it so Anna was available when he got back. ——- Three days of sailing went by rather quickly however it was with an odd balance. Anna did a lot of driving- though that was mostly to keep Niyol up on the deck and away from fox. He was looking more and more confident as he spent more time with Anna however Anna was annoyed with his attitude this trip, he was really pissing her off.

Ale wiped the blood off his forehead, ignoring Brutus who was trying to pick himself up off the floor from a haggard heap. The man looked like he had taken a mace to the gut, all because of the man that lay dead on the inn floor. “You prick. You could have warned me that you were going to kill him.” Brutus growled up at Ale who looked passively down at him. “Like the warning you gave me before you had my host butchered? Sorry, I’m still a bit bitter.” He said with a snarky smirk before he dropped the knife he was holding and headed to the door. “Come along, Brutus. We have ships to catch and I’m not waiting for you to finish this scheme.” He said, walking to the dock. They had to make a boat to get to where aid could be found, others that wanted Selene gone that he could rely on. Others who he held no care for whether they lived or died...

The small port was a welcoming sight when Annaliese saw it, knowing she was getting closer to her current goal. She had already passed a letter to Fox about her idea- so she knew it well, not having recieved any questions she was sure that Akitaia was pleased with her own side of the plan. How Adriaticus was going to take things well... they would come to that when they got there she assumed. Her ship, her rules, her way- even if she did well to allow the supernaturals their own space and respect. Nothing she was doing was going to effect him after all- just some of the crew... They docked quickly, Niyol standing next to the captain looking cocksure and had an arm about her waist, even if she looked mildly annoyed about the touch. If it had been Ale... well she wouldn’t have minded as much- she would have been reading the witch but the half breed was defiantly over stepping his bounds, and that pissed her off... She looked over and gave Fox a small nod before turning her attention to Niyol who seemed pleased with the attention. “Come along, I have some contacts to meet up with.” She Stated which earned her a questioning look. “ You mean the ones you didn’t want the grouchy witch meeting?” He asked as if getting to meet them was a privilege. Anna grinned and nodded, more in a way that it appeared like Niyol had earned a ‘privilage’ When in reality- Anna didn’t want Ale’s host back on the ship with missing limbs from Palu, Niyol had earned her anger after all. She glanced at Ale’s blood father and gave him a smile before glancing at Fox to go speak with him over the plan, so he could do as he wished while they worked. ——— Niyol followed Anna off the ship, San went to get a few supplies from the harbor master- rather small one but basics were available thankfully. Anna made her way through town, her pretty dress clothes perfect, heeled boots easily walking down the wooden planks, the gorgeous half breed beside her, they got many looks, not that she ever minded that. When they got tot he very end of the pier she took a jump down, Niyol not hesitating to follow- even ito the cave- not finding this odd- perhaps it was because he was part fish. As they went in further, Anna got code to the water, taking off her hat and setting it on the table, by the candle, her black hair falling about her, she pushed part of the back before turning to look at Niyol. He hadn’t strayed far but he grinned since it was just them there. ‘Perhaps she had wanted him more alone?’ He bought before eh got closer but there was a sudden change in the air temperature as a large creature came out of the black pit of water there in the cave. He stopped moving towards Anna and frowned. Annaliese however turned to see Palu- looking Niyol over before he cast a look her direction. “ Greeting Palu.” She Stated smoothly a smile on her lips. “Is this your contact?” Niyol interrupted making anna ignore him. “Greeting Anna.it is good to see our answers led you well.” He stated before glancing over at the half breed. “ you always travel in odd company.” He stated before sniffing lightly and a sound that was almost chuckling came from his throat. “ An actual Sea Witch, A Neried, and you bring a half breed his time, my my what a wide variety you travel with my friend.” He said before glancing at the hat on the table. It was a sign to palu, and he cock his head to the side as he glanced at her again. “ I see. Well then...” he said quietly getting a frown from Niyol. “ what is going on anna?” He asked but she didn’t reply. “ Anna-“ he started to say again, as if he had control over her or something when in reality he was the payment for new information.... ——— Akitaia got the look and understood it. She moved over to ale’s father and gave him a nod in greeting. “ as you can assume by the feeling of blood lust from the human, there is a bit of fun that will happen today. The half breed is as good as dead, and I am to snake out the remaining loyal crew to the half breed and well, have a snack.” She Stated to let him know, rather bluntly, the plan. It was easier then talking in circles, full blood super natural were often more upfront with one another.
